Items marked as picked up and my card was charged even though I never picked them up. Staff is either incompetent or stealing items not picked up by customers. Great reminder why I dont shop at Walmart but unfortunately couldnt find this specific item elsewhere.

I hate this walmart... the lines is way to long... nothing is ever stocked. Place is always dirt including the bathroom... they need to fire every one there and put new manger so we can get better service...they also need more cashiers...

I think its because its short staffed . Some of clothes were on the floor. Its only few cashiers that night. If yall hiring let me know. The cashier was respectful and patient with all his customers. I will return its still good customer service and close to home

I placed a mobile order for a tv stand to pickup at Walmart, i waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes before coming to this Walmart. As i am 5 minutes away i get a message saying my order was canceled because it was out of stock, come to find out i go in the store and find it myself…This is terrible employees don’t wanna do their job 🤬

Not too bad! Probably one of the better Walmarts in the surrounding areas. Had a little bit of everything, except turtle food lol. Considering how uncommon turtle food is I definitely give this Walmart five stars. Helpful employees,and pretty fast lines even though they look long. Thats about all you can ask for from Walmart doing the first of the month!

Once again, The Outback Steakhouse in Perry Hall, MD was excellent. Although Social Distancing is being practiced here, the Dining room is open. Cant sit at the bar, but great drinks are available. Dont miss the Aussie Fries appetizer. Smothered cheese & bacon melted over boardwalk style fries......Yummy! The Outback Special sirloin Steak was cooked to perfection. Just right. You cant top the garlic seasoned green beans, Wow! Tasty!! To end it all, Cheesecake with raspberry sauce....to die for!

They only had 3 cashiers open will lines going all the way into the clothing section.I waited in a line with at least 20 people ahead of me. When an argument broke out and a lady sprayed made and no one called the police it became a serious safety issue. Me & my son exited and havent returned .

This store is rediculous only 8 registers open on a Sunday afternoon. Every single line is across the main aisle and into the womans clothing section. Only 2 speedy check out lines open. Minimum of 30 minute way to check out. Waiting 30 minutes to check out with 7 items is rediculous.

I always spend too much money there. So many great bargains.

Super duper slow cashiers.. always more than 30 minutes in the line… some ppl don’t even care speedy lane too (less than 20) and the cashier still take them even they have a full cart of stuff. I know they’re about customer service, nice and talking to customer.. but they also need to limit their talking time… they don’t care, they just taking their time and enjoy their time.. all the lines minimum 10 ppl waiting

I love to shop at Walmart. Especially for personal items.

The worst is the parking lot during the construction. Im surprised there has not been any accidents the way its set up. The store itself is actually pretty organized and functional. Easy to locate what you want and find a friendly staff member to assist you within minutes. If the parking lot was better arranged they would have gotten a full 5 star rating.

I get my lashes done in Seva. The young lady didnt do my lashes the way I like them. Other than that this is my go to for my lashes.

Prices are wrong. You go to buy something you want and think you can afford and they hike the price up at the front. It used to be the customers always right and now they dont even care to check. People arent kind and courteous anymore. So packed inside and the customers cause more problems in the store than buying items.

The line at this Walmart for checkoit are seriously long... This is Hase been going on for over one year that I know of. Many times I have witnessed customers calling corporate while waiting in line. They manage to wait in line and get through to make complaint while still waiting in line... Management never seems available. The grocery side of the store is always a mess. Lots of things are always out of stock! The store associates are always helpful and polite... However it seems that the failed part of the store is totally on the Management. In my opinion the management is the worst i have seen at any department store I have ever been to! I would give this Walmart 1 star. However, the lower level store associates are the reason why I am bumping it up to 2 stars. They are simply trying their best with a failed management. It is sad to see that the workers are the ones holding the place together while the management seems to have no clue as to what is going on!

Very bad store! I always go to Cockeysville Walmart and it is very nice store. I went there and Im sure sure I never go there again because it was the worst Walmart Store that Ive seen by now. They dont have self check out. They have 22 check out places, but only 5 of them were working when I was there. I was there on Monday around 3:00 PM. Long long lines because only 5 of them were working and no self check out! I took for me 45 minutes to do check out. I never go there again for shopping in the future! Also, their parking was awful and not enough parking space! DO NOT GO THERE!

I could give it 5 stars but not having self checkout is a huge no no, the lines are so long that you’re standing by the fitting room, literally. self checkout is the fastest most simplest thing a store could and should do, if there’s another store closer with what I need, I’ll just go there just cuz of the lines at Walmart and them not having self checkout, get it and it’s a great Walmart

I wish I could give it a zero or a negative number. I did a pickup order through the app. When I picked it up, the majority of it was either missing or wrong. It was like the person picking the stuff just picked whatever they wanted. It isnt rocket science to pick things off of the shelf from a list. They are getting paid very well to do one of the easiest jobs. Will never shop there again.

