I don’t usually write reviews, but after today’s experience there was no way I couldn’t.This is the third time my car has been hit and I’ve used them every time. They do a fantastic job and always keep you updated on the status of your car during the process. Danny is very professional and goes above and beyond! The other drivers insurance has been giving me the run around and trying to get me to take my car to one of the shops they work directly with and I wanted to bring it here. I was looking around for a GEICO repair shop due to one of their customers hitting my car. I settled on Dynamic Collision Services due to their good reviews and the personality of a individual that I spoke to named Danny. Danny seemed very nice and honest. He told me to come by to see him when I came down for my estimate.I went in for a early morning appointment. The young lady at the front desk told me that another gentlemen would be coming out and I asked if Danny would be able to come out, as well. She said yes. Then the other gentlemen came out and he called my name and rushed out the front door. I walked to catch-up and asked where Danny was, but he continued to walk away trying to disregard what I was asking about. I finally spoke to him about it as we got closer to my car, but he said that he handled the GEICO claims. He had a very bad attitude and I didnt feel good about the communication even before a estimate had been completed.To give them a fair shake, I called up to speak to Danny and left a message with the young lady at the front desk. I never received a call. Not sure how their actual repair work is, but communication is not very good, which is an important factor when dealing with them and insurance companies at the same time.

You want that when your car is damaged in an accident and may, or may not, be declared a total loss. You know youve come to the right place when every single staff is extremely patient and more than willing to take the time to explain the intricacies of insurance policies. The math behind an adjusters determinations have serious implications that can impact your wallet. They could give lessons in customer service - they set a very high bar. If I could give them 10-stars I would. Additionally the work - see photos of Jeep- reflect formidable skills and extraordinary attention to detail. They are unparalleled in their work. They replaced two doors, painted them and the color blend with the rest of the Jeep is seamless. Its pretty remarkable. Unless you knew the 2-doors had been replaced youd never be able to tell. They did some work on the Jeeps bumper as well. I trust no other body shop in Baltimore.

I was in a super minor accident but there was visible damage to my car and I chose to get it fixed. I went through the other persons insurance since I wasnt at fault and selected Dynamic from their network of repair shops. It was super out of my way but I care more about service than connivence and they had great reviews. The process was pretty easy and they made sure to be very communicative and thorough since the insurance wasnt being either. All in all I had three visits, the estimate, dropping my car off and picking my car up. Enterprise is also on site so getting and returning the rental was super easy! The guy I worked with (Danny) was very personable and kept me updated via email (my preference) every step of the way! They even finished my car a day early and washed it for me. I will say when you go through something as stressful as an accident, no matter how minor it is, you want the rest of the process to be as painless as possible and Dynamic was sure to do that! I even appreciate the clean and modern look of the shop because it lets you know they pay attention to even the smallest of details and it will show in the finished product!

I had to bring my car in frim a minor accident where someone back into my car while trying to exit their parking space. I didn’t know what to expect when I took my car to Dynamic Collision Services but I was quickly enlightened and took care of. Frim my initial walk in the door I was greeted with friendly service during this scary time. Being in an accident minor or major is vey scary and I had my two small kids in the car which made my anxiety worse. But like I stated the staff set all my fears at ease. Not only did I automatically get a rental car upgrade from a Nissan to a 2020 Jeep Wrangler my out of pocket cost was only a $50.00 rental car security deposit, which will be returned to me. They gave me an estimated date of completion but they finished a couple days earlier and I already built my schedule around the first date but their professional pleasant demeanor told me know problem take care of your business and let me return the care the original estimated date, which was so wonderful for me. I WORK JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY AND I REALLY DONT HAVE TIME TO TAKE CARE OF THE SMALL THINGS WITH THAT BEING SAID WHEN I RECEIVED MY CAR THE INSIDE WAS CLEANED AND FRESH AND THAT REALLY TOUCHED ME BECAUSE AGAIN I DONT HAVE TIME DUE TO LIFE. MY FRONT BUMBER IS AWESOME IM NOT SURE WHAT TO SAY IM SPEECHLESS I FEEL LIKE IM RIDING IN A NEW CAR. THE SERVICE WAS WAAAAAAY BEYOND EXCELLENT. ILL NEVER FORGET THIS EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU GUYS.
