I’ve used these guys for over 7 yrs never had a problem. Had my oil changed & tires rotated. As always I left the lug lock on the seat for them. When it was done I went back in to get the lock and was told he didn’t use it that they used they’re own. The guy went out with me & search the Jeep and no lock so he gave me one. The other day while I was on the freeway my Jeep started vibrating badly & a scraping metal noise. So I had it towed home. The front drivers tire was almost off, there was missing lugs on it and stripped stems. They have to be replaced. Further examination revealed all 4 wheels were missing lug nuts, had stripped stems on all of them and 3 wheels were missing the lug locks. I haven’t taken it in to the dealer yet to see if there’s any more damage to that front drivers wheel. The tow truck driver said I was lucky the wheel didn’t come off while I was on the freeway. I won’t be using Mcfalls again.

My honey and I have been taking our cars here for years and have always been happy with them. Any time anyone we know has car trouble or just needs a simple oil change, we always refer them here. Rocky and Doug are awesome and makes sure the job gets done quickly.

Went in unexpectedly since this was the closest shop to where my car started to unexpectedly leak a lot of oil. I came in and explained the issue, they immediately took care of me and car was taken in within 30 mins of arriving (there were others that have appointments I assume ahead of me). After a lengthy wait, the mechanic explained that they could not find the source of the leak due to the fact that it was too messy (yes oil was everywhere in the engine bay) and that they were not particularly familiar with Volkswagens. They suggested that I take it in to a dealer which was my last resort knowing how expensive labor is for Volkswagen dealerships but at least I got my 1st opinion in. What made me give this place a 5 star even though they couldnt help with the oil leak was the fact that they didnt charge me a dime, they could have easily charged me for at least taking the time of one of their techs but they kept it honest. I will definitely take my vehicle here when it comes time for tire/wheel/brake work. They will take care of you and they will be honest about it.

Never really had a problem with the service. Always have taken my vehicles in there and always had good service.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. If you go there make sure to check the prices out online or from Napa. Unfortunately we didn’t do this and paid $600 for an air flow sensor. My husband was told that it is an uncommon and expensive part. Neither of which are true. I called to speak to someone and they just said it is what it is and they are the middle man. Would never go back after that. We got seriously ripped off on this repair. Which is really sad because we’ve been there before for repairs and had a good experience.

Worst service ever. Went in for special oil change and tire rotation and fluid check. They brought car back in 35 min with only the oil change. Told them to finish job. They rotated tires but did not check fluids. They checked tread depth with finger nail. This is the worst service ever. The tech also took care of friends cars in parking lot while I waited.

The shops products are a great quality. If they install their parts(NAPAs parts) it will come with a warranty. They have great workers and the customer service is great. The negatives are the long waits, the fairness, and the prices. I scheduled appointments and did walks ins on different occasions. It takes 1 hour for the car to cool down but it shouldnt take another hour in a half to get to my vehicle(s) to begin the work. If youre a female or one of their friends youll be skipped ahead of the line. My last time here was last Friday. I didnt schedule an appointment but I was there at 9am.. the shop opens at 7am. I watched as two females who came at 10am and 11am passed me and neither one had an appointment too. This was the 4th time it happened. I grabbed my keys and left. Ill ONLY do a scheduleed oil change here.

These guys are great. They are helpful, accommodating, and very trustworthy. I also have found them to be less expensive than any of the other reputable shops that I price checked with. We had a little issue last time I brought my car in (honest mistake on their part) and they went out of their way to make me more than happy as a customer. My dealings with them over the past year since we moved to the area have made us loyal customers for sure.

They SUCK!!!! Told me my car was good to go I take it home after 3 days being in there shop!I drive 1 day and it blows a head!!They don’t know what there doing and that was the owner Marcus that told me my car was fine!

They fixed something for free, which I thought was great. I had made an appointment to give them real, paying business...then I discovered that what they had supposedly fixed was barely slapped together and broke again. Why lie? I was willing to pay for the fix in the first place. I havent been back since.

Absolutely brilliant. They accommodated my badly needed tire service at the last minute on Sunday. The tire guy did a great job on my tires, and their prices are fair and reasonable. Its only $15 for tire dismount/mount. Thats cheaper than almost anywhere else (thats reputable). They also have a certified mechanic there who does all work under the hood. I will probably return to them for an oil change. The shop was clean and they have a spacious guest lounge in the front office that is kept nicely air conditioned in the summer. The guest lounge was also clean. Im really glad I picked them. They even stayed open past closing to make sure everything was done right. I offered the guy a tip to thank him, but he refused!Great shop,great prices, great people who know what they are doing and wont scam you.I know they wont because I sat there and watched them do a great job on both my tires, and other peoples oil changes.Word of caution though : they get really busy so its a good idea to call ahead and see how much work theyve got before you head in there.

