My car was hit in the middle of the night and the person ran. I was trying to find a place to fix my car and came across this company and read the reviews. I took the car there to find out when they could do it Ana left it there that day. They waived my $250 deductible and once the insurance company finally got the information straight for them I had my car in a matter of just a few days. This was the fastest , most professional and organized auto body shop I have ever been with . I have gotten both my 2004 Toyota solar and 2017 Nissan Altima repaired here and they both look brand new ! My car looks amazing and I am relieved . When I called IZEE he was very professional.He went to have my car picked up from where it was and immediately started the process of dealing with my insurance company. I took my car here after I was hit from the rear and getting the run around from the other person’s insurance... let me just say THEY WORKED A MIRCALEEEEEE on my car... even provided me with a rental car while they fixed my car. Ok so my aunt recommended this auto shop because at the time of my accident ( hit and run) I didn’t have money to pay for my deductible. Everything was good when I picked my car up it looked great... but a few weeks later I noticed that my blinkers was not working and there’s a cord on the inside of my car is just laying there don’t know what it’s suppose to go to. Also they didn’t Attach my my windshield wiper nossel back in place they never returned my handbook that has my registration and other things in it. I’m still highly upset that my front blinkers does not work... will never go back here again !!

I love this place. Someone hit my car while I was at school away from home! I was worried about finding a car shop that I could trust. Then I remembered that Izee was close to my school. My car was fixed and it looked brand new. The receptionist was so nice and professional. She kept me updated I would totally recommend this shop to anyone. You cant trust all car shops but this one put my mind at ease! My family and I all use Izee! My little sister literally cried tears of joy when she got her car back from Izee.

I have been dealing with Izee Auto Body and referring people off and on for the past five years and I love the work they do and the time they take to assist you. They even will work with you cost wise. I Haven’t had any bad experiences and I will continue to take my cars here.

I have a 2011 Ford fusion that needs a new mirror and a small dent on the side needs to be repaired . I was told that I should have my car back in 2 days . Its now been 7 days. They dont reach out to you to give you updates. The office is the size of a closet. This place is a freaking joke. I really wanted that dent off my car so I chose the first place I seen which was izee auto but man oh man please stay away from these people. Never again will I go to them

You are a fool if you bring your car here, thats why this body shop isnt associated with any insurance company. They bait you in with paying your deductible .Trust me dont cut any corners if you love your car.Also I notice all their positive review are probably from personal references.

I hit a deer, and had my right head light and front end damaged. The first place I went to on my insurers recommendation tried to hustle me into guaranteeing them several thousand dollars worth of work, plus the deductible. I left that place, and after a brief conversation with Izee, he let me know hed likely be able to take care of my deductible depending on the results of my insurance adjusters findings. The next day Izee put me in a rental and waived my deductable. Five days later I had my car back, GOOD AS NEW! Overall it was a smooth and professional experience. I recommend them.

This one star is for the way my car looked after the 2 months they had it. I went to this place on the recommendation of a friend. They cannot fix cars, mechanically. Ive gone there 4 times within a month of receiving my car back and I dont feel safe driving my car. Theres this click that happens whenever I pull off (start the car, pull off, click/vibration) (sitting at a traffic light, pull off, click/vibration). My car is a 2015 Honda Accord. History dictates that Honda is one of the best cars ever. I know because thats all I drive. Now my car is ruined. This problem is a direct result of my accident and GEICO paid them almost $7,000 to fix it and all they did was make it look good. I decided on 10/7/17 to take it to my dealer and have it fixed and now I will see them in court. I also reported them to the BBB and requested that they discredit them, discontinue their commercials on the radio and I need everyone else to join me in my class action law suit. We all seem to have similar complaints. They keep your car for long periods of time and dont fix them. Well my last visit, I went to see what the hold up was and my car was in the alley like some homies were fixing it. These people treat your car like a class project. Theyre not equipped to fix cars. Inside the shop is a bunch of projects. Even the lady Ms. Liz that works there commended me for being so kind for so long. As I was leaving one night, she said usually people come in there with baseball bats ready to beat up the owner.HELP ME SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN! Im reporting this shop to the news media also. I also believe the nice reviews on this post are people that were paid by Izee auto because each time I went there for my car, other customers were there making the same complaints.

