I would like to thank Ms. April and her Staff. I was referred to this Maaco by a solid Auto Shop, so I had little concern about Professionalism. I was told to ask for Ms. April to get started. I would like to thank Mr. Tony for suggestions on repair without leaning towards my Insurance Company, my car is before 2010. When I picked up my car, I couldnt believe it, there were no words to be said! And anything after that, you would have to see it for your self, nuff said. I was also referred to a Professional rental car Company ( you have to ask when you come to this Maaco). Im thanking Ms. April and here Staff, there are no words to match the final result. Excellent service, on time actually before the expected delivery date, the work looks very professional and the value is exceptional. Miss April is an honest and courteous lady who was nice enough to send me home with a Uber service on the house when I dropped my car off. Mr. Tony is also very honest and professional, he was very thoughtful to give a repeat customer discount. I would use their service anytime again and recommend to my friends and family.

This was by far the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! I went into this particular MACCO ( 5600 York Road) looking for a simple paint job to bring my car back to life. The staff and Tony the estimate manager greeted me with such pleasure. He took a look at my car and explained in detail exactly what I needed to get the results I was looking for. He answered all my questions, he was patient, knowledgeable, and the cost was VERY AFFORDABLE !!! All I got to say is the car I left is not the car I got back. My car looks AMAZING. I originally went to Maaco to get the rust spots on my roof repaired, but Tony was very knowledgeable and asked if I wanted the entire body of my car redone for an additional fee - something I got excited to think about because A) its been a while since my car got some love on the exterior and B) I also had a large scuff mark that had been sitting on my passenger door on the drivers side for well over 6 years so I figured it was time to get rid of it. My car looked amazing when I picked it up.Fast forward to just a couple weeks after I had my brand-new looking 2012 Honda Civic and someone side swiped me while I was parked.. I was devastated. I called Maaco and they gave me a good deal to fix what was, such a short time ago, flawless.Lets hope I can enjoy a wonderful paint job a little longer this time!

Had the full car painted two tone. black with yellow trim noticed a lot of incomplete work was very disappointed with how long it took they had the car for 3 months cost me over $2,000 with a lot of Nicks here and there Im only given two Stars I got a 5 year warranty but I would never take it back to the location that I went to in York Pennsylvania somehow they lock the license plate switch inside the trunk I have to slice open the trunk to get it out they didnt put the door handles back properly now they stick out off the doors I will admit the paint job was fairly decent but you can see holes in the paint bubbles a lot of in discrepancies that I dont like this year 2021 Im going to take it to a different location under my warranty Ive added just a few photos of the detached handles and the bubbles and holes in the paint I hope the next shop I take it to does a better job. Best decision ever! My Subaru was in bad shape-front, but Tony and his Team did an amazing job!!! Other auto-body shops were not willing to work with me because I was paying out of pocket. They took great care of my 2006 Mustang. They made her look almost brand new again! The staff is friendly and caring. I have spoken to other customers in the waiting room that feel the same way.

The work they did on the car was great, but they underestimated by about $2500, so not happy with the end result.Ended up needing some frame work and HID headlight assembly replacement, which I would think is estimating 101 for someone with experience.(also have a quote from Caliber for reference btw)I wouldn’t go back for other work based on not knowing what I’m getting into price-wise.

I had urgent body work need this morning with my minivan (a flap was dragging from the front bumper after my teenager accidently drove over a parking lot cement divider). Needed to have van safe a drivable for our beach trip that starts today. Tony and his team saved the day! Kind, professional,quick,fair price. Ill be back!!!

This Maaco location took EXTRA long with my vehicle the paint job was decent but could have been better they kept lying about how long my vehicle was going to be done once time I called they said 2 days there are 10 car ahead of you in detailing next I called there’s 13 cars in front of you detailing they will just lie and lie then went it was finally finished I came up there checked it out my car could not start up and mind you I showed him there was a specific way have to do it since it’s a race car but instead of telling me it had a problem they ain’t say nothing I had to ask THEM now that’s just not cool to not speak to your PAYING CUSTOMER but there’s just a list of small things they could fix about this business customer service wise but like I said they actual job was decent.

