Went to AT&T store to get a upgrade for my phone, once there we were greeted very friendly by the young lady working the door, she said that the wait would be about 15 minutes but it was more like 5 minutes . A young man by the name of Victor assisted my wife and I, he was very nice and polite about what our needs were and took his time with us senior citizens πŸ’™ to help us find the right phone for our needs. Thanks to all who made this experience simple and easy. πŸ™Œ

I came to this store and purchased a new phone and a tablet. The salesman Eric told me that he would transfer data from the previous phone to the new items. I discovered later that was not done. I came back another day to get the transfer done. When I walked in and explained my reason for coming, I was not logged into the system but simply told to have a seat and someone would help me. After sitting in the store for 50 minutes, I left. I went to another AT&T store and they were very helpful and professional and took great care of me.There is no need to write something meaningless like I will be taken good care of next time. There will be no next time at this store.

Probably a trait of all ATT stores- went in for upgrade- had facts & offer from online chat- high pressure sale- wouldnt match offer from chat- trips back to ask manager- like a used care sales lot, many offers on what I didnt need or want- I finally just walked ..will go bk online and take my chances with ordering & steer clear from the stores!

The customer service is friendly. However when I bought my new phone in 2020, they did not cancel the insurance on my old phone. I paid AT&T for insurance for 1 year for a phone I didnt use! My husband discovered this after going to a different store to do a bill review. They dropped the insurance and got my husband a discount for being a vetern.

We were greeted at the door. The Customer Service Technician was very knowledgeable in handling ALL our needs. Mrs. Shante was very thorough in explaining to us on how to take care of our new cell phone and she assembled and activated our phone, ensuring it was working properly, she looked at our plan to see what discounts were available, lastly Mrs. Shante said if we needed any additional help or issues with the phone to bring it back to the A/TT Store for further assistance and she would be more than happy to assist us in our needs and she welcomed us to visit the A/TT Store at any time and she would be more than Happy to further assist us.

Well, I was having trouble with my phone so i hurried over to the store after work, only to be turned away. When I walked in the door, one of the staff members was sitting down which is fine, but that individual wouldnt get up at first. At first, that person sat there looking at me, I could see out of the corner of my eye. It seemed as if they were trying to wait and see if someone else was going to help me first so as to not have to get up. Finally, I went ahead and made full on eye contact with this person and they made a face like oh man they see me. So of course at this point this staff finally gets up and speaks to me, only to inform me that they couldnt help me. Oh, we dont have anything to do with that, its separate from us, you just have to read and follow the directions. I repeated that I had tried all that and the staff basically repeated what they said and sent me on my way. Later, I mentioned to a family member that I was having trouble with my phone which is why I was late due to going to the at&t store, not knowing that they would be able to fix it. However, it turns out that after 5 minutes my family member fixed it. I said that to say this, if my family member who is not at all a professional can fix it in 5 minutes then the staff person who handled me at the store could have done it in 3 minutes. They just refused to take the time. They just werent bothered. Ill be honest with you, I dont feel like a valued customer. Thank you for your time.

First off my family has had at&t internet and cable only for about 10 years. And we always pay at this store at the kiosk. Well every single time I go in here the employees ignore me, ask me what Im doing, if I say looking they say please leave unless you plan on signing up with our wireless plans... also Ive asked about chargers, phone cases, and more and always they pretty much find any excuse to not sell it to me and only sell to wireless cell phone plan members or people signing up. Also sometimes the kiosk is down. Well guess what if you get in line you will be waiting over 30min. Even though about 2 other registers and employees are not busy. They say its just for the people with wireless plan help only lines. Also once you finally get help Ive had 3 employees say they couldnt process my bill payment and the third time finally someone said yes we can come over here why are you not getting helped. She was very kind and told everyone else that it was ridiculous lying and acting like that and she just had arrived and clocked in. Ive been threatened to be escorted out of the store (they do have a guard) but it was just an employee saying that the guard said nothing and knew I wasnt doing anything wrong at all. So basically this store is for wireless cell phones and the plans for them. Do not expect help with cable or internet or home phones at all. Also good luck signing a contract cause they will charge crazy prices, act like you get a free phone each year, and truly you pay them way more than the phone costs to buy outright and get cell service from a provider with no contract or a short contract at least. Also if you dont know once you want to quit the contract or dont sign up again, even if you fully paid for the phone you still have to return it or they just disable it and lock it. So truthfully never pay off the phone or buy one then get service. Your basically wasting money as you never will truly own your cell phone from att.

I have had ATT internet for about three years. The speeds are slow and in evenings very slow. Of course I found a faster provider so I began the arduous process of cancellation. ATT labeled me a Voluntary Cancellation which means they keep my money through the whole billing cycle. There is no refund. I will disconnect ATT 23 Jan and am paid up through 12 Feb. Since I am Voluntary that means NO REFUND. 2 stars for having some signal and 2 stars for poor service and greed.

The face to face representative, talked to him in a rude manner as if he was scolding him like he was his dad. Very rude, and condescending tone. He sent me off with my new phone without doing a single thing to assist me with the transfer process from my old phone (apparently they’re back to using SIM cards again & I have no idea how to open the back of this $1300 phone without destroying it). Zero guidance, service or instruction -- sent home blindly with a phone I can’t figure out. Last time I got a phone (about 2 yrs ago) everything was totally different. Why am I having to do their job alone at my house?! Didn’t even ask if I wanted insurance, a case, just basic things, let alone anything complicated. I felt like I was burden even being there. Now I gotta go to a reputable AT&T store in another part of town to complete the process 😑 not happy. Gave 2 stars only cause he wasn’t a jerk, just could have cared less about his job or me.

Unfortunately he seemed to be having a bad day since it was slow. I did not receive the service I came for and was discouraged so I left.