This company Stole my camera out the trunk. It had 5 years of memories of me my wife and first child. Ripped from me without a care. When calling to redeem it they gave me so many run around a to retrieve it. The owner of the shop to be exact. Do not patronize this company. They had my car for two months. I had to put it back in another shop to fix the issues they created. The owner is verbally rude as well. Very unprofessional organization. After markets in a brand new vehicle. My insurance company paid for dealer parts. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The worst place ever.i only gave them a star to write this review... No communication the receptionist is incompetent.They said they waive the deductible until your car is ready and them tack on additional cost. They forged paperwork and lie saying the spoke to you...I am opening a law suit against tis company for fraud .

Wouldnt recommend them to a blind man. Customer service is awful. Got work done on my car couple months ago and still have issues. They tried to pass off work they did as done but wasnt completed.used wrong parts till i had to get my insurance involved again to correctly use the right parts. Stay far away from Hamilton location. Far far away.

I am going to stick to facts about IZEE auto body and allow others to come to their own conclusion. The passenger side back door & the bumper of my Highlander were completely destroyed due an accident. I dropped the car off on Tuesday at noon and on Wednesday of the following week, I received a courtesy call about the status of my car and was told to come on Friday to pick it up. Both the bumper and the door had been replaced with brand new parts and my car looked like it was never involved in any accident. I had the same experience when I took a car with dent frontal to them. They fix it and it came out as new. I never had to pay my deductible because they waived it. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and will always refer my relatives and friends to them if they need collision repair service.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the customers service and the untimely manner in which my car was not repaired. My experience with Izee was horrendous and agonizing ! I would not recommend them to anyone in the solar system! I would resort to driving a horse and buggy. Before, I would permit them to repair my car again !!! Pay your deductible and find a reputable establishment !

I only put one star because thats the only way I could post but this PLACE IS AWFUL, I REALLY WISH THAT 95.9 would stop advertising this place also. I was referred to Izee from a friend who said that he did good work SHE FAILED TO MENTION THAT HE DID GOOD WORK BECAUSE HE WAS TRYING TO HAVE RELATIONS WITH HER. Anyway I dropped my car off and he told me it would only take 2 wks. Well that turned into over a month and he requested that I get a rental car from him as well and I chose to, the rental car was DIRTY, DUSTY ,STINKING LIKE PISS, IT HAD A PEDICURE SLIPPER ON THE FLOOR THE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT KEPT COMING ON AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE A REPLACEMENT AT THE TIME SO THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN SOMETHING COMES IN NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEVER GOT THAT CALL AND THE TIRE BUSTED OFF OF THE RIM AND I HAD TO CALL MY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE BECAUSE THE RAGGEDY CAR DIDNT HAVE A JACK, and since IZEE took so long to fix my car the rental went past 30 days they tried to charge me for days over. After the repair was what I thought to be done I received a speeding ticket bill in the mail from them saying I owe them for the ticket for a time that i didnt have the car. My car is still not fixed correctly but I cant go back because then I may be another MONTH or so without my car and no rental. I would have rather paid the deductible and gotten WAYYYYYY BETTER SERVICE. OH AND IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A SHOW LIKE ONE THATS ON BALTIMORE ST.DOWNTOWN GO INTO THE OFFICE AND HALF THE GIRLS WORKING THERE ARE HALF NAKED (VERY PROFESSIONAL)!!!...WARNING DO NOT GO THERE YOULL REGRET IT, I SHOULDVE TOOK THE HINT WHEN EVERYBODY THERE WAS FUSSING AND CUSSING HIM OUT ABOUT WHATS TAKING SO LONG WITH THIER VEHICLE.
