I have to have a scooter to get around. They bring it out to me. Very friendly staff. You feel like family. I had a problem w my card. They never made me feel embarrassed while I made call to my bank. I look forward to coming there.

The staff is friendly and nice. Check out is fast and easy. Even self checkout. Shelves are always stocked. My only complaint is that I bought beautiful sunflowers 🌻🌻 from here and they only lasted 3/4 days. So I wont be buying flowers from here again because its just throwing money away. HOWEVER, I will still do my grocery shopping here. 🙂

I would love to give 5 stars, but since they installed so many self checkout lines, they lose stars. The lines are longer now & the self checkouts are a pain to use, always having to wait for help for something. Besides that, this Weis is a good store. Ive been shopping here for 30yrs, its a shame that I wont shop here anymore. Bring back human cashiers!

Always clean inside and the staff always ask if you need help locating things. Maybe I always look like Im lost...

Its getting ridiculous to see more and more self checkout lines while only 2 or 3 cashiers are opened resulting in long lines. I am not going to be my own cashier. Why should I do all of my own checkout and still pay the same price? NO THANKS! It results in more of an unfriendly air I do not like being told or directed to one.It also results in a loss of badly needed jobs

Weis has become one of my favorite grocery stores. They have good quality food and I have a bonus card and I like watching the prices get lower and lower when Im checking out because I do save a lot of money there and theyre brand name foods are really good too

Around noon today my Grandmother got very sick. The managers and workers all were very helpful, we were able to walk her to the bench, get a bag for her to throw up in, and one even bought her a ginger ale to settle her stomach after. I wanted to thank them in particular first off to whoever receives this.The cashier working directly in front of the bench we were helped on, however, was worrysome. I had told the workers who helped that my grandma was ok, thanked them, and they had left us to help others. at which time I noticed the cashier from the lane my uncle was waiting in to pay. I believe she was high on something, as my uncles checkout took longer normal. The cashier stopped mid check out of a different customer as well to take a photo of me and my grandmother bc we were precious on her own personal cell phone, not mine (which I uncomfortably offered not knowing how to approach that situation). When it came time for my uncle to pay, we had finished entering pin on the keypad and she was clicking buttons for about 3 minutes with no success in completing the transaction, at which point I told her how I paid and that there was probably a electronic payment button she needed to press. she was slow in movement and slurred in speech the whole time, and had I not needed to take my Grandmother home right then I would have asked the manager right then.I couldnt not get a confirmation from the Feedback form, and am willing to edit this review to remove the cashier part if I am directed to the proper way to have reported the unfortunate part of my experience.

Ive shopped at this location even when it was a Mars. Reasonable prices and a great choice of meats in the deli.

They only had 2 checkouts open that werent self checkouts. We got in one and the cashier said she was closing. That left only one open, so we went to the ba k of a long line. Then we noticed that the 1st checkout was still open and now with a long line. We could have stayed in that line and been out in 15 minutes in stead of 45.....we were not happy

Store is always clean and the lines are quick. My only complaint is with the coupon app. I scanned the barcode next to the product on the shelf, when the app opened it was a list with many pages of coupons, the product I scanned was not selected. When I attempted to search for the product in the huge list, the search return no results. I asked an employee, and her response was the search sucks oh well.

First, the store is undergoing renovation and has been fir at least a month. Do theres that.Second, day before a weather event. Popular items in short supply.Finally, and most importantly, after all these many pandemic months, they have still not figured out how to efficiently move people through the checkout. Lines are halfway down most aisles, there are an insufficient number of checkers, no manager seems to be monitoring or expediting. Shoppers are frustrated. Weis carries a few items we really like and havent found elsewhere, yet. But Im looking.

This store has plenty of stock, organized well, and is clean! However when it comes to checkout, there is usually only one or two checkers and they push self checkout. I prefer a checker and bagger, but if you are not willing to do self check out you will be waiting for awhile

Was unsuccessful paying BGE bill at customer service today!

Im only giving this place 1 star because the manager (heavy set/bald head/glasses) that is working right now (04/16/2021 @ 3:56) is probably the worst manager I have ever crossed paths with. He was working the self checkout and on his phone more than actually helping customers. When someone did manage to get his attention they were met with absolute disgust, including myself. Im sorry, did we interrupt your game or whatever nonsense you were doing on your phone during company hours. Considering he is in a managerial position, he should be leading by example! I have no idea how this man was ever put up for a promotion!?!?!

This store never has anything, and should it by chance, its always ONLY their own store brand. I hate this store!

Weis Market places have really gone downhill especially the one in Arbutus Maiden Choice Lane. They only had two cash registers open with two very very slow cashiers. The line bread more than halfway down the aisle. When I got in line I was the seventh person. When I finally got up to the register theres this young guy cashier who did not bother to say hello sorry about the wait thanks for your patience not a word came out of his mouth. Then when I was leaving he didnt say thank you have a good day nothing. Whatever happened to customer service or just plain pleasantries when youre standing in front of someone else doing a transaction. I will not return to that store ever and anyone listening I recommend that you dont even bother. I know I gave it a one-star but I didnt want to give it any unfortunately that wasnt an option.

Great place to get groceries. Way better than Mars after the revamp. Weis now offers free guest wifi, which is great if you dont have an internet plan on your mobile and want to compare prices online.

Im from Italy and in this store I find the brands De Cecco (pasta), Rosa (canned S. Marzano tomatoes) and Lavazza Perfetto (coffee) that are very good!Fresh fish, shrimps and seafood are good too and theres a good choice of meat and bread.

My shopping experience didnt happen here today. Yet again they had NO shopping carts at the Maiden Choice Weis. This Weis hardly ever has any carts available, and its not because the store is packed. I have left this store and gone to the Giant before because of this very reason .I will not waste my time going to this Weis ever again . It was a better store when it was Mars.

I love Weis its a little out dated and sometimes pricey if you dont get the deals and use your Weis card. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I wish their seafood section had a little more of a selection to choose from. Also bring back my waffle crisp cereal this location was the only location I could find my favorite cereal at. Now I can never find it anymore please start selling again

I have shopped at this market many times. I really enjoy their party platters. I order them twice a year. My guest really enjoy the variety of platters that Weis Market can prepare. I find the staff courteous and helpful. In addition, the prices are reasonable.

Nice store. Has a good selection of food. Prices are reasonable and there are always nice deals on certain items. The employees are always nice and friendly. The only problem I see with the store are the aisle are a bit small. I always shop here and love the place.

Its a great small grocery store. They dont have a ton of things, but what I usually shop for they have. They never seem to be super busy (unless its senior citizen day), so its nice to get what you need and get out in a decent time. Their cashiers are always super polite and tend to be in a great mood!
