THE BEST! I am so over the moon with my car repairs. Hazelwood treated me so kindly and kept me informed every step of the way. My car was returned to me in like new condition. Thats a good place to get some body work done on your car

So I took my car on May 30 2017 to get my car fixed and they was awesome from the moment of contact until pick up. Everyone the staff the receptionist. The shop was clean and organized. They followed up with calls immediately even after I had to reschedule and the shop was closed I left a voicemail they call promptly that next opening day. I really enjoyed working with them. I will be going back and referring people to them. They was even a reasonable price as well not making me pay more because they wanted to take my money or because Im a female and they thought they could take advantage. They priced me accurately for the work done and not only went above my expectations but even cleaned the inside and added a cute and nice scented business air fresheners to my car. I truly truly loved working with them. They are really awesome. It was even little things like I walked in everyone says good morning or hello they took notice of me and serviced my needs.

Darren and the entire staff at Hazelwood Body and Fender were excellent. Making a body repair to your vehicle after an accident can be stressful. Darren’s approach really puts you at ease. He is very knowledgeable and explains all the options available to restore your car. He is very active in finding the best deals for car parts but without sacrificing quality.They are very detailed in the repair, providing daily updates. If there is some minor detail that was missed, they quickly will correct it. The pricing for parts and labor was very reasonable and the finished repair truly was amazing. If there is a need for a body repair in the future, Hazelwood would be my clear choice.

One of the best experiences Ive had with an auto body. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, highly professional and knew what they were doing. They gave us a fair quote for the repairs to the car, though the repairs would have costed more than the worth of the car, as the car was heavily damaged. They were extremely accommodating, and very forthright with all the details. Highly recommend this auto shop.

The staff was kinda and courteous. I went through insurance and they did a great job on the body work. There was a minor issue with the horn after pick-up but they had me come back at my earliest convenience and fixed it right away.

They always make your vehicle look like new. Always keeps you informed of the progress and they are all very professional and friendly. I would recommend them 100 % of the time to all my friends.

Had my car repaired after an accident. My car is brand new upon picking up my vechile no one went out with me to examine the vehicle. It was a rainy cold day. The next morning around 7 am very sunny day I discovered a mark on the area of repair. I called them immediately but they were closed.HFinally after the holidays I went to let them check he vehicle and they are saying the small dent happened somewhere after me picking up my car.I will not use Hazelwood Body & Fender again. When it does not directly effect you. I find people do not care. Quality work and customer satisfaction should be the main goal.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work. The workmanship was superb. As a bonus they even detailed my car. The staff was very friendly and professional as well.

I took my 2000 Corvette to Hazelwood Body & Fender to have a spoiler painted, & installed. When I picked my Corvette up much to my dismay I noticed right away that the spoiler was not centered properly, yes it was installed 1/4 inch off center , pretty obvious when you look at the lines, imagine my shock & horror when I was told by the owner that there was nothing they could do to fix this. That is totally unacceptable. I am at a loss not knowing what to do, so Ive decided to post this warning, & also to call the BBB, the States Attorneys office, & the State Police to report my dissatisfaction with the service Ive received from Hazelwood Body & Fender !! Unbelievable that I trusted this company to do a simple job, & was given a crappy finished product !! Not to mention when I drove my car home I also noticed all of my mirrors were adjusted & changed, along with my pre-set radio stations, it seemed they had drove the car !! WTH ??

I took my car here following an accident that happened in August. I didn’t get my car completely fixed until October. The staff was very friendly, kept me informed, had great customer service and the body work done was well but the lack of attention to detail was crazy.When I first got my car back, it started smoking the same day I got it back and would not start due to the battery going up. Test driving the car before giving it to me would have caught this problem.There were a number of other issues that required me to go back and forth to the shop because something was missed.Overall it’s a good shop, just gotta work on paying attention to detail.

Absolutely poor service. The shop manager is completely unprofessional and lied to cover his mistake. I requested to leave a message for the owner and he refused to do so. Ive used this company for over 20 years and I will never use them again.

The only thing that needs to be done is when a car is done with repairs someone should walk with customer as they look at their car. That’s the only issue I have.

I LOVE BUZZ AND THE GUYS AT THIS SHOP I FIRST CAME THERE WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL IT WAS MY FIRST CRASH AND I WAS SO UPSET AND CRYING AND THEN BUZZ GAVE ME THE BIGGEST HUGE AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING WOULD BE OK AND THAT HE WOULD FIX MY BABY AND IT WOULD BE JUST LIKE NEW AND HE WAS RIGHT!!! 14 YEARS LATER BUZZ IS STILL WORKING ON MY CARS AND I WOULD NEVER GO ANY PLACE OTHER THAN HAZELWOOD BODY SHOP!!!!!!!! MY WHOLE FAMILY AND ALL MY FRIENDS GO TO HIM FOR ALL THEIR CRASHES LOL I HAVE TO STOP CRASHING THO LOL BUT IF I DO I KNOW BUZZ WILL MAKE IT ALL BETTER :) :) :)
