So, someone run into my car while it was packed a couple of months ago and they were nice enough to leave their details, Contacted Caliber Collision, set up an appointment, traveled outside the country for two weeks and just picked it up. They did a fantastic job, and even did an adjustment that was not in the work order for me, that i asked for. Repairs look great, car was clean when i picked it up, will definitely recommend

When I walked into Caliber, the front desk lady had told me they were booked until July but told the General Manager, James, to have a look at my car. James took a look at my car and the part I brought in and started working on it. It was a service he did for me, for free, and I was in and out of the store in just 10minutes. I was provided with great service and am grateful for what James and the front desk lady had done for me today. Will definitely be coming back to this place.

They replaced the catalyst converter that was stolen and a rusted muffler. Staff is polite and knowledgeable. They keep you informed thru out the repair. Dale was great!

So I had to get a paint job for my car after I had a small accident. The time and price did not meet the expectation, but to be fair they did a really good job.

Went to pick up the car 2 times and there was exposed metal on one body panel and another body panel was not flush the first time. There were rough edges on another body panel the second time. On the third visit I noticed there were several body pins missing and the paint had imperfections. At this point I figured I should cut my losses and take the car. I was promised I would be sent the missing body pins at a later time. I was sent some body pins but there were a couple missing. I ended up purchasing the missing body pins but I keep finding missing pins (e.g. in the door card).There are imperfections in the outside and a body panel is not flush.Would not recommend.I contacted Caliber following their response to this review but I never heard back from them. Not surprising. I wouldnt let them near my car again if they paid me.

Caliber Collision is a great auto body shop. From the initial point of contact, and throughout the process, I felt the customer service was wonderful...and my baby has been restored.

The workmanship is top notch. My vehicle repair was executed exceptionally well. The shop craftsmanship is first rate. Need vehicle repair; Caliber is a quality company to have your repair executed and completed.

I had gotten to a car accident about a month or so and my insurance company recommended me to them. They took care of my car and the damages. They did a well painting job as well as buffing. Dropped my car off for repairs and they were respectful from the start to finish. I immediately started to receive updates on my vehicles through each process. They finished the car sooner than it was projected to be done. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car.Side note: I left a few things in the car and everything was still there when they returned it. (Thats for anyone who leaves something of value in their car)

My daughter was in an accident and her car was repaired at Caliber-Remington on N. Howard Street in Baltimore , MD. I couldnt have asked for better service from the entire company from James the manager to Dale the service writer and Tom the technician. They were a pleasure to deal with. The vehicle was expertly repaired on time. We were completely notified at exactly where the status was and at what point the vehicle would be delivered to us. It was an extremely smooth process and they stayed on time through the entire process.

When Caliber and Collision got done with my vehicle I noticed a bad vibration while driving and took it back to them…a few days later I was told that nothing is wrong with my vehicle and that I had a bald spot in my rear left tire and if I replace that tire and get it balanced that it should be ok…on 6/24/21 I went to get a tire and have all my wheels balanced and when they started to balance my wheels the guy came and told me that both front driver and rear driver side wheels are bent…I called caliber and collision this morning which is 6/25/21 and I was told do I have proof that the wheels are bent…and was told do I have any documentation that shows that your wheels are bent…then the guy tried to talk to me like I was slow which I felt was extremely disrespectful…I would never recommend them to anybody at all and if you get your vehicle serviced with them please make sure you check everything before you sign any papers and leave…If I could give them a negative star I would have because how do you not know that the rims are bent if you have to take them off the vehicle to do work…let alone the sub shop they sent my vehicle to even said he felt vibration in the driver seat…it’s sad that y’all noticed a bald spot in my tire but didn’t noticed my wheels are bent.

Everyone that I had to deal with was very professional and nice and my car was done on time. The only thing that is crazy is the parking but other than that wonderful experience.

I was hoping that the gentleman would come out and test drive the car with me just in case there was any issues but honestly the car was back to perfect and I really do recommend this shop God bless them.

As dirty as one may imagine a body shop to be this one is spotless, in the few minutes I was there dropping off and picking my car up they disinfected everything in the front office. Constant communication on where my vehicle is very reassuring. Mario went above and beyond with the care for my car. This shop has gained a customer for life!

Great experience from start to finish. I took my truck here because of some chipped paint on the bumper from a hit and run. The estimate I received initially was spot on, and the repair time was quick. I would (and have already) definitely recommend this place for your repair needs.

