I work down in this area a lot so if I need to run in and grab what I need it’s always pretty convenient. My only gripe is you guys need to put a door back on one of the bathroom stalls please. It’s been gone for about a month now. Had to wait over 10 minutes for one of your employees to get out of the only one to use.

I visited the Target near my job yesterday! It was a bad storm going on but I really had to get more dog food and other essential items! Upon checking out, the cashier was very helpful, polite and a true pleasure to help me and my girls checking out! My twin 9y/o girls were excited to get a toy with their birthday money, in the form of a gift card. I informed the cashier that they wanted to purchase and pay for their toy , separately! She helped guide them through the process very patiently and not rushing them, even after several attempts of their card not scanning correctly. She went above and beyond , even when her line was getting longer! One small gesture meant alot to me and my girls! I will be continue going to that Target specifically and looking for her at checkout!

I bought this new comforter that comes with two pillow shams coverings is well. the old comforter that belongs to the set of pillows in the background basically began to fall apart. This also is a versatile comforter where it is gray on one side and black on the other which is great. It doesnt seem to be too heavy and I think it will also work perfectly during the winter time as I dont like real heavy comforters either. This comforter will definitely get a lot of use out of it and Im hoping that it will endure every use.

After waiting in a long line for self checkout the item that I wanted wouldnt scan because it said do not sell this item so it had to go back. These were all on the shelf and there was nothing wrong with them, someone had just not entered it into the system yet. Total waste of time as this was what I came here to buy. Get it together

Love the target but if you close at 10 dont close self check out at 9 with 2 cashiers that are slow!

The main reason is for the exceptional customer service. Aka. MOLLY she went above and beyond to help me save on deals I didnt know were present. I had my daughter with me, and I didnt want to hold up her line trying to budget but she mentioned the target app and got me a deal of 10% while being friendly. Thanks a bunch.

I LOVE Target, but Richard in your electronic sales department need to understand that when you sell a customer a 1k phone, you are charged with informing them that a charger is not included, like it is with almost every phone.After Id asked why wasnt I Informed. He told me It has never been a big issue for any customer . Then when I mentioned that it was his responsibility, he responded in a condescending way in an effort to justify why he CHOSE not to inform me.This review was written to let Richard know that it IS an issue to not inform the customer, as you take our ability to choose away.

Very poor management! OPEN MORE LINES! This would be a very easy and tangible way to improve the customer experience. Make this adjustment FAST or you will lose business!

The most polite employees that will help you in anyway they can. I also like how clean and tidy they are.

Worst customer service experience today.Long lines and no clear understanding that customers should be able to walk in line on their own. When trying to direct the flow of the lines the staff actually hinder the process of checking out. No organization at all at this target. They need to hire more customer service people who also need to be friendly

Lines, lines, lines. A quick stop has become impossible.When I walked in there were more than 20 people in the self checkout line and another long line for the registers circling the childrens wear section. Needless to say I walked right back out.Only two cashiers working. This seems to be the new normal at target and I am choosing not to support the change.I am very disappointed to see Targets service level drop so low that a trip to Walmart is easier.

Alex, the cashier forgot to give the guest who was with me the change and did not apologize. When I questioned Alex about it she stated she did apologize in a nonchalant manner. Her demeanor was nasty and very unprofessional. I spoke to Adrian the manager on duty who stated he would speak to Alex.

I have been super happy with the curbside pickup! I have used it 3 times now and each time I have waited under a minute for someone to bring out my order. That’s the way it should be!

Your team at the store does not know where the products are, no one from your company has responded to my question. Seems like a bunch of monkeys could do a better job.

It was so easy and pleasant to order online and do the drive-up pickup I would do this again. I used the app to let them know I was on my way, within a minute after pulling up my order was being brought out by a very nice employee. It was so simple and easy I would recommend especially if you have young kids and don’t want to run into the store.

Quick and friendly service. They notified me when a product was not available. Also a plus you can order same day pick-up unlike other stores.

Update: Store manager contacted me and gave me a refund. If you are buying Nintendo downloadable games in Target, you must check you get the redeemable code and not just the activation codeWe love Target, but we had a bad experience in this particular one. My son bought a Nintendo switch video game card, but it came without the pin number. We checked in the receipt and they charged the game but there wasnt any code there either. We went back to the store and they said that theres no return policy with this video games. At least they were very very (veeeery) sorry. We got a $40 piece of paper

I did not have a great experience going into this Target today.I went inside to grab an electric blanket that was on sale.I was making my way to the grocery section and saw a man not wearing a mask.He was shopping with a women who was wearing a mask.I told the security guard and he just said oh ok.That was it.I called the customer service line once i got in my car.The customer service women took my complaint over the phone.She kept giving me excuses for why the person wasnt wearing a mask.I told her that when I told the security guard about it, he did not see this man or talked to him.Nor did he go looking for the man who wasnt wearing a mask.I told the customer service women that I will not go back in that store.With cases going up I dont feel safe after that experience.

I love Target in general but this store could use some straightening up. Not as immaculate as all the other Targets. Especially the toy section. It looks like Ross most days.

