We visited Heritage Body Shop because we hit a deer and our truck was a mess. We were pleasantly surprised with their excellent customer service! They made sure to keep us informed every step of the way and were patient with the many questions we had. Their experience and expertise shows in the finished product. You will not be disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I HAD A REAR END ACCIDENT BACK IN AUGUST. MY CAR WAS TAKEN TO THE BODY SHOP IN SEPTEMBER FOR THE BUMPER TO BE REPLACE. I WANT TO SAY NOT LONG AFTER MAYBE THE SAME WEEK, MY BUMPER POPPED BACK OUT. THE SAME SPOT WHERE IT WAS A HOLE IN MY BUMPER LOOK LIKE IT WAS STILL THERE. PAINT JOB WAS SPOTTY BECAUSE IT WAS AREAS THAT WAS APPEARING WHITE. I ONLY CAME HERE SINCE I GET MOST OF MY WORK DONE AT HERITAGE HONDA. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE REVIEWS REALLY CAREFULLY BEFORE JUST PICKING A BODY SHOP. HAD WORK DONE AT CRISWELL COLLISION CENTER & THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very horrible service experience at this shop. we had an accident and needed to get our rear bumper replaced for our Toyota Camry. I chose to have our fix at a Toyota repair center rather than going to any random repair shops that the insurance company sends us to that i am not sure of. But when i went to pick up the car, we found that the bumper wasnt nicely fitted, it looked fine from far but when you touch/gently push it you can feel it move, we checked with other cars parked around but none moved in and out like that or made the sound (krr krr). And when we looked in closer, the edges of the bumper near the joints inside were rough and paint peeling. I pointed out the issues to the Body shop estimator Jason Stilling and left the car to be fixed. But they called back saying its coz they had to use a cheap aftermarket bumper as my insurance coverage wasnt good enough (i have Geico and full coverage, one of the best providers). When I argued that not every aftermarket parts are cheap quality, they just had to make sure they find a good one that fit right and do their job right (installing and paint) and that I had one of the best insurance providers and coverage, they service rep (Jason Stilling) put all the blame on the cheap part they had to use due to insurance and hung up the phone on me rudely. Very unprofessional and poor customer service after a poor repair work. I called the manager Rodger Zajdel to report it and he said hell look into it to have the right bumper. But they actually went back to the insurance to put in a supplement for additional amount saying we didnt want the after market part, only original. we never said that, if possible why not, but we want the job done right with the correctly fitting part and good quality repair work thats all. They told us that the bumper wasnt of good quality and so the issues, but they sent the pictures to insurance company saying its done and insurance company is arguing that the bumper looks good in the pictures and the insurance coverage policy states to go with the most cost effective way to get the repairs done right. What kind of quality testing is it at a Toyota repair shop and not just any unbranded random repair shops, is it worth it? what about customer loyalty and customer trust and satisfaction? I have always been with Toyota authorized dealers for any kind of service my car needed (any kind of engine repair, oil change, anything). First time experience for a body repair, and i am very disappointed.

Bill was very thorough and helpful. Answered my questions and took a few minutes extra with me to answer some other questions I had about my car that were unrelated to the repair. That was cool because people hardly take extra time out anymore and it also displayed his vast knowledge of bodywork.Thanks guys.

Very Shady spot. I cannot believe they tried to charge a friend of mine $380.00 PARKING FEE. When my friend decided not to let them work on it because his insurance company warned him about the Heritage body shop Catonsville.. He dropped it off Friday theyre close for the weekend picked it up Monday.They eventually charged him $280.00. He asked for proof of PARKING FEE. The receipt says Labor and there was no work done.GOOD LUCK PEOPLE.

Had my vehicle towed here on Friday and wasn’t notified that they’re close on Saturday and Sunday picked it up on Monday and when I picked it up they charged 280 for storage. Storage was charged even though the location was closed that’s ridiculous. when speaking with them they insisted on the charge this place is a rip off save your money.

This was a horrible place I’m furious about the Service I received. We had came to a agreement on a price and when the car was done the price tripled he refused to give me my car if I didn’t have the payment which I didn’t he had called the cops after I questioned the price and wouldn’t let me see the work on the car

Not the type to leave reviews but I do believe this one was well deserved! Michelle provided me with the BEST customer service I could ask for. I was very impatient and unhappy about my car being in the shop for over a month but if it was not for Michelle, I would have lost my mind!! She kept me at ease when I wanted to flip out, she stayed professional and kept me updated about everything. I think I called almost everyday just to see what was happening but she stayed with a positive tone in her voice and that made me feel good. She even offered to stay later so she could make sure I got my car when it was ready. When I finally saw her, I couldnt stop hugging her. She has a beautiful soul and overall a really great employee who deserves recognition!

