Went to AT&T store to get a upgrade for my phone, once there we were greeted very friendly by the young lady working the door, she said that the wait would be about 15 minutes but it was more like 5 minutes . A young man by the name of Victor assisted my wife and I, he was very nice and polite about what our needs were and took his time with us senior citizens 💙 to help us find the right phone for our needs. Thanks to all who made this experience simple and easy. 🙌

I came to this store and purchased a new phone and a tablet. The salesman Eric told me that he would transfer data from the previous phone to the new items. I discovered later that was not done. I came back another day to get the transfer done. When I walked in and explained my reason for coming, I was not logged into the system but simply told to have a seat and someone would help me. After sitting in the store for 50 minutes, I left. I went to another AT&T store and they were very helpful and professional and took great care of me.There is no need to write something meaningless like I will be taken good care of next time. There will be no next time at this store.

Meredith was very kind, knowledgeable and very patient. She made sure all our phones were backed up and updated. Also, informed us on what to expect on our next bill. My husband and I are very pleased with our 12 pro and our girls are extremely happy with their iPhone 11!!! Probably a trait of all ATT stores- went in for upgrade- had facts & offer from online chat- high pressure sale- wouldnt match offer from chat- trips back to ask manager- like a used care sales lot, many offers on what I didnt need or want- I finally just walked ..will go bk online and take my chances with ordering & steer clear from the stores!

The customer service is friendly. However when I bought my new phone in 2020, they did not cancel the insurance on my old phone. I paid AT&T for insurance for 1 year for a phone I didnt use! My husband discovered this after going to a different store to do a bill review. They dropped the insurance and got my husband a discount for being a vetern.

We were greeted at the door. The Customer Service Technician was very knowledgeable in handling ALL our needs. Mrs. Shante was very thorough in explaining to us on how to take care of our new cell phone and she assembled and activated our phone, ensuring it was working properly, she looked at our plan to see what discounts were available, lastly Mrs. Shante said if we needed any additional help or issues with the phone to bring it back to the A/TT Store for further assistance and she would be more than happy to assist us in our needs and she welcomed us to visit the A/TT Store at any time and she would be more than Happy to further assist us.

I really want to commend John Finnie at the ATT Bartlett store on his customer service, patience, and desire to make sure I had the best deal available. He personally transferred all my information from my old phone to my new phone in the store and found a good deal for me (upgrade). Excellent service, he went above and beyond what was asked of him.

Great service and a very respectful rep

Well, I was having trouble with my phone so i hurried over to the store after work, only to be turned away. When I walked in the door, one of the staff members was sitting down which is fine, but that individual wouldnt get up at first. At first, that person sat there looking at me, I could see out of the corner of my eye. It seemed as if they were trying to wait and see if someone else was going to help me first so as to not have to get up. Finally, I went ahead and made full on eye contact with this person and they made a face like oh man they see me. So of course at this point this staff finally gets up and speaks to me, only to inform me that they couldnt help me. Oh, we dont have anything to do with that, its separate from us, you just have to read and follow the directions. I repeated that I had tried all that and the staff basically repeated what they said and sent me on my way. Later, I mentioned to a family member that I was having trouble with my phone which is why I was late due to going to the at&t store, not knowing that they would be able to fix it. However, it turns out that after 5 minutes my family member fixed it. I said that to say this, if my family member who is not at all a professional can fix it in 5 minutes then the staff person who handled me at the store could have done it in 3 minutes. They just refused to take the time. They just werent bothered. Ill be honest with you, I dont feel like a valued customer. Thank you for your time.

First off my family has had at&t internet and cable only for about 10 years. And we always pay at this store at the kiosk. Well every single time I go in here the employees ignore me, ask me what Im doing, if I say looking they say please leave unless you plan on signing up with our wireless plans... also Ive asked about chargers, phone cases, and more and always they pretty much find any excuse to not sell it to me and only sell to wireless cell phone plan members or people signing up. Also sometimes the kiosk is down. Well guess what if you get in line you will be waiting over 30min. Even though about 2 other registers and employees are not busy. They say its just for the people with wireless plan help only lines. Also once you finally get help Ive had 3 employees say they couldnt process my bill payment and the third time finally someone said yes we can come over here why are you not getting helped. She was very kind and told everyone else that it was ridiculous lying and acting like that and she just had arrived and clocked in. Ive been threatened to be escorted out of the store (they do have a guard) but it was just an employee saying that the guard said nothing and knew I wasnt doing anything wrong at all. So basically this store is for wireless cell phones and the plans for them. Do not expect help with cable or internet or home phones at all. Also good luck signing a contract cause they will charge crazy prices, act like you get a free phone each year, and truly you pay them way more than the phone costs to buy outright and get cell service from a provider with no contract or a short contract at least. Also if you dont know once you want to quit the contract or dont sign up again, even if you fully paid for the phone you still have to return it or they just disable it and lock it. So truthfully never pay off the phone or buy one then get service. Your basically wasting money as you never will truly own your cell phone from att.

After this plan is up for renewal Im going back to Metro PCS by t-mobile. I dont like the way AT&T operates. Theyre too sketchy for me.

She is o viously an exceptional young woman who truly cares about doing a great job. Ive been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and Ive never received the level of service provided by this young lady. Everyone at the store was friendly and ready to help. Thanks Nicole!

Fast service right before lunch hours

Nicole was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of att products. She set me up with a brand new phone plan, along with TV and internet service. I received a discount due to my job. She was personable and really loves helping people. This was att on sycamore and 64.

Very friendly staff and quick service.