Dont recommend taking your car to any Caliber location.First off, just because youre taking your car to this location does not mean it will be the location they work on it. My car was shipped to the Essex location.The service took unreasonably long (3 weeks). Even though my insurance covered all, I had similar damage before and paid 1/3 of what they charged. They definitely took my car for a joy ride, as there was a 2 mile difference on my odometer and the car was left on sport mode. And to make matters worse someone stole my USB dongle!Edit: the reply was merely sending me a survey. They arent actually interested in helping in any way.

My sentiments are the same as Kandace Anika. I tried to get an estimate for repair on a Friday, but was told I needed an appointment. So I set up and appointment for Monday. I had to leave work early to honor my appointment time. When I arrived I was asked to wait. Meaning my time was not valuable and my appointment time meant nothing. It reminded me of the Seinfeld car rental sketch where Jerry made a reservation for a car and had to explain to the rental car person that the reservation was to RESERVE the car. If you set an APPOINTMENT then this means youre reserving the time so you dont have to wait.

I’ve used Caliber twice and totally satisfied with the quality of their work, on time completion, detailed estimate, rental car liaison and warm and welcoming customer service.

Shop manager is on point whenever I am there.No I do not crash a lot but to haul vehicles in and out of there, work for a towing GB company.Hell, stop in just to say high to him and he will brighten your day.

Car was hit and run on my street and fixed thru insurance at Caliber Collision. They didnt put my tie rod and respective components back together correctly. After being informed of this by my usual shop, I returned to Caliber and they refused to fix it. They claimed it was new damage even tho I had documentation from my usual shop stating otherwise. Wheel almost came off the vehicle while on the highway. My fiance and I could be dead thanks to this family business. NEVER going thru these folks again. I suggest you save yourself and do the same.

I am back with my promised final review of my experience with Caliber Collisions. I think my rating says it all. From start to finish there has been excellent customer service in every aspect. I received updates on my car when something has changed, they managed all the insurance interactions, and made sure that my car comes back to me the way it is suppose to. They were quick and efficient with all the work and informed me of every step. In fact my car came back better than when I had it previously because they got a stain out of one of the seat and cleaned my car spotless! The lady at the front desk was so kind and they mechanic who helped me was knowledgeable, considerate, and very kind. I wish I could take my car here for everything because they blow my dealership out of the water. Thank you Caliber Collision for everything you have done for me and I will be sure to point everyone I know towards this location.

I came here since my insurance company recommended. It is a fairly easy work to repair. Overall it was a good experience, since they are very friendly. And I indeed got update every week.Though I think they are kind of slow to finish the repair. And actually they delayed from 2weeks to 4 weeks. So be aware of that disadvantage.

I took my truck to Caliber Collision on a whim has I had tried a few other body shops with no luck. My truck had a few dings and scratches and the worse part was caused by me when trying to remove a pin stripe and it took the paint off. No other shops wanted to help or recommended I had a larger pin stripe to cover the damage. It wasnt until I stopped at Caliber Collision and spoke with Nick that my worries would soon be gone. Nick was very friendly and professional and met me out at the truck. He did a quick walk around and provided me with any estimate and detailed summary of what they planned to do. They set me up an appointment and from there it was smooth sailing. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and even had my truck back to me 3 days quicker than expected. All the staff that I met while having my vehicle repaired were friendly and more than willing to help. Getting my truck back in such a timely fashion was great and the fact that the price I was originally quoted never even changed was fantastic. Not only am I satisfied with the customer service I received by the work is second to none. My truck looks better than before and I couldnt be happier. I will be going to and referring all of my friends and family to Caliber Collision for all of their body repair needs. Thank You

I was involved in my first collision recently and the insurance company pointed me towards Caliber Collisions to get an estimate. Although the outside of the building doesnt look very inviting the people that make up this office could not be better. Every single people in that building genuinely cares about your experience and making sure your vehicle is fixed properly. I thought for sure this process of getting my car repaired was going to be stressful but it absolutely is not.I have not gotten my car repaired yet by Caliber Collisions so I will be sure to post about my experience once that is completed but getting my estimate done I now have the most confidence these people will fix my car and fix it properly and well! I also want to note I asked tons of questions since it was my first accident and they kindly and patiently answered every one of them. I highly recommend them to at least get your estimate done but stay tuned about what I think about the repair process.

On Monday, January 6 at 11am I called to set up an appointment to drop off my car. The young man that I spoke with on the phone was polite and set up my appointment for Wednesday, January 8 at 10am to look at my car. However, when I arrived for my appointment, they suddenly seemed unsettled by my arrival. The first thing they tried to tell me was that I couldnt drop my car off because I needed to set up an appointment and that they had no appointments for the morning of January 8th. However, when I pressed on, they finally admitted that they did have an appointment but that they still werent going to see me anyway because they were full. As if I had not made an appointment two days ago. Complete waste of time. It didnt even matter that I called before hand to confirm. Utterly unhelpful.

