Their berries are great and I really do love ordering from here. The only issue is I’ve tried twice to come and buy berries in person and both locations were closed. I then tried calling on the phone and no one answers 😕. But if you can get the berries they’re absolutely delicious

Berries By Quicha is a real find in Federal Hill. This store is special for its product and exceptional customer service. I ordered on-line for delivery after speaking with Quicha on the phone and the whole experience was pleasant, smooth, and exceeded my expectations.Although the product is to die for (Ill get to that in a bit), the most unusual thing, that you dont always think about, is the ability to mix and match your own dozen or half dozen gift box on-line. Quicha has so many unique flavors that you dont want just one or two. You get to select the berries you want, not only by name and flavor, but from excellent photos of the exact berry. And I was really impressed that the delivered product looked every bit as good as its on-line photo.I gave a half-dozen to my daughter for Easter, delivering it Saturday afternoon. She doesnt have too much of a sweet tooth, but she loves strawberries, is a foodie, and very particular as she works in the hospitality business. When I called her on Easter morning, I asked if she had tried one yet. There was absolute silence for a minute and I thought that, perhaps, they were awful and she didnt want to hurt my feelings. Instead she said Mom, I didnt try one--theyre all gone! They were unbelievable, perfection!Enough said. If youre looking for a gourmet dessert, or a wonderful hostess gift, or just to treat yourself, this IS the place. And did I mention, their prices are totally reasonable. Not a single reason to stay away.

We stumbled upon this cute little shop after grabbing dinner. What an awesome treat! We tried the trio (Caramel and chocolate), a strawberry cheese cake one and just a standard milk chocolate. All were very tasty and satisfied my sweet tooth! Staff was very helpful and kind.

My fiance and I stopped in their Light Street location yesterday. The lady who helped us was so incredibly nice and personable, I would go back again just for the interaction. The strawberries themselves were delicious - I havent seen such creative chocolate covered strawberries like that before. We will definitely be back.

Saw a Groupon deal, checked out the site and decided to just purchase directly from the business. I called, placed my order, paid and scheduled a pickup time. When I arrived at the Light street location they had no idea that an order was placed, though I showed my confirmation. The owner had to be called and they went back and forth for a bit. Appears she forgot to inform the store. This was my first time here so...On the bright side, the berries were delicious, the price is reasonable. I would recommend Berries by Quicha. Worth the money!

For the past couple of years I was ordering from the well known berry place that delivers, for the people I work with. Last year was a disaster with this place - the berries were small and old. I was getting ready to order from them this year again for a second chance but saw recent reviews with the same issue. Found this place and everything turned out awesome. Gifted to 10 people in all, and they all love it. Awesome quality and service. Will def use them from here on out.

I called and asked the owner when can I come and get the dozen of dark covered strawberries and that I have a Groupon. She stated that the “Groupon box is very specific and it states you can get 4 of each flavor”. I tried to explain to her that it doesn’t specify and she cut over and stated the same thing. Since this is false advertisement, I am glad I was able to get my money back.

DO NOT PATRONIZE!The cashier added her own tip to my bill after the fact that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I will dispute with my bank and be sure to warn everyone the next time I go.

Firstly the strawberries were absolutely amazing but the service was even better. Hand delivered to our hotel room. They were so good we called to get another order but she was closed, she called us back and filled the order for us (even though they were technically closed) and hand delivered them AGAIN!!!! Not only that I preferred them over Sherries berries and prices were very reasonable.

I’m very disappointed I live an hour & 30mins away & I didn’t get everything I expected to receive with my order. Then one of the employees kept calling saying I need to hurry up I just think it’s very unprofessional. Black own business need to start being more professional cause that wasn’t right. I’m traveling an whole hour with a 6month old baby & she just seem careless. Imma pray on this tonight & let God handle this situation I just won’t be back.

Several issues when I came in today first the door was locked and the sign said closed so I walked away and the guy bangs on the window and opens the doors and says were open. Second the sign outside says sale ask inside so I said what sales do you have on berries today and the guy tells me we don’t have a sale we just put that sign out there to draw people to come in. Two of my biggest pet peeve’s bad customer service and false advertisement.

I was introdiced to this company by Groupon. I Waite until the last minute to redeem however they were booked with orders (I guess I wasnt the only one that waited to the last minute). So she let me redeem but my pick up was for a later date. That worked out great for me because I was headed out of town. When I returned I got my berries and gave them to my guest at my SB party. They were a hit! Great service!

Purchased a Groupon for 1 dozen berries. Called to make appointment and was told they couldnt make any till March. I explained that the Groupon exp Feb. 28th. Was told that wasnt their problem and I had to take that up with Groupon. As you know Gyoupons costumer service also sucks. Dont you think the right thing to do would have been to honor the groupon that you all agree to put out and offered to still except it eventhough it will exp. Wow, no wonder everyone orders Sheris Berries from another state!