I went in to see about either about fixing my phone or getting another one. More checked out my coverage after talking with me and the issue I was having was covered by my insurance. He filed the claim and my replacement phone was delivered to my house and set up a couple of hours later.

The sales agent that helped me was Monterio. He made sure he handle all my concerns regarding the devices being setup and the billing inquiries I had. I am glad to have met a sales person that was very patient and understanding with me.

Horrible we set there from 12noon till a lil after 5 just transfer from one phone to another

I have had ATT internet for about three years. The speeds are slow and in evenings very slow. Of course I found a faster provider so I began the arduous process of cancellation. ATT labeled me a Voluntary Cancellation which means they keep my money through the whole billing cycle. There is no refund. I will disconnect ATT 23 Jan and am paid up through 12 Feb. Since I am Voluntary that means NO REFUND. 2 stars for having some signal and 2 stars for poor service and greed.

If you are looking for phone service, internet or Directv DO NOT look to ATT! THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. A simple problem is a major issue. 4 trips to the store and 3 1/2 hours on the phone with ATT plus several other calls. I can’t even get a simple email changed. Looking to move everything I have associated with ATT somewhere else.I will say Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s ATT itself I have a problem with not the store and staff itself

Went in to pay bill at kiosk and the gentleman that greeted me starting telling me about the specials so I decided to see if it would be something worth my time. The salesperson went over and above to assist me and I left very very satisfied. Ended up getting extra accessories because the deal was too good to walk away from. The greeter and salesperson were excellent and very very courteous

Eric went above and beyond to help me and my mom with her phone issues. These were issues we had been trying to resolve through Apple but to no avail. He was patient, and even informed me about new services that will be beneficial for me.

The guy who helped my fiancé and I was pretty helpful. However, my fiancé just wanted to make sure his new phone was working properly. The face to face representative, talked to him in a rude manner as if he was scolding him like he was his dad. Very rude, and condescending tone. We got what we wanted in the end, however he wasnt very nice to my fiancé the way I think a representative of AT&T should be.Oh and by the way, he didn’t really introduce himself. We waited so long to be helped!

Horrible customer service (basically nonexistent). He sent me off with my new phone without doing a single thing to assist me with the transfer process from my old phone (apparently they’re back to using SIM cards again & I have no idea how to open the back of this $1300 phone without destroying it). Zero guidance, service or instruction -- sent home blindly with a phone I can’t figure out. Last time I got a phone (about 2 yrs ago) everything was totally different. Why am I having to do their job alone at my house?! Didn’t even ask if I wanted insurance, a case, just basic things, let alone anything complicated. I felt like I was burden even being there. Now I gotta go to a reputable AT&T store in another part of town to complete the process 😡 not happy. Gave 2 stars only cause he wasn’t a jerk, just could have cared less about his job or me.

Friendly, courteous, & prompt. Offered many options on plans, but did not push upsells when we declined. Shun was super helpful, even walked us out & held the door. I know that is a small & simple detail, but hardly anybody does that anymore, some places dont even act thankful.

Came in on a Saturday morning to change my service. (Desperate to get rid of my UVerse cable tv.) Mindy was so helpful and patient. Ian, the manager, was there to support her with questions she needed answered to help me.

Once I got waited on, it took less than 20 minutes to finish. The hour wait was long.

I had a horrible experience, the young lady employee that I spoke with, I strongly felt her spirit that she did not want to be bothered with me. I went to get help with email problems, speaking with that employee, she made me feel like I was old and I Hate the word old, that the questions about my phone was not important, she made me feel dumb like I should not have questions about my phone. When I told her, I did not want to come to that store for help, she had the nerve to tell me, I could call AT&T on the phone and they can walk me through to help me. This employer was cold hearted and the other employees clearly did not want to be bothered, they just want to get paid doing nothing.

I just left the store after the agent over the phone set me an appointment. My sales person Patrick did not seem pleased that I came 12 mins early at all. Unfortunately he seemed to be having a bad day since it was slow. I did not receive the service I came for and was discouraged so I left. I told him that I would call customer service back to get better service or come back tomorrow and get someone having a better day. He told me it made no difference what I did.

My general go to spot for ATT. The employees that I have worked with here have been great. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Even when there is quite a few people on the wait list this location seems to get through them in a fairly quick manner. Will continue to use this location!

The employees took too long to attend to me. I walked walked around the entire store and it was like I was invisible. No one acknowledged me or greeted me when I walked in. There was only 3 employees working.

Trash store, took 40 minutes to be seen by someone then when I was she basically told me I couldnt so something I know can be done. I just walked out and got it done by a rep at a different store who knew what they were doing.

Great place to go if you want to stand around and be completely ignored. They’re attempt at running a store in the same fashion as an Apple store is misguided and pathetic at best.

Its ok, but Ill most likely never be a customer. They took 98 from my account for the taxes and fees on the phone I ordered (online) and first they were gonna have it delivered 3rd party but they wouldnt give me my phone because they said I have paid for it yet - they called ATT and they were told to give me my phone and they still refused. So then Im told to get it in store... Got there AND, no phone waiting on me. I wanted a refund at this point which was promised and never saw it.

Some of their reps attitude are unprofessional. Like certain people they will not want to do business with.

My local AT&T store is where its at. B4 coming back, I used to be a customer years ago as well as & I always did business at this location. Ive never once known anyone to have an issue here! Recently Ive had a problem with my bill due to customer service(over phone) & went to this store & within a couple of days my problem had been resolved!! I want mention tha womans name online, but her & her manager were a superior help to me!

Avoid this store and AT&T at all costs. Make sure to get your quoted price in writing. Both times I have dealt with the sales associates at this location they have lied to me about the price. Eric was the associate that I dealt with this time.