MY CAR WAS SMASHED ALL UP ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT END. BALTIMORE COLLISION CENTER REPAIRED MY CAR SO FAST AND IT LOOK LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED TO IT. I took my car to Baltimore Collision Center after it was badly damaged by baseball sized hail. I got the car back in a timely manner and everything looked good, although I later found one small dent that had been missed accidentally so I contacted the owner to let him know. He was very accommodating and allowed me to bring the car back at my convenience and they offered to take care of it while I waited, which was only about an hour. Everyone there at the shop was very friendly and professional and went out of their way to make sure I was happy.

They have worked on several my vehicles in the past. Very professional, Very honest and straightforward. They have me for life.

I was referred to Baltimore Collision Center in 2009. Since then Ive returned two additional times for two different vehicles. Each time the quality of work, price quote and professionalism were exceptional. No issues with getting my vehicle returned when promised. Theyve also been most helpful getting a rental car. If you select them, you wont be disappointed.

Dont know why this place got a bad review. People need to either learn how to walk/call an Uber/ask for a ride in that one mere day/hour they dont have their car. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, professional and kind mechanics, and very nice front desk. Baltimore is rough out there, go here for that hit and run or fender bender and get it squared away

After a 5 star review, it’s now 1 star. I could go into specific detail but I don’t think there’s enough space for my rant; I now know not to use this place for ANY of my current or future repair concerns.

I had to take my car there after getting rear ended. They gave us a straight forward quote. They also helped to arrange a car rental too.The work was performed without flaws. All of the employees were honest.I would encourage anyone else who needs work done, minor or major to use Baltimore Collision Center.

Ive had to deal with Baltimore Collision Center twice in the last two years, and each time they were very good about letting me know where my car was in the process of repair. The quality of work they did was outstanding. Very easy company of people to deal with.

I had a check engine light come on while I was driving my car. I called Baltimore Collision Center on Monday at around noon. They told me to bring the car in to take a look. Matt, the owner, did the diagnostic. Fortunately, the only thing that needed to be done was to replace an O2 sensor. Matt called around to several places, and found the part for a reasonable amount of money. The part was ordered and came in a couple hours later. Only needed 1 hour to replace the sensor, and by 4:30pm, I received a phone call saying that my repairs were complete and I could pick up the car at any time. Just over 4 hours from drop off to completion! I will definitely be going here for any other repair work that I need to get done.Thanks Matt and team at Baltimore Collision Center!

Took my car there after a fender bender in my drivers side door. Riaj did an amazing job, and you cant tell the vehicle was ever damaged at all. He gave weekly updates by phone and email, and really does great work. Will definitely bring my car back to them anytime.

These guys are great. They rebuilt a 2006 Infinity G35 from the instrument panel forward and its the best work Ive ever seen in my 15 years of driving. They also repaired the passenger side door and maintained all of the fit and finish so that the complex window action worked and sealed perfectly.Im taking my BMW in soon for a front end repair and Im confident that they will do a great job with it.

Awful customer service. They informed my insurance the car was done but never told me, so my car rental just ended before I could pick up my car. I had to walk home 3 miles. When I told the man today that I never got a text he rudely insisted that I was wrong, even though another employee acknowledged they’ve been having problems with their texting system.That is not how you should treat customers. So ridiculous.

While polite and courteous theyve had my car now for over month after giving me an estimate of 10 days. I even gave them a weeks notice before bringing my car in so that they had the parts ready to go in hopes it would take even less time. The repair work is not very extensive so the amount of time is not at all justified. In the mean time Ive been paying out of pocket for a rental car which will be over $500, assuming I get my car back this week. Theyve offered to cover my deductible ($250) which is something, but it doesnt come close to compensating for additional rental car cost, the inconvenience of not having my vehicle and the fact that I have to reach out to them on a daily basis for status. All this and I havent even seen the end result of the work. It had better be flawless. I figured things would be more convenient as they are an E-Surance (my insurance company) affiliated repair shop. I was wrong. Next time Ill go with someplace I trust and just deal with a little extra paperwork. I will update when I get my car back.

They were amazing. I went to them after already having an estimate on my vehicle, and their price was half of my first. They also went through my old estimate, and explained what the other center had written about my vehicle and a majority of it being unnecessary. They also managed to finish my vehicle in the same day. Amazing work and customer service!