I was pleasantly surprised about the great service I received. They greeted me with the highest professionalism, they did a great job with my car, they addressed my concerns and needs. Nate the Estimator who worked at my car, called me to let me know the status half way through. When I picked up my car it was not only washed on the outside but the interior was vacuumed and the dashboard wiped off. They even cleaned the windows on the inside. Thank you so much!

This shop is OK. They are all business and no charm. They will take your insurance money and do pretty good work. Not timely by any means. My repair for a deer collection took two months. The Subaru dealership next door will deposit your car here if they need to do bodywork and won’t tell you until you have to deal with them. I would say I’ve never experienced something so average before - not bad but not really good either?

Jan 2018 Herb Gordon Mile one took my car in and informed me that for larger jobs they send the cars over to Heritage Body Shop. Ms Linda at Herb Gordon truly did not make any mistake in doing so my consultant Mr Nate was professional and courteous throughout the whole repair process. He worked well with my insurance consultant keeping us well informed on finding. After repairs was made my car look brand new. Thanks for a job well done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. My Mercedes was transferred there from Mile One in Silver Spring. My daughters car had been taken there a few months ago, and she warned me not to go there because they had messed up her bumper and she had to have it repaired again. But the Mercedes dealer said they were OK, so I gave it a try. It was a horrible experience. The hood of my car was damaged by a light pole that fell on it. Not a mayor accident by any stretch. My insurance estimated 5 days and 2K for the repair. The repair took almost 40 days!! In the meantime, they managed to find additional damage to charge my insurance almost 8K. Every time I called for an update, they told me a new lie to keep the process going as long as possible. The parts are taking a long time Were waiting for insurance approval We found additional damage The battery doesnt charge. I repeat, it was not a mayor collision. I cant imagine how they came up with so much additional damage and why the insurance agreed to pay for it. And whats worse, as others already mentioned, the car was not finished!!! When it was finally transferred back to Mile One and we went to pick it up, the interior of the car was absolutely filthy and the work under the hood was not finished properly. A hose was loose and there was a missing screw. The rear cameras were not calibrated.So, the 30 day rental ran out, which meant having pay rental out of pocked. To top it off, I was scheduled to leave the country for a work trip and had to postpone to deal with this mess. I lost income and had to pay fees for the travel change. I am beyond upset. NEVER AGAIN. I hope this helps somebody else.

When the large doe jumped on the front of my SLK350 at 55mph, the damage was extensive... front, hood, driver door and a mass of stuff under. My local car dealer transferred the job to Heritage because they had the special equipment. Great move! They contacted me and worked with my insurance company to rebuild with all oem components. And kept me up to date on progress. Got the car back and its perfect. Looks and drives just like it did when I picked it up at the Sindelfingen factory. Staff was professional, courteous, and fully competent. Well done!

I just want to express how happy I am with the service I received from Michelle Rodriguez at Heritage Body Shop. I live in Baltimore City and had gotten my vehicle stolen. The vehicle was then found and taken to Heritage for repairs. State farm had originally given me only a $1000 estimate to repair the vehicle which was extremely frustrating because it was very very clear that the vehicle had more damage than that. When we dropped the car off at Heritage Michelle greeted us with a warm welcome and walked around the car with myself and my father. She agreed that the damage was well over $1000 as well. She made it a point to look after me and promised me she would address this with state farm. State farm came back out to Heritage and she walked around the vehicle with the adjuster and they ended up writing me a $7000 check for the vehicle. Michelle made a dark experience a bright one. If I ever have an issue like this in the future Heritage Body shop will be the first destination I go to because of her willingness to go the extra mile.

My car was sent here after someone rear ended me. This has been the worst customer service experience Ive ever encountered. Theyve had my car for over a month. When I call to check on it, they are extremely rude. I will never return. Update: I complained to management and received an excellent apology with promises to do better (with specific examples of how) in the future, thus improving my rating.

Took my BMW to this shop after being referred by BMW of Catonsville next door. I had rear end damage from an idiot on I695 that was supposed to take a couple of weeks to fix. I have to say, the collision/paint techs did a great job. What wasnt great was the attitude of the person overlooking my work that was supposed to keep me updated. Took a month to get my car back. When I picked up the car, there was a deep scratch across the windshield film, which was denied to be by the workers. There were 43 miles put on my car, and a Camden Yards Sports Complex parking ticket in the side passenger door. You do the math. Im still livid. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They leave you hanging and take twice as long to complete the work and who knows what else is going on with your vehicle while in their possession.

Never bring your car here!!! This place is straight BS from the start. Got my car transfered here from mileone silver spring which and for just a rear bumper damage it tooks over 2 months!! Which was only estimated for 2-3 weeks from the insurance and other body shop. The work was halfass and paint didnt even match. Bill the guy i spoke to will tell you its human work not machine work so you will get your car looking like it came out of the junk yard with miss match paint job. Disappointing and bad business when the manager is made to be a scumbag