Slowest Walmart I have ever been to in my entire life. Lines go all the way back through the clothing racks. Cashiers are very slow. No other Walmart I have ever been to is this awful

The self service only took credit cards, they only had 2 lines open. But had employees standing around and talking. During the most busiest time of the day.

Awesome!! One stop shopping... My issue is that they need to open ALL registers, instead of 3 or 4. This would avoid crowds at registers lines.

It was disappointing...a long trip by bus from Baltimore, bus services in Baltimore are fantastic, the charm circulators and all network is excellent. However, Walmart, but no Office Depot, and Walmart seems disorganized.

This Walmart is the worse and I been in Walmarts all over the U.S. The lines are ALWAYS very long. Never have enough registers open. Shelves empty. I HATE GOING TO THIS WALMART. This walmart is in walking distance to me and I will go 2 miles out to go to the next nearest one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE IF YOU CAN or be prepared to WAIT !

Management need to invest in more check out. for the last 4 years the line to get out of the store usually takes 30-45 minuets. I would recommend any other store, just dont waste your time in this one if you can.

Not a good store lot of people no workers all the time i go to this store i have to wait in line for 30 minutes or more they need to open more cashiers there are no cashiers on this store all i see its 4 open and last time i been here i was on line for 20 min and after that cashier told me that the person in front on me was the las costumer and i have to move at the end of a nother line and wait for 30 more minutes so thats no good for no buddy at all👎👎👎👎sucks

Please stop stereotyping black people (security). Im not all black but its becoming a nuisance being followed just because I look a certain way. Other than that I love this Walmart and I always feel Im getting one of the best prices for the things that I buy.

Walmart sell out of products pretty fast, and this was one of those times. However, Walmart will always be my favorite go to store, it has everything!!!

Not enough associates running checkout plus there is no self checkout. It’s a Wednesday in the middle of the day and I have never waited in a line this long at any Walmart, EVER! People are literally arguing over their place in the line stretched into clothing section parallel to the line I’m in. Maybe a stunt to entice people to work here??? Either way, it’s a headache.

There is absolutely nothing bad that I could ever say about Walmart. When no one has what your looking for you can count on Walmart to come through and always have whatever I’m looking for. Prices are awesome and even wait times in cashier line ain’t bad at all. Customer for life

It was as expected empty shelves, associates barely around to help, not enough cashiers but thats just the normal walmart experience nothing new. Maybe if the people running it were more worried about making an amazing customer experience instead of profit margins it would make shopping here better.

Dont ever place order to printout photo online. Worse customer service ever. I placed one hour pick up photo print out service and didnt hear back even after 2 days. When I called at Walmart local store, customer service representative told me photo machine was broke down and later on when I called Walmarts main customer service to cancel my order, service center representative told me photo machine is still working and I will hear back soon from local store but I never heard back yet. Bunch of liars and seems work avoidance and holding my dollars.

This Walmart is the closet that why I used it, but, sadly the customer service isnt that good. And the long lines are out of this world. I mean dozens of ppl in the store and most of the time they only have like 2 or 3 lanes open and the lines are up the isles.

I enjoy stopping by Bakers Tavern. The people there are very pleasant. They have draft beer on tap, Coots Light and Budweiser. The food at the Pit Beef is Excellent, they have Italian sausage and I believe they have turkey, also french fries and much more. There is food available on the inside of the bar.

I went there to pick up a moneygram that was desperately needed. The customer Service lights were off, even though there was an emotes behind the register. I asked the greeter (who at this Walmart layout was directly next to the customer Service area) if they were open amd she said she doesnt know, she thinks they dont have enough staff. Which is strange, as there was an employee working behind the counter. Now, it could have been his break or he was already supposed to have been off, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I asked him if someone was replacing him and he said I dont know so I asked the greeter to please call a manager over as I needed this specific Walmart to Walmart moneygram.Eventually a hurried, disheveled lady (who was so nice but so verbally frustrated at the management) came to help me. We went through all the steps , when it came time to give me the $, there was no till in the drawer. I asked if this would impact my transaction and she said it may lock it up but I can fix it...umm...not be rude here but this money is pretty much the only way I can get home. Thanks for the confidence, lady.Anyways, she then called for a til and left me standing there waiting. She went over to the returns line for about 20 minutes until someone else came to help me and just used a different computer in which there was a til. Very frustrating experience as I am a very long time patron of Walmart but I guess in these days that doesnt count for much of anything anymore. I felt like a sheep. Which I am def not. Nay nay Walmart, this bads on YOU!

This has to be the WORST Walmart in the Baltimore area. Not only do they not have self-checkouts, but there are never enough registers open. I am currently in line (roughly 45 minutes now) and only 7 of the 20 registers are open. Lines for each are all the way down the aisle, and going into other aisles where people are trying to shop. They also for some reason will not break down their copy paper, forcing customers to purchase an entire box. How ridiculous is this??? Never again. I try to give places more than one chance but this store is like this whenever I go in. Definitely needs a manager to step in and make some major improvements!!!