Mike and Doug are great guys they take really good care of you. I went in with the list of things I needed fixed or replaced on my car, they gave me a quote far better than anyone else Ive talked too. New clutch, brake pads and rotors, air filter recharge, oil change and transmission flush!they said my tires need rotated (they did it) and they topped off my fluids free of charge! Seriously great guys!

I called McFall tires today because I woke up this morning to go to school and I had a flat tire! They didnt have the tire I needed and they were the closest to my house to drive on my flat tire to. I got a tire from somewhere else they happily installed it for me. The staff was so friendly! I figured since it was a privately owned company now, that they would be really expensive and they arent at all. I am definitely doing all my repairs here from now on!

Just moved into the area and our battery lost its charge, took it in and they had a new one on the way within minutes. They had it changed and had us back on the road very quickly. The customer service is excellent and the employees there are very friendly, I would definitely recommend their services.

Took my car in needing a flat repair on Sunday morning. They said it would be about an hour which was no problem since I did not have an appointment. Service was great and to my surprise, I was not charged.

Have been taking all my vehicle there for every type of work for years. Honest, professional, and quality work. Have always found Cliff (the owner) and the staff to be upfront when it come to repairs on my vehicles. I have found their work to be better then any other repair center. Plus they stand behind anything they repair 100%.

Great service and no gimmicks or sales pitches etc. they fixed what I needed done quick and easy. Staff was friendly and the shop was clean, as a first time customer Ill definitely come back.

I love all of the mechanics that work at this location. Ive been taking my pile of garbage car to them for almost 2 years. Every time, theyre extremely friendly, compassionate and understanding. They do whatever theyre able to for me. Usually I distrust mechanics, except for these guys. They do their jobs very well.

I had brought my truck in about a couple of months ago to have a cable to my battery changed and a new battery installed. Everything seemed fine . then a couple of weeks ago my truck wouldnt start I had it towed to mcfalls to see what was wrong. They had their mechanic check it out it I was told that it needed a new starter it was changed and it still didnt start rocky gave me a call and said they werent sure what was wrong with my truck I would have to take it to the ford dealer to do a diagnostic test. Well ford gave me a call and said that the wire on the battery was done incorrect. My battery was dead. So I asked for a copy of the wire being done incorrectly to go and show mcfalls owner cliff. I spoke to rocky I had wanted to speak to cliff I asked when he came in to call me to see what they could help me out with. Well in a couple of hours I received a call but not from cliff rocky called me I have been a customer for years and they always took care of me. So rocky tells me that his mechanic put the cable on right. That he and cliff and the mechanic went over it. I was so upset and disappointed . all I was asking for is for mcfall to help me out fixing their mistake . but all I was told was have the dealer fix the cable to the starter and it should start since its there at the dealer. Call us and let us know what it was for future reference. So in other words my problem not theirs. This was the first time I was treated this way I couldnt believe it . so if that was it why when they had my truck they didnt do it???? So I went back to ford and spoke to the guy rod and explained what was told to me he said wow thats to bad that they wont help u. He said well help u get your truck working. So I m so upset with mcfall I ended having to pay twice once to replace with mcfall then a second time with ford this time it was done like it was suppose to and then my battery had to be recharged then after that my truck now runs great. It was sad that mcfall would not help me with the cable that was repaired incorrectly all I was asking was for mcfall to fix their mistake but I feel that they didnt care to keep me as a customer. Well I will not be returning as their customer I do not trust in them any longer. I was referred by a family member years ago so sad that I will be looking for a new mechanic.

Just went back for air up on tires from having done it here last week. Asked for all 4 tires to be 37-38 lbs. Noticed they still looked low coming out from work. Checked, 32, 33 1/2, 34 1/2, 35. I know after checking with 2 other tire places that the difference wouldnt be that much from hot to cold (still105° outside) when I checked them. Go back Sunday the 9th. Hector comes out. Ask him to please make them ALL 38 each. I told him they were all different pressures from last week when I asked for the same thing. He immediately starts asking when I checked them. I said It doesnt matter, they wouldnt be 4 or 5 or 6 pounds different if they had been done the same and maybe a couple pounds only at that. He says to me, I kid you not, Listen, dont give me attitude. :O I replied, just fill them, ok?Thanks for the customer service HECTOR, you shine as example of whats wrong with businesses today. Just mark another place I wont bring my $$$ to any longer because while air is free, my last oil change was not and with Hectors attitude how can I be sure he does the other work right?

I go here for anything from an oil change, to ac evac to full car inspections. The guys are really kind and honest. I have never had a problem with them. Nothing but nice things to say about this place.

Honesty seems to be at the top of their customer service list. If they tell you something is wrong, you better believe that something is wrong. They dont make stuff up or try to get you to pay for something you do not need.