“Better than Walmart” isn’t a huge compliment. This Target is often low/out of stock on many things, and is always very crowded, which makes me less likely to want to go inside. There’s never enough registers open to cut down on long lines during peak times.Ordering for drive up is easy enough, but takes a long time. Odd that prices are sometimes lower in the app than in store. The app also doesn’t seem to allow for a specific pickup time like Walmart does, which might help explain why it takes so long for clerks to bring your purchase out.It’s still better than Dundalk Walmart, and closer than White Marsh Target, so I’ll probably occasionally keep going 🤷🏻‍♂️

The store was clean and orderly. The lines were short. There were a lot of employees working, so they are providing job opportunites. The book I was looking for was in stock.

Employee Nick, he went above and beyond today with outstanding customer service. He was stocking shelves in the isle where home care (paper plates, cups, etc) is located in the store on 4/16/2020. This young man deserves to be recognized for the assistance he provided in the store for my mom and myself. He actually made my mom cry with his act of kindness. I hope management sees this review & hopefully give him something in return.

Corey is awesome! He was sorting returns at the front of the store when I was leaving empty handed. I told him I’d come in for Sriracha because your app said you had it, only to find none of the shelf. He was kind enough to check his gun and see if you had any, and he went to the back and got it. Exceptional customer service! Kudos to Corey!

Only self-checkout open, and the line is half way through the store. Really poor management at this store.

This Target is always hit or miss. Shelves are rarely stocked, carts sitting in the middle for the aisles with items that should be stocked, and they no longer clean. The store is dirty and I don’t see anyone wiping down after each customer anymore.

I shop at target regularly and overall I will say its a nice store the past couple of weeks I havent been seeing my favorite bubbly cashier. I will never forget her name because its the same as my mom and the sweet cashier name is maggie she is such a sweet delight I always look for her whenever I come in the canton location. I remember getting in her line and she greeted people with a good morning and how are you today and start conversation with guest and is easy to talk with. I have seen her in a while I always look forward to seeing her smile and talking with her I definitely look forward to seeing more of her she is one of my favorite cashier such a well mannered young woman. I gave 3 stars because I havent been seeing the lovely young woman and I hope she still works at target.

Typical Target, but conveniently located in residential Canton. They are often short staffed and out of regular items. Overall good store despite its shortcomings. Location outweighs its drawbacks.

Placed an order for 2 day pickup for items needed for my baby on Sunday... It showed the items set for delivery for Tuesday, for 2 days... then Tuesday morning I check and its claiming, despite being within my city the entire time from packing to pending, my delivery date magically changed to Wednesday... now Im frustrated because I can choose when my baby will poo or pee and Ive already given them the money I would need to take a bus and buy the items...Whats more when I went into the chat because I was frustrated, the first agent coaxed me into closing the chat claiming it wouldnt close... the second agent couldnt even type proper english.Well thatll teach me DONT ORDER FROM TARGET!!

Love how big, clean, and well stocked this store is. Unfortunately customer service is pretty awful. Especially when using the Drive Up option. On multiple occasions, associates have forgotten my Drive Up items.

The most conveniently-located Target in Baltimore. Plenty of parking. The store is nice and clean. My favorite part is online order pickup experience. The wait is not long, the stuff is nice. Products are conveniently located and you can find anything you need. If not - just ask an associate! Thank you!

Process to pick up order unclear. Poor communication with staff. Unreliable equipment. I waited 10 minutes for a staff member to reboot get device that was not working so that she could go to the shelves and find my order.

Hard to give more than 1 star when you cant pick up the order you paid for. Always understocked and understaffed. Constant problems with the app and this store.

This location is always well stocked and they have the latest & greatest. Last year when Hunter for Target is launched, this location had a great selection. This location is busy but the team keeps the store clean and I always see team members in the aisles straightening and stocking the shelves. I really cannot think of 1 negative thing to say regarding the store or the Target team.

Good and can save a lot! This is one of things I am looking for when choosing where to shop. I know, it sometimes drive you to buy more than you really need. But that is fine, you buy more for less.

There’s a young woman named “Diamond” she was rude few weeks ago , because a cashier needed help with my purchase. Diamond said “this is the last time I’m doing this for you” I felt she was irritated by helping me honestly not shopping there no more.

Went in to use the bathroom, left with $60 worth of stuff. Im still happy with my purchases. Its a Target like any other; clean, bright and full of stuff you will buy even if you dont need it.

This was the first time EVER experiencing a problem at this Target. I really love going there but recently my 2 kids and I was stopped by not one but two security guards following my purchase of a diaper bag and a fortnite hoodie. I understand they have to stop people and check the receipt, then check the diaper bag, I mean security really searched it to make sure nothing is in it but this was embarrassing. So I went to return it after this encounter and the guest services cashier was super understanding and nice. I would give her 5 stars alone. There is a way to do things, it should not take 2 security guards to perform a standard check.

It is a good super target. The storage section is not the best but it does have the best make-up/bath section Ive seen. Love it!

They’re always out of inventory for items that don’t even turnover quickly. Starbucks is always open late and out of coffee. Checkout machines and staff are always down. Only plus is the convenience.

I was looking for some items on sale that were out of stock at my local store and this location had plenty!

Value, readiness of sales help, drive up feature, very appealing, especially for individuals in time crunches! This would be great for people using Uber/Lyft that need to make quick stop, PERFECT!

I ordered a gift from this location and was pleased until one of the employees was rushing to get to work and hit my car in the parking lot. He took full responsibility but then denied it. His colleagues banned together to protect him by deleting footage from the incident and not allowing me to speak with a store manager. I will absolutely not return here again.
