T-Mobile is a great service, but this store? Not so much. Staff there is rude and untrained. I recommend the T-Mobile store a few minutes north in the Geneva Commons instead.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Went in yesterday to purchase q phone charger. A type c phone charger. Wasnt greeted by anyone upon walking in. The two women who were behind the counter completely ignored me as I walked in until I prompted them. I asked for a charger and they both looked at each other and one went to grab one. She came back with one charger that was a type c but had the port on both sides and did not have the part on the charger that plugs into the charging box. I told her I wanted one that plugged into the charging box so she went back and grabbed a different one. I paid and told them that they had really awful attitudes, like if you hate your job that much....anyways get to the car, and she didnt give me a type c charger. I go back in tell them jts the wrong charger she proceeds to tell me that it was my fault because I chose that one. I told her I chose the one that had the USB part but still needed it to be a type c. Like just because I need a USB port part doesnt mean give me some random charger....I told her to just return the charger because they were being so awful and negative I didnt even want it anymore. She told me that was fine. Them proceeded to tell me I would have to pay a restocking fee to return the charger. Why would I pay for your mistake.....told her to keep the charger and the money and left. Literally the worst experience Ive ever had. Poor poor lonely women. They need to be fired. One was a manager im sure. Pathetic and sad.

Whoever is the store manager is at this location, KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK! Every time I come into this location for whether it is about my bill or wanting to get a new device, the workers here are great, very friendly, and very knowledgeable from all the T-Mobile places I’ve gone to. Very clean and neat, the workers know what they are doing and very easy to talk to!

Great job they’ve made helping us to understand our new devices coming from an old phone to a smartphone. Honestly the way they took their time and patience which I’ve been in many other store definitely this one was my best experience!! Appreciate all of them, my husband and I we’re satisfied. I loved the staff here! They were really busy the night I came in and they were very patient and caring with everyone. I was helped by a girl named Ariana, she told me she was new but it did not seem like it at all! She got me in and out with my family and Is upgrade like shes been there for years. Great work.

I went there to ask for help about transferring my data to a new warranty exchange phone, they didnt show any interest to help, low energy attendants , they could transfer what I needed, one of them left and let me there with the other one who doesnt know much and she said Idont know much.she told me that sorry I can not help you more i

Had a great experience with Kiera. She was very honest and went above and beyond to help me out. There needs to be more people in customer service like her. Her attitude was warm and comforting especially because I had been so frustrated with the T-Mobile 800# reps.

Visited the store a few times and the ladies who work there know their stuff and are always super nice and helpful!! Live about 40 mins but willing to drive all the way to the Batavia location to get any help from any of them vs going anywhere else

This T-Mobile was super helpful to me. I came in looking to improve my plan and they were quick to upgrade my line and fix my phone. I met both Diana (manager?) and Brittany. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on how to get me the right plan and phone for me. Girls hooked me up! I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. They have lied to us so many times and even changed my account either because they didnt know what they were doing or did it deliberately and screwed things up. GO TO BATAVIA THEY ARE THE BEST!!! We had an amazing experience! Myself, along with my parents, made the decision to switch carriers to T-Mobile from AT&T. From the get go we had amazing care and service from Diana and Brittany. Although we had a slight hiccup on our side with our payment, we were able to call the next day and Sarah was beyond helpful in resolving the issue. Once our new phones came in we had to go in to transfer our numbers and what usually is a long boring process, was actually quite enjoyable as all the reps were engaging and very helpful. Highly recommend choosing this store if you’re considering turning magenta!

Warning do not shop this store. The current and past managers and district manager can not resolve any issues or provide a simple customer services. I am a retail manager and also over 20 years with T mobile, I cannot believe the leaderships at this store. I will be moving my 5 lines to a different company because of this store poor customer services. The responses and replies are all fakes. There is no follow thru on their commitments. As the highest leadership at this store, I cannot believe the simple job of customer services they can’t accomplish. My issues has been there since August and current manager and district manager been notified since November and still no resolution. This store should shut down due to lack of customer services and lack of leadership duties.

Everyone at this location is very helpful. Marshall is definitely the mobile expert. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Oscar is also very patient and very attentive to customers. Thank you T-Mobile in Batavia !😁

Waited for nearly 2 hours, with my 2 year old son, for a specific employee that I have always worked with in the past, trying to upgrade to IPhone 11 promax, as he was finishing up with other customers, 2 more customers walk in, and the manager(Jahari) tells him to help the customers that just walked in. I don’t even want to upgrade anymore knowing my business will benefit that manager.

Every bad sales tactics. My daughter and I updated our phones with the promised of me paying $365 for the phone and in addition to charged $10 per month. July was the only month the bill was credited correctly. Now 3 months later I am not getting the right credits. I called left message for a manager to call me back, still no one called. I was giving 4 phone accessories and charged to my account without even asking me. Till this day my phone accessories are not open and I never needed. I am very angry and ready to go elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable reps. Came in just to look and they answered all my questions pretty well. The manager is really nice and friendly. Would recommend this location.

The employees at this store are amazing, I went in this past weekend to get some help with my phone acting up and they upgraded me to a newer phone that I have fallen in love with! I have been a customer at Verizon for over 15 years, but after years of frustration with their failure to offer an adequate international plan I decided to go with T-Mobile. My initial experience with the call center was a little frustrating, so I went to the T-Mobile store in Batavia. There I met Daniel who was incredible. He helped clean up some of the issues from my initial attempt to come to T-Mobile and was awesome and helping bring me and my family over. I highly recommend T-Mobile in general and Daniel in Batavia in particular.

Predatory and fraudulent sale tactics. My mother was sold a top of the line phone and unnecessary protection plan and overpriced accessory kit. They charged her purchase to my account without my authorization and made her an authorized user and I only found out when I got my next bill. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest sales tactics. Were cancelling our plan because of this store.

Marshall was very helpful and super friendly. He applied the screen protector I purchased even though I am no longer a T-Mobile customer.

Should be 0 stars! Horrible location who wont fix a scamy previous managers mistake/theft and leaves you with a huge bill each month! New manager never responds back to on going issue as if its me the customers fault.

The service here hasnt been that great. One of the reasons I left Sprint was because of their horrible customer service. One of the workers here was really nice but the current manager is kind of cold, not very helpful, and comes off as not caring about you. This store also told us we would be getting 5 or 6 promotions when we switched from Sprint, but when we did it, they told us we were only getting 2 and when we said something about it, they didnt apologize or anything. We were also there for 3 hrs on 2 separate days trying to switch over and they messed up our phones so we had to go back twice to fix it. Really disappointed in t mobile so far.
