Great customer service I normally find what I need always picking up things I dont need lil

The cashier had an attitude because all I had was $100.00 bills and at first she refused to give me change. After all my total came to $125.00 and I asked to speak to the manager, then she gave my correct change. You know that old saying the customer is always right. I dont know about always but this time I was right.

Cashier was rude , eating at register and Talking on cell phone while not paying attention. MANAGER was LOUD and FUSSY!!!Co worker asked her to get off and she laughed at her.Afterwards she told me to grab my own receipt. NEVER AGAIN

If I dont HAVE to go to this location (Gwynns Falls Pkwy), I REFUSE to. There are NEVER enough cashiers behind the registers; yet you will see several on the floor, talking or supposedly on shoplifter watch. The majority of the time, there are boxes cluttering the isles with stock that needs to be shelved. Such a shame because its super convenient to my location.

This is a nice store with helpful staff and you save few dollars on items .

Good shopping experience but the store doesnt allow its carts past the front door. This creates problems if you have a lot of bags. Especially since it is snowing in Baltimore.

Clean, found what I wanted pleasant staff.

Isles where blocked by boxes. There was no grocery carts because employees where using them to stock shelves. It was not a plessant experience because. I am disabled and couldnt get to products that I wanted. So I left.

Customer Service at this location needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENT.

I will never go to this store again. They had two cashiers with very long lines & people were standing too close to one another. Several people asked people to socially distance & were met with resistance. We were all in lines & one guy decided he would butt in front of me. He almost passed out. He kept closing his eyes,legs were bending & he made several women nervous.Not a good place to shopSad!

Just got turned away for not wearing a surgical mask. This is unacceptable . these particular masks are basically scarce. I did have my mouth and nose covered with a cloth mask. The law requires you to wear a mask. It didnt specify a type. How unprofessional of you guys at this time of need.

Family Dollar at this location(Mondawmin) IS PRETTY DECENT.

My favorite dollar store! I love the convenience of it being right at the Mondawmin mall! I can always find plug ins, kick knacks, holiday decor or a nice card for one of my colleagues birthday! You wont regret shopping at Family Dollar at Mondawmin!

This store needs better management the store opens at 7A.M. and the doors are still locked.

Had a return ms bowels would not accept it.was called in on 4-8-18 item was taken out box. Was informed that I don’t live in area .Was told to return when you come out n no deadline was told to me. So no exchange for my item that was stolen out box 5 dollars was charged for item.call me at 4436046872 Ms Ruth

Rhonda is an awesome cashier/store clerk. Always pleasant and friendly and helpful. Nice convenient location outside mondawmin mall. Great deals on laundry detergent pet supplies. Lines are usually not long

Manager was upset cause she had to open a line

Its convenient but they need to get a shuttle bus to take people there from the bus loop. Its a long walk, especially if you have arthritis in your knees and back. They also need to stock the shelves at night when the store is closed.

Love shopping there the employees are very nice for the most you get at least one who act like she cant speak but the product is good

Staff acts like they in high school but they look 30+ which made the shopping experience below average.. like why r u mad at me I don’t know you🤷🏽‍♀️

Place was filthy. 2 stars were only deserved because my cashier was...Ok, and the freezer section was almost the only place kept neatly. Generally, my two visits to this location has been nothing but disappointing. A lot of employees, hanging around, joking around and the place looks disgusting. That building never looked like that when DEALS located there. That place needs some real responsible authority.

Its a great place to get good deals the lines can be a bit long tho but its worth the wait.

Nice staff. Lots of bargains and quaint holiday gifts. Dont sleep on houseware items. Beautiful2 wall art. Store was a little junky but its also a very busy store for customer traffic.