I love this walmart. This store is huge and very organized. They didnt have what I wanted but Ill be back to shop for other things.

Best day is in the mornings if not then go on Wednesday or Thursday mid day. Need morer checkouts or self serve checkouts. It was better before the pandemic!

This is your typical Walmart Super Center. It is a big store and has a great selection. Its only drawback is the Long lines. The chain has really cut back on cashiers so expect a wait. I have been to this location 3 times and waited 15 or more minutes in line.

Ghetto and out of a lot of items! This is the only store Ive ever been to that you hear employees walking around cussing every time Im in there and the cashiers need to be taught to take the next person in line when they open a register instead of taking someone that just got in line a minute ago

I found a tent in sporting goods and I walked to the counter where the was an employee named Chance who decided that he would enforce the no electronics purchase to the fullest extent and blamed the management. There was no line at all. This is why I hate going to Walmart. Good luck Chance you will experience the same customer service during Covid as well. I hate shopping as well.

Walmart is a favorite store a golden ring Mall. The prices of always affordable for my family. Staff always treat us good.

There are over 20 check out lines but only 5 are open. Lines waiting for check out are long and confusing. It makes costermers stand to close one another. In other words this is an unhealthy place.

The lines were long food was old my ice cream was yellow dried and old this is vanilla ice cream sandwich anyway other than this I guess it was ok...

It is a good place to do the shopping but it is very disorganized they have many boxes to pay and they only open 6 the lines are long and people have to be between the clothes to pay. Very disorganized they arrange the merchandise in the place where it does not go. I have seen it personally, I understand that people have to cooperate but if the employee does not arrange it correctly it is worse. They also do not have to verify prices, they must organize better the store has the space to make it comfortable.

This Walmart is horrible. The lines take forever to get through. Then when you are getting rung up the cashier was saying racial slurs under her breathe. Of course i heard them, but didnt dignify what she was saying with a response. If you want to be treated like your a bother to someone. By all means go shop at this Walmart. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, do yourself a favor...Find another Walmart.

Never have enough checkout lines open so customers have to line up through the clothing isles .... This has always been the case and its worse since Covid! Shelves are stocked very sloppy items thrown anywhere. The store is a mess.

Literally no one would help when asked. I asked an employee to open a case to make a purchase and she walked by while looking at me without saying a word. I had to stand behind a register in front of a camera for someone to come over to the sporting goods area. Staff is absolutely apathetic and has an absolute terrible attitude. Place is straight up trash.

It was spacious, and I love your checkout area for the customers on their own. We dont have that in our Baltimore stores.

Only 4 lines open out of 20 plus registers. 2 were for 20 or less items the other 2 for 20 or more. Staff doesnt know where things are. They come off as short tempered. Its not really the staffs fault, I blame the billion dollar company that is @Walmart. Hire more ppl and pay your staff adequately to help boost morale

The lines are usually long reaching 10 to 20 customers. The front aisle is usually impassable due to this. Instead of investing in ways to speed up the checkout process, they spent it on one way electronic gates to control traffic flow (shoplifting?). The rest of the store is standard Walmart: poorly stocked shelves, understaffed, and filthy.

Please stop hiring unprofessional employees. I walk into customer service , and your employee.. with an attitude.. ask me what did I want ????? If you have employees that hate their jobs and don’t want to deal with the public .. get rid of them! If they can’t greet your customers and ask , how can they assist , get rid of them! Common courtesy should not be a struggle !

Why are there no self checkout lines here? Theres like, what, 20 registers out in front and you cant be bothered to open up more than 4 or 5 at a time, so we all gotta waste time in line? Why not take down some of the registers youre clearly never using and replace them with self checkout lines so that we can get our stuff and get out? Or does that require too much logic?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If it were possible to give zero stars it would be appropriate. This is the most disorganized, poorly run and ignorantly staffed retailer I have ever patronized. There are lines to get through the register backed up halfway down the main aisle while there are employees literally standing around doing nothing. I actually heard one of them say, Im not opening my register again this close to my break. The manager with her simply laughed and they walked away from the registers together. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be coming back.

Always hard to find help..they didnt have the one thing wanted..(plastic cup holder) & when I tried to leave i felt like I was both locked in/up bc they had gates & chained barriers every isle or space you would normally use to walk out! 🤔

There was a nice young lady there named brea she helped me give birth to my beautiful baby girl tanya in the mens bathroom. even tho tanya died minutes later as a result of the months of substance abuse (it was too late for plan b and i cant be a single mother yet) it was still a great wally world experience none the less. although i am pressing charges on her for assisting in murdering my child

Its always crazy in there trying to shop. The employees are really nice. The customers are ridiculous. Never liked the parking and traffic at the Golden ring store.