Tony, provided me with excellent professional customer service. Vehicle was completed on the estimated date, paint job was excellent. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

These people repainted my old ex-cop 2008 charger, it had multiple holes in the body from cop use, antennas ect, and multiple rust spots, and worn paint and scratches everywhere. They painted and repaired this car PERFECTLY, I’m saying it litterally looks like it just came off the lot, no rust, no holes, no imperfections in the paint. And the customer service was stellar. I took my old Mistubishi Galant there after an accident and I went to get a estimate from the Customer Service representative (April) who was extremely professional and nice and help guide me along the way with Costs and prices. I had a deadline to have the car done and she was able to get it done on time, she told me if I found out later there was minor issues to give her a call within 48 hrs and she would get someone to fix it. Here are some before and after shots.

Painted my 2006 Yukon Denali back in November and did a wonderful job. I waited to write the post because I was skeptical. However, the paint job is still beautiful and the customer service provided by Mr. Tony the best. My car had some scrapes caused by my son clearing snow. They touched it up and removed the scuff marks free of charge. That is customer service because it was totally my fault and not a warranty issue. I am all about customer service and this location is all about return business.

Used the end of the year deal to get a new paint job and it took half off our total. Got an entirely new color put on. Paint job was sleek and natural-looking. Would absolutely recommend and we are taking our other cars to him as well!

I have a 2006 Chrysler 300. The car was sitting for 3.5 years. Alot of rust and paint damage. I took my car to this location and my baby is looking better now than when I purchased it. I am very happy with their work at this Maaco. I have three other cars that I will definitely be taking here.

I needed a refresh for a deep scratch and a dent on the rear of the car. They took care of it quickly and you cannot detect the previous dent.

Best prices ever for a high-quality paint job. Before I Took my car to macco on York rd my vehicle was painted red spray can painted.. by the previous owner and when it came out of Maaco the car looked brand new!! you’ll probably never get the prices that this macco gives to you anywhere else. Got quotes from body shops up to $4000 to paint my 88 which is more than I paid for the thing . They got me done for $800 and I am more than satisfied. Got complements every where I drive. Will be back

Maaco on York is AMAZING. They not only repaired my car back to basically original condition, but did so by taking their time and thoroughly restored each part of the vehicle. They were also able to offer me the lowest estimate I’d received out of 3 and rang true with that estimate through to final payment. April is a great communicator and I’m very pleased with her professionalism. She saved me money anywhere she could. Would definitely visit Maaco again in the future!

Great service, very friendly, and really worked with me to get the lowest price possible.

Made an appointment, went in with the part. The man up front was definitely not happy to be there or talk to me. Before I even walked in, he yelled at me that it was gonna take at least ten business days, he cant paint match it, and then he wanted me to write my information on a random piece of paper for him. Didnt even want the make or model of my car. Told me I needed to find the color myself then call him. While I would have been understanding of this, he wasnt polite about it and made it clear that he didnt want to do this job. So I didnt give it to him 🤷 I went to the MAACO in timonium and got excellent service instead.

When I dropped my vehicle off, I was very nervous because of past experience at a different location. They communicated very well. April kept me updated. She was very sweet and informative and did not let the insurance company half a** it. I had a hunch that my AC stopped working due to the accident and sure enough, it was. April contacted me immediately and informed me.They had my vehicle longer than expected but it was so worth it. When I picked my vehicle up, I was shocked. It looked brand new. Not only does it look brand new, it rides brand new as well. When I picked it up, I noticed a piece that I mentioned to the insurance company wasnt fixed. Called April, she ordered the part right away and will be contacting me to come into have it put on. Thank you so much April and Maaco team. Hopefully in the future, I wont have to return but in the event I do, Ill only come to this location!

If Im not getting any dents fixed, not sure why Im bein charged hundreds of dollars more than advertised. Was told it was because its gona need alot of sanding because the clear coat is peeling. Am I wrong, but dont you have to sand the whole car anyway? Feel baited and switched as usual. The Liberty rd location didnt play these kind of games, wish they were still open 😔

The service was performed quickly. The paint matched perfectly. The only issue I saw with the install of the bumper cover was that is didnt fit as snug near the base of the headlights. But since I brought the bumper after market that may be a defect.

Called to get an estimate for a lip kit. Got put on hold twice. When I finally spoke to someone they were rude and did not seem to want to be bothered. Followed by an outrageous price that I felt was to scare me away because they did not want to paint my kit. I called Laurel Macco and got a estimate for 300$ cheaper. I honestly expected a better experience considering their ratings on google but you live and learn.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Their communication is terrible. I put my car in their shop to replace a door and paint it. I asked them how long it would take they told be 2 days. Its been 5 days each day i call they just keep saying it will be ready the next day. Be prepared for your car to be in this shop for 1-2 weeks.
