I love this store. Sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Everything I need for the project is available and I don’t have to go to a big store!

I take one point off because, the paint sold here is extremely expensive compared to almost anyplace else Ive paint shopped. That said staff here are friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of paint and painting. The store is fully stocked with equally expensive paint related supplies. Any superstore could bust these store wide open on the price of paint if you are shopping price alone. For paint related service, knowledge, DYI support, color matching and quality this place has no equal.

Ive purchased here before but it had been a while since my last purchase. I had forgotten the exact color I used but David was AMAZING. He took the time to search the system & help me to find the exact product that I needed to finish up my project. His customer service was above & beyond. I would definitely recommend this business location and will return for future needs.

The staff (store manager) is extremely knowledgeable about paint: what to use in what application, advice on technique, etc. and generous with sharing information and guidance. I also value how the staff (store manager) treats me and other customers with respect. Whether a white woman dressed in business attire or a black man dressed in a painters uniform, the staff treat customers with the same friendliness and attention.

My wife and I have been to this store many times. If the store manager is there, service is good. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. If the manager is not there, you may end up walking out of the store angry, as weve watched many people do. The customer service is poor. If you walk in here, and the manager is not working, turn around and leave. Save yourself the time. You can get SW paint at the commercial store on Falls Rd.

The staff were both super polite and helpful. They looked up the temperatures that I can use the paint in. They also informed me of sale items in the store.

Completely overwhelmed and understaffed . They say they are open when you call them and when you go there , they are only open for pick up service . Only one clerk in the store who is on the phone all the time and it’s impossible to get him in the line , while you wait outside the store in the rain, because they won’t let you enter . I don’t understand why they don’t staff better is they clearly have plenty of business . The second day today I am standing in front of the door with a clerk inside busy on the phone while I am not able to get through to him , even I am picking something up . Will to other place . I am not taking COVID as an excuse for poor management .
