Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It’s usually the case in this store but today was especially bad. Do not go here if you’re looking to get help with anything regarding your plan with Verizon because the customer service representatives will just tell you you should call custom service which is hilarious if it wasn’t so infuriating.

Awesomely quick, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had an issue switching phones and was out the door with my new phone working in less than 5 minutes! Nothing but great service!

Terrible customer service. Do not tell parents their eight year old child has to wait in the car because you have may have only two customers in the store at a time in the same party. Also watch out for the scam. They will try to sell you something at one price then change it right before you pay. This experience is worse than buying a used car from a scam artist.

BUYER BEWARE i don’t even want give this store a rating. this store and the employees are TERRIBLE, Verizon is amazing company! but this store needs either new management or new employees i never get the help i am “suppose” to get at a ” corporate” location Instead i recommend EVERYONE to just head over on to Geneva Commons . Verizon Store Manager Kayla , Alondra and Vianca will fit your need and take well care of you unlike this location that doesn’t like to help the elderly or set up a phone i purchased at the batavia location!!!!

The woman who assisted me was extremely helpful and very friendly. She was quickly able to address the issue I had been having with my phone and ordered me a replacement phone that was to be shipped to my house in 2 days, for free! Very pleased with my visit!

Not to happy with the stores anymore. You cant do to much as far as cancelling things you have to call Verizon . The stores are more of a merchandising place. The staff was helpful they could tell me I had to call Verizon.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE...THE BEST experience Ive ever had at a Verizon store (ANY store for that matter!) Highly recommend purchasing all your device needs here. From first contact on phone with James, answered my questions with pleasure and courtesy to being greeted at the door by Christian, the GM (we observed him as being extremely attentive to his customers, whether they came in to purchase or with a problem or just to check out product)... then Justin who handled our purchase from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional, nice, courteous. EVERYONE at this store has a very positive attitude. Customer Service at its finest. VERIZON needs to hold ALL their stores to this locations high level of standards. I even received a follow up text the next day from Christian to thank us and welcome us back for any assistance. EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE WITH EXTRAORDINARY ATTITUDES! (no, i dont personally know any of them and just met them yesterday so my comments are strictly a first-hand experience). oh yeah...a older gentleman came in with problem with his phone which wouldnt notify him of incoming calls, texts, etc. not only did Christian help him undo the problem, he explained and showed him how the do not disturb mode is turned on/off; didnt make him feel unsavvy, just helped him with pleasure, treated him like it was his own family member.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I was told I could go in today to activate my phone. I go in and was greeted at the door by a very rude employee saying that they were not doing activations today. However, if I would have walked in and bought the phone today, they would have activated it. Very poor customer service.

The information we were given was not helpful or at least not accurate. Corporate customer service people told me and my 90 year old father in law to go here they will take care of me. So did 5 other customer service providers from Verizon. Store personal said they cant do what we needed and to call the number I already had 3 times. Did that. Get told by them (corporate) to back to the store, again.

I have to give a shout out to Caesar at our local store. He was very helpful and quite thorough when assisting us. In fact, he disappeared for awhile, and I wondered where he went. Turns out he was scouring the current promotions and found one that greatly benefitted me. Caesar went above and beyond, even giving me his cell # if I needed help later. I usually dont look forward to the inevitable wait at the store (with not a chair in sight), but this visit was pleasant and nor even too long. If they had more chairs, I would give 5 stars.

Sold an iPhone 8 when I requested an iPhone 10. Will give them credit for accepting the return and waiving the restocking fee (which I was not told about). I was put in the position to have to return the iPhone 8 instead of switching it because that would have resulted in losing the ability to return the iPhone X if I did not like it. They apparently were not interested in coming up with a way to do get an iPhone X and still have the ability to return it. I take exception to the fact that they believed this was all my fault because I did not bother to read what device it was on the box or see that specification on the receipt, along with the information on the restocking fee. Apparently, one is expected to do all of that instead of trusting what you are told or not told by the customer service agent. I am still intending to get an iPhone X but it will not be from that store.

BEST costumer service I have ever experienced in a Verizon store! Damien was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved and took on the issue personally as if it were his! Krista the manager is awesome! She made sure that our problem was completely rectified, gave Damien the support he needed and even called me later, after I had left the store to explain how the problem was fixed! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great customer service experience to shop at this particular Verizon store!

Went in for a new phone sales man lied told me I had to buy a package to get a phone, then proceeded to tell me how to package had no extra charges. Then at the end of the month got several charges for the package he said I had to buy just so he could get a sale poor business management.

Ive only been a Verizon customer for a few months now and apart from some small hiccups in the beginning Ive had a very positive experience with the company, until now. I know this store doesnt represent the company as a whole, which is why Im not quickly switching to one of their competitors, but the employees at this location leave much to be desired. Theyve provided extremely poor service during my last visit showing that not only a lack of product knowledge, but also basic communication. They antagonized me and argued with me through smirks as I attempted to clarify things. It simply took one civil call with Verizon to answer the questions their in-store employee failed to answer. Not only that, but the answer I received over the phone differed from the one I was given in-store. I recommend any current and future Verizon customers find a different location.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I had a problem and they wouldnt even look at it because I had to pay my bill. My phone was so broken that I had GLASS coming off my phone and my TODDLER WANTED IT! Nope, no help-just dont have my son touch it. Cuz that is helpful.

Bought a new phone for $200.00 with a two year contract, Galaxy S3. The phone experienced a Sudden Death (common problem with GS3) after only 3 months from the purchase date. They only offered a refurbished phone as a replacement. Had plenty of new ones in back, but only offered me a used one which I have never had success with in the past. Wanted to cancel the service, but were told there would be a $350.00 charge. Once they get your money, they dont stand behind their products even with an extended warranty. Customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Ive been here several times recently and will not go back. I had issues with a phone I purchased less than a month ago and the employees were not interested in helping me at all. Their primary focus was not on issue resolution. They kept talking in circles about what they are unable to do. I ultimately talked with corporate technical services who did say they would replace my phone if needed, but was able to correct the issue.I think the employees and, therefore, management need to focus on client service rather than selling accessories and debating if they can help - and just find a way. Put customers first.

Absolute horrible customer service.. the manager did nothing to help me with a case and a glass screen protector that turned out to be faulty and NOT what the lady that sold it to me at this location claimed it would be!!! So now here I sit with a broken phone and a $200 replacement fee!!! Go to a different Verizon this one is TERRIBLE!!!!

This location is HORRIBLE. 1.5 hours trying to get a new phone activated. The lady helping us spent more time on her personal phone than on ours, she put the wrong sim card number in the system, couldnt figure out how to factory reset the new phone and showed no empathy for our situation. Her only solution was to wait for a replacement phone. Still working on our phone at closing, she was given a look by the manager to finish up with us and we walked out as the lights were basically being shut off.In an hour on the phone with Verizon customer service, I was able to get the phone working. The two reps that helped me in the phone were amazing. Thank you Jessica and Sheri. Shame on you Batavia Verizon. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.
