The services for my car were fast, employees were nice, and they were very accommodating. I was provided with shuttle services. The people who drove me were very nice. I wanted to know about deals for a trade in for my car after being contacted by a sales person. I also left there with a new car for a slight increase in monthly payments. My old car was completely paid off by Honda. It was a great visit.

Last night was a great experience for me buying my first car ever on my own. All thanks to Edwin Verdugo in sales department for making it happen. Great attitude and fantastic customer service. I have NEVER left a review for a car dealership before, and never thought I would. But, we negotiated what we believed to be a fair deal over a series of phone calls with Jay A. and once we agreed to our final number, made a deposit and waited for the car to arrive (take into consideration the car we wanted was not on a single lot in AZ at the time). While we were waiting for the car to come in, we received regular and honest updates from Jay. The day the car came in, we walked in and we’re greeted by Jay and his manager that worked on our deal. We were so grateful that they honored the deal that we agreed to weeks prior, with no pressure, just extremely pleasant customer service. Really couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Buying the car was fine.... but everything since, not so much...*Electric power steering went out 8 months after purchase*Not covered under bumper to bumper warranty.*Took over 3 weeks for repairs + 1 week before they would accept in shop to diagnose.*had to make another appointment, 2 weeks after repairs completed, for oil change. (Why not done in the 3 weeks they had it? )*scheduled oil change took over 3 hours*Continued solicitation of selling/ trading car back is exhausting, especially when they realize the loan is upside down from the warranty they sold that didnt cover repairs needed....*Lack of customer service: they wont acknowledge complaints, return phone calls, or emails.*was not told there was apparent water damage until repairs were done, car was not in a flood. Only water from AZ rain...*was told warranty didnt cover normal wear & tear, that power steering falls under.I do not recommend buying any vehicle at this location, but if you do, same your $, dont buy their warranty, and find somewhere else for service needs...

I went into the dealership yesterday morning to get an oil change and also talk with someone about the end of my lease. I recently had my car in for the auto butler service and an oil change. I had to leave my car; and request a ride to and from work. Both times the drivers were friendly and on time. No time was wasted, and I arrived at work on time. After a reasonable time, I received a call from the driver that she was on her way to pick me up from work. Additionally, a service person from Honda called to make sure I had received a call from the driver as a special courtesy. The whole experience was pleasant.

Recently bought a new CR-V from here and was very satisfied with the help I received from both Ricky Gonzalez and Marcellino. Ricky was very willing to work with our budget and answered any questions I had with no pressure. Marcellino was always available and when I couldnt pick up the car because I didnt have a ride and was alone with my daughter--he offered to deliver the car to our home. For two years, I have had an issue with intermittent AC in my Honda. I had an entirely new AC system installed at a different mechanic, yet it didnt fix the issue. Finally, the repair shop I generally use suggested that I take it to a Honda dealership because they were at a loss on how to repair it. I called Earnhardt Honda and made an appointment. After explaining in detail to the service manager the issue my car was having, the dealership didnt repair it. UPDATE: Honda waived the diagnostic fee because they couldnt duplicate the issue and offered for me to bring back the CR-V for a technician to drive home to try to duplicate the problem. I appreciate that they are offering to resolve the AC issue after originally saying they couldnt. Thats good customer service.

Marcelino took the time to listen and answer questions. He explained the safety features. We had an extended test drive during which Marcelino, again described the many features, including the safety features and had my wife try them out. Once, my wife decided on the 2022 Honda Insight she test drove, Marcelino set the car up for my wife and demonstrated the Apple Play. He set both of our phones up on Bluetooth with mine as secondary. I was having some issues with the battery after a collision and was so scared repairs weren’t done correctly. I went in and worked with Karyn in the service department, and was immediately taken care of. Since then another minor issue has came up and again Karyn was able to assist right away. As a younger female car dealerships scare me with the fact of all the costs and not knowing much but Karyn has made it such a good experience. I give all my trust in her. It feels good to know that there’s someone willing to help instead of hurt your pockets. The service department is truly blessed to have her.
