This was my 1st time using this location. I purchased this platter as a birthday gift and he loved it. My daughter who picked it up for me was also very pleased. This was a Valentines platter but they were kind enough to change the balloons and the design on the cookies to say happy birthday. The platter had strawberries, cheese and chocolate chip cookies. Im very satisfied with their service. Will definitely use again.

Great customer service! Highly recommend. My friend was not available to receive this beautiful gift. It was already delivered and left outside in the heat and they had texted her that the arrangement was on her door step….they very kindly offered to resent the surprise edible arrangement for another day when she was able to receive it. Also, beautiful and tasty!!!

This place is awesome. I been going here for years . My wife loves edibles I get a edible for every holiday birthday and sometimes I get her an edible just because she love edibles just that much... I hope they never run out of business I would be in trouble, these edible help me get out of trouble all the time love this store.

Edible Arrangements delivered a basket to us. All of the strawberries had mold on them (over 16 of them) and the office wouldnt answer their phone (at 6:30) when the store closes at 7. When called, the owner couldnt believe the strawberries molded and tried to blame us (the mold was noticed within 5 minutes of receiving them). The owner did offer to send a replacement basket but instead we received only replacement strawberries instead of a replacement basket.

Very pleased!I sent three items-two birthdays and one just because. One of the birthdays was going to Mount Airy for our niece. The other birthday went to my Mom. Each of the three arrangements were delivered on time. All were beautifully crafted and thoroughly ENJOYED! The chocolate-dipped strawberries were absolutely delicious. We will definitely order again soon.

Worst possible Valentines experience ever. Half of my order never got delivered. Store refused to give refund. Do not recommend at all.

Spoiled my Mother’s Day surprise for my elderly grandmother. I ordered the arrangement Thursday 5/6/2021 and didn’t get any update on my order until mother’s at 3pm saying it was in route. It didn’t get to her until after 5 pm and she only received 1 of the 2 balloons that I got for her, and they won’t answer the phone! I won’t be ordering at this location again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Worst service ever ... Late on day on delivery. Said they could deliver day 2 to new address. Delivered day 2 to the wrong address where no one will be there . So my money will be wasted my sister wont be able to enjoy her bday gift . And the fruit will go bad before someone gets it ... Horrible service but they say they are accommodating ... Wont use this store again .

So I got lost and the address leads you to an apartment, the entrance to the place is on South st. The print out for my online order didnt come through so I had to wait 20min which isnt a problem. I recieved good customer service and the situation is understandable. Just maybe call to make sure before you come. But overall very nice people that make up for it :)

The food is delicious but they apparently inconsistently apply to rules regarding whether your dog can walk in with you to pick up. one-time totally fine nothing said the next time you have to leave. I have no problem with roofing rules but they should be the same for everybody every time.

Looked on line to make sure this location was open because wanted to get my mom some chocolate covered strawberries for her birthday .Went in an soon as we walked in the girl at the counter blew her breath while on her cell phone .Asked her if they have any strawberries .She rudely said that production was shut down for the day. .Its 1 oclock store doesnt close til 3pm .Called another location and now on our way 20 mins away to another location that said they are still making them.Her whole attitude was not customer service friendly.I will not try to do business with that location again

The young woman who waited on me was friendly, efficient, and professional. The experience was quite pleasant. They also make great smoothies.

I sent an arrangement to my friend at her house after she had surgery, unknowing that she was staying with her parents. Edible arrangements got in contact with her, got the new address (which was outside of Baltimore), and made the delivery all the way out there. I thought this was amazing and I am I happily surprised. Thank you EA!!!

I had a smoothie today from the Edible Arrangement on Baltimore St created by the store Manager Ryan Highland and it was amazingly good. I am not a spinach eater however I thoroughly enjoyed it when he used it to create my smoothie along with pineapples, blueberries, and Whey Protein. Thank you Ryan for turning me on to spinach but only in my smoothies.

Received a “Just Because” surprise arrangement to my workplace recently. Upon arrival, the chocolate on the fruit was melted and smudged against the bag. How am I to get a nice picture of my thoughtful gift when it’s presented as such?Not to mention, the teddy bear that came attached with my arrangement wreaked of cigarette smoke. As did the delivery driver.This edible arrangements location needs to do better. Why don’t you have a refrigerated truck? And more importantly why aren’t people’s arrangements being transported in a smoke-free environment?

Mothers Day and my mom loved her arrangement.

I ordered an arrangement online (2/6/18) that was supposed to be delivered on FEBRUARY 14TH (YES VALENTINES DAY) to a business address less than 2 miles from EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT STORE #406. The order never arrived, and I called the store in which the phone line had a busy signal all day (UNRESPONSIVE). So this location killed a very special moment in time for me that I can NEVER get back. As previously noted, I placed the order in advance. Their Customer Service Center in Maine offered no help, besides calling me back in 48hrs with lacklustering solution. This location is Very unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. CORPORATE SHOULD LOOK TO CLOSE THIS STORE ASAP!

Today was a disaster with this place. First of all I place my order Thursday, so my mom could receive it sometime today. Unfortunately she is still awaiting here mothers day gift. A total Inconvience n very poor customer service from the Baltimore st location. Im hoping that my mom doesnt receive bad fruit when her Mothers Day gift arrives to her work tomorrow now. Not only has this been an embarassment and total inconvience who ever the lady was that I spoke to last did not even want to hear me out she practically tried putting me off the phone cause it was closing time, now Im being completely disrespected cause u all messed up where do they do this at.

I ordered an arrangement online that was supposed to be delivered on October 1st by 11:30 a.m. The order never arrived and the stores representative gave me the runaround and finally stopped answering my call. After checking my email I noticed that they resubmitted my order and changed the delivery date for October the second. And in top of that they didnt notify me about their error nor did they offer an apology or discount. Very unprofessional location.