Service engine light came on 2 weeks before a big trip. I took in my car, which has a history of costing between $700-$1800 in repairs, and they identified the issue and fixed it without conveniently finding 20 other things on the car that needed to be replaced. The repair was reasonably priced as well. Staff was very friendly as well. I would go back.

My tire was rubbing against the front fender. Mike (Caliber Collision) identified the problem and corrected it in a matter of minutes. Plus, he did not charge me a dime! Jack (Caliber Collision) on the front desk was great too.

Our car was in an accident, and we took it there based on the insurance company suggestion. They went above and beyond what was expected, did a great job on the car, fixed one minor dent for free, and even paid me out of pocket for a small expense we incurred due to a snafu between the insurance company and rental car company (which had nothing to do with them). I would definitely recommend going to this place.

In & out

At this point it feels like I’m going counter clockwise light by light, but honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the work that they’ve done on my car!

1. I brought my car here assuming they would do a good job after my cars bottom protection was damaged from a storm. They told me that although one piece of the bottom armor was damaged, it all had to be replaced because it was all one piece.2. I found out that the entire pretext to getting all three parts replaced was not true, because they ordered one piece that was the wrong part, so not only did I have to wait longer to get it fixed while they held my car hostage, I had found out the woman I talked to lied to me.3. I wasnt planning on saying anything, but I received a survey and answered it truthfully. After that, I received a phone call from said front sales woman basically trying to bully me into changing my review. It was bizarre.4. After all that, I still assumed the mechanics did an okay job since at least I didnt have any issues with the bottom. That lasted for...two months. I went over a pothole and *all three* pieces of the bottom that they replaced fell off at once. The first time, only one piece was damaged from a severe storm. I took a look under the car myself this time, and saw that the bolts holding the new parts in were rusted over and looked decades old. So in the end, no one who worked here did a good job--they cheated me out of my money, did a half-assed fixing job where they didnt bolt in the part correctly, and tried to bully me into silence. I would give them 0 stars if it were possible.

Theyve taken care of my father car twice. The first time they were able to put in the part for a good price compared to other places and they were friendly. The second time, I went back and they fixed muffler and exhaust for a better price then most of the corporate places would have, but the best part was they dropped me off while they were working on my father car AND picked me up!! :) You cant get any better then that.

I was in a fender bender a few weeks ago and Caliber Collision was the preferred vendor for the other persons insurance. I have to admit, I am usually wary of these types of situations as its been a pain in the past , however Caliber was great from day one. They got me in quickly to assess the damage and get an accurate estimate to the insurance company. When it was time to drop off my vehicle for the repairs they were accommodating to my early schedule and let me drop the keys before they opened and emailed me all the paperwork that required signatures. The best part is the repairs were done in ONE DAY! When I picked up my car it was washed and vacuumed and didnt smell like an auto shop at all and the repairs were done perfectly. On top of the great experience with my vehicle, everyone who works there was very friendly and polite. I will definitely recommend Caliber to friends and use them for any future repairs when necessary.

WORST experience ever! I broke my front bumper and left-front light cover in April 2016 and asked them for help. They charged me $2300 in cash (because I dont have collision coverage) for fixing the front bumper and replacing an off-market light kit, and promised me they would keep the replaced light for me and get the job done in one week, which was okay for me. After a week they called me back and told me there was another part need to be replace, which cost me $800 more and a week more. In the meantime, they arranged me a rental car for commuting and promised to pay for that. Later when I picked up my car, I found that they did not keep the light for me, but they promised to call me back and give me a small refund, which is also okay. I was waiting for their refund but obviously they chose to forget. Then, after half a year in Oct 2016, I noticed that my credit card was charged for the rental car and when I called the card company they told me that Collision Center refused to pay for the rental expenses! After charging me $3100 and throwing away my light, half a year later, they decided not to pay the rental car they promised! Great job!

Last year I had my 2004 ford escape towed to baltimore collision after it got crunched up in rush hour traffic. When the insurance company told me my car was totaled the folks at baltimore collision were genuinely sympathetic with me as i was dealing with the loss of my trusted buggy. I ended up replacing my 2004 escape with a 2010, and when I busted the bumper in the snow this winter I went back to baltimore collision center. Even though I arrived before they were open, someone from the office was there and let me leave my car and keys so I could make it in to my job on time. I got an estimate on the damage that was exactly what I had expected to pay, and they had it fixed before the end of the week. Not only were they able to replace the bumper but they shined up my escape so it looked better than when i bought it. Everyone Ive worked with there is non judgmental and easy to reach by phone. Their shop is conveniently up the road from an enterprise car rental. Hopefully Im not in any more accidents, but if it happens at least I know where to go. I recommend this shop to anyone.

