This review is submitted on behalf of Ms. Samuels. On March, 31st after receiving poor customer service and workmanship from two shops, Auto Performance Aesthetics and A Buff N Beyond, I found R&A Auto Body Shop via an internet search. Upon Randys inspection of my vehicle, he clearly noted that the damage on the car was only a few days old contrary to what the aforementioned shop(s) noted. In his opinion, it looked like the previous vendors attempted to make the damage looked older. I was able to schedule an appointment for early April and due to the inconvenience I experienced due to having to pay out of pocket costs for the service, even gave me a discount for the repair. They were able to repaint the passenger front and rear door and repair the dent caused by the other shop(s). Randy and his colleagues were very empathetic and compassionate about my situation and I appreciated their wonderful customer service. He even walked around the car with me when I went to pick up the vehicle. I would recommend R&A Auto Body Shop to all my friends and family.

Randy and Andy are the best at what they do two times I took my vehicles to to these gentlemen and both times they went above and beyond on them very reasonable and very nice this body shop is hands down the best in Baltimore and I will keep coming back.

Randy and Andy took great care of my wifes Lexus RX350 SUV, auto body repair and paint job. The work was so impressive that I also took my Toyota Tundra there to have paint restoration work performed, after my pickup truck exterior was scratched up in a bad way. R&A does phenomenal work!

I give them a top 5 +++ rating.We brought our car in recently for car repairs after a side swiping accident.R&A came highly recommended to us, so we decided to use them. Randy and Andy are both caring and considerate individuals always there for their customers. They do top notch work and their price is very, very competitive.We picked up our car today, and it looks like it came off of the show room floor. It is totally gorgeous, and brand new looking. When I went to pick up my Newly repaired Newly repaired van, my son asked me “daddy are they going to clean it too? And I laughed and said no no no that’s not their job… That’s that’s our job to keep it clean!” To my surprise though, when I picked up the van not only was it impeccably repaired, but also totally cleaned vacuumed and perfect!Randy and his team goes over and beyond to ensure the best service!

I just got my 15 year old Toyota Camry back from R&A after it got sideswiped. They did an amazing job, absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Since I was paying out of pocket, I decided to choose minimal repairs just to keep it running. Their price was excellent. In the end, I got a masterpiece for my money, with paint perfectly matched and a new door panel. On the whole, it looks better than it did before the accident. When I need it, its nice to know of that there are still places that put a premium on quality.

Randy and his staff were very professional and not only handled the body work to perfection but worked with the insurance company so I didnt have to. Would highly reccomend.

I needed to change my 2007 Honda Accord drivers side headlight, I had gotten the part from a junk yard as I preferred one directly from Honda to an aftermarket headlight, so I went to them, when I got there, I realized they had lots of cars they were working on, I pleaded with them to squeeze me in because I needed to drive a long distance that night. The lady at the front desk called Randy and asked if there was something they could do for me, he (Randy) could have said no but he didnt😊 we discussed on the price and he took my keys, he did not only help me despite their tight schedule, he also gave me a very good price and in about 40mins my car was ready, when they brought my car out from the workshop, I realized my headlights were looking newer than they were when I first drove in and when I asked if they cleaned the glass with some type of chemical and Randy said yes, I was so happy😃1. They attended to me despite their tight schedule.2. They gave me a Good price.3. They did a good job on my car and cleaned my headlights without any additional costs.4. They got me on the road faster than I expected.I apologize for the lengthy review lol, thats just how satisfied I was and still am, I do recommend them a 100%.THANKS RANDY.
