This is what happens 2 weeks after you go to Larry H Miller. Came in due to engine issues. Left with engine issues. On top of all this, Oscar promised to pay for a rental. Nope, got stuck with the bill at the end. Thanks for your amazing service……

Full of fraud, stealing their costumers!!Mike was the employee which took care of my situation. I assume they work for commission since all he did was give me a false diagnosis saying my engine was seized. Which I knew 100% sure it was not seized. He kept insisting that I need to use my personal insurance (if you guys are not aware, when they charge insurance, they can overcharge whatever they want) to fix it, which was a $2000 deductible. I decided not to listen to him because I knew he was lying, so I took the Jeep to another certified shop. They checked it and all it had was the auxiliary battery not working and a relay fuse not responding, a $500 fix... I THINK that most likely Mike (their employees)get commission by percentage, the more they charge, the more they get. So, since he said the engine was seized, it means they were gonna try to charge the insurance around $12,000 on a engine reconstruction (which they wont even do, since there was no water in the engine or any other issue at all) plus around $8,000 on a new computer, which again, it was only a $200 battery. Probably they will try to charge more, but that is what comes to my mind right now. I am tired of this kind of situation and Ive been looking for lawyers and it looks like I have to go through the state and make it a civil case which I will because someone has to pay for my rental cars, and all my lost time. Also, I did not know that they charge for 6 oil quarts and only put 5 quarts, since the manual says 5 quarts is what is needed. Either they are doing fraud in the services as well charging for 1 extra quart, or they just dont know how to read the manual instructions. If I pay you to do an oil change is not to save me money, is to save me time and you are a certified shop so we as customers expect that at least you do your job right.Just so you get an idea of how big of a fraud this is...lets say that you change the oil to an average of 10 cars per hour. If you steal a quart of oil per car, thats $100 in an hour. $1200 in a 12 hour day. $7200 in a 6 day week and $28,000 a month. Thats only in oil change!!!!!ps... I will post emails that I exchanged with Gary, the service director and also my receipt form the other certificate shop stating what was wrong with the Jeep.Thank you all for your attention.

My wife and I went in this weekend to purchase a new vehicle for each one of us and from the minute that we arrived we were give Red Carpet treatment through the entire time we were there. We were treated and taken care of like family. Marissa Solis (car sales person) and Erik Michel (finance manager) tended to us in such a kind and professional manner and made sure we purchased the right vehicles. The professionalism of this team along with the professionalism and support of their General Manager Eric Ortega is second to none! Eric Ortega took the time from his busy schedule to make sure we were being taken care of. The team at Larry H. UPDATE: I just recieved a message that the manager is going to wave my $135, as he should. Id still be cautious, theres a reason this place is 1 star.Cant believe I didnt realize this was a 1 star place before. Extremely dissatisfied with the service dept.! Ive taken my jeep to this location since I purchased it with the mind set that as a Jeep dealership they would without doubt know how to handle my Grand Cherokee.EVERY time Ive been, Ive felt like they are hiding something. It wasnt until now that I was able to know for sure.I took my car in to have them take care of two recalls they told me about and check a ticking noise from within the engine.When I checked in, FRED told me it would be $135 diagnosis for them to check my ENGINE TICKING if it wasnt covered under warranty.I agreed and he wrote $135 on the paper.Just after that, I let him know my stereo was on the fritz and that it needed to be checked. He said, okay, well take a look, just sign here. And I did, like a fool.This morning after 2 days of them keeping my car telling me they would only keep it for 1 and begging me to keep it for 4 at check in, I received a call from Fred.He let me know the ticking under the hood was covered under warranty but that i was responsible for paying $135 for the diagnosis of the radio.Remember, I NEVER brought up the radio until AFTER he said the $135 diagnosis would be related to the ticking under the hood!Shocked at the fact he was trying to charge me for something he did NOT clarify and totally screwed me over on, fred decided to dispute it with me. It seemed to me that he totally knew he messed up and hid it from me! I am incredibly disappointed because I thought he was a really nice person I could rely on. Enjoy your experience, i wont be going back!

Every experience at Larry Miller has been a bad one. Our Pacifica is currently at another dealer where we are having to put out $400 to repair the damage they found from Larry Millers incompetent service department who stripped our wheel studs the last time we had our tire rotated there. Added to the over inflated tires (42 pounds) they sent us off with and the interior panel they broke when repairing a malfunctioning backup sensor and the hassle the sales department gave us when we discovered that they hadnt included the key to the locking lug nuts (they wanted us to buy that separately) and its no wonder that well never darken their doorstep again. Worst car dealer in the valley.