Had my windshield mashed in. They told me they had to tear my dash out to get the glass out of my air ducts...ok. Three weeks later, they tell me the cars ready. I drop off the rental and go over and they tell me they forgot to order a part...just come back and theyll put it on, no biggee...ok. Then in driving away, I noticed scratches on my hood. Whether they were there before (not seen in before photos) or not, they shouldve been taken care of. The shop owner tells me that the windshield installers mustve done it when installing the windshield. Really? People install windshields on the street nowadays without incident. SO, I took it back again and they buffed it out. THEN Im driving along and a bolt falls out from under my dash...yeah...the one that holds the brake pedal assembly to the firewall. Fortunately there were enough other bolts holding it on.Anyway, after all the screw-ups, excuses, bolts falling out, etc, Im sure never to use them again. They did give me a coupon thats supposedly good for a car wash for my troubles.

The date of completion changed every week. Finally got completed on the 31st day. Multiple times the excuse was that it was just waiting to be painted. Another excuse is that they were shipped the wrong bumper. Communication is one way with this shop, if you dont call the shop, communication is nonexistent.

Posted this on yelp too. Just want to make sure customers are warned...Ive been here with my car twice now and my first experience was stressful. I decided to give them another chance and came back when my car got hit yet again while parked. They are usually very polite and friendly which is why I decided to give them another chance.The first time it was an issue of them telling me it would be done on a given day, said day would arrive and I would have heard nothing from them so Id call and the story was always a few more days for various excuses (missing parts, painting, etc.). I may not have minded if they had actually called to update me instead of waiting until the last possible moment for ME to call THEM only to be informed it wouldnt be done. Long story short, what was estimated to take a week and a half took almost four weeks and the communication issue was beyond stressful. I essentially had to demand my car be done by a certain date because I had somewhere to go and couldnt take a rental.The second time around was more of the same, plus the added bonus of my car being returned in ridiculous condition for what was paid for. One week turned into a week and a half, and when I showed up to get my car is wasnt actually done and there were numerous issues that they wanted to play off like it was expected that the car would come back to me in that condition:1. The paint job on my bumper was HORRIBLE; uneven, peeling, etc2. The bottom of my bumper was still scratched up. They didnt even try to buff it out and repaint it3. There were screws missing which attach the bumper to the car so the bumper wasnt even on the car properly.4. MOST CONCERNING: my driver side head air bag cap was opened and the seatbelt was literally unattached from the wall. I mean...seriously, why? There wasnt even any work done on that part of the car. Yes they had done work there the first time I took the car in, but I had been driving the car around for about two months since then and had never had an issue with the seatbelt, so what on earth were they doing to my car in the time it was supposedly being fixed.I called David and he had a reason for everything except the seat belt, so I called the adjuster and then magically the shop agreed to fix everything. So again, my car was supposed to be done in a day and three days later it was done.Will not go back. Im a very patient person and I dont often stand up for myself unless I really feel like I need to. Yeah they have a warranty. Yeah David is nice. But for whatever reason they are just a hot mess over there. I would strongly suggest shopping around because Im a repeat customer with them, and my experience only got worse the second time.I gave them two stars but then this morning my tire caught something as soon as I hit the highway. It was my wheel well cover under the bumper. Clearly they took it off, didnt screw it back on, and as soon as some wind caught it...done. I took a look and they literally didnt replace ANY of the screws on the plastic under the bumper...just didnt do it. This place is a mess and the stress of dealing with them has pushed me to my breaking point. I would never recommend this place to anyone after this nightmare, and I will not take my car back here ever again because it has literally been RUINED by shoddy, half-assed work.

I decide to pay for my car repair myself instead of using my car insurance and i remember seeing this body shop on my way home oneday. Went in for a quote and Riaz A. helped me out to the fullest. He was just GREAT. Quoted me a great price for my SUV, explained that he would try to get me used parts instead on expensive new parts since I was paying cash. He saved me a ton of money, the work was done in a day and they even cleaned and vaccumed out my truck. I had work done at a well known body shop on Belair Rd which took 3weeks with no updates (i had to keep calling to find out what s going on with my car), my car had dirt and finger prints from the worker all over it and and the car went in on a half a tank, but came back with enough gas to get me up the street to the gas station. I would highly recommend Baltimore Collison for any repair needs.
