Friendly staff, fair prices, high as heck workers unfortunately. Trust me, dont take your vehicles here on Fridays or Monday mornings!(maybe ever?) Just take a look at this tire I brought to them to have mounted & balanced recently and this is how they gave it back to me! Okay, thatll be 10 dollars, sir!?!

Since I’ve been in Arizona I have taken all of my vehicles here. They are fast and super friendly and don’t charge ridiculous fees to fix your car. They are about the only company I let work on my car.

If the business wants to challenge this, please respond to MY HONEST review of your business and we can talk it out. I’ll BE FAIR and TRANSPARENT about this review. So I drive up to LLantera Munoz and not only does the place look like a junkyard w ZERO parking,horrible structure, and use of space of your businesses parking lot. You almost LOST my business right there by not organizing and structuring your parking lot with junkyard looking vehicles that look like they need to be in a car compactor anyways. What’s going on in the parking lot? You should consider getting that cleared out for your customers and create more room for revenue. The inside of the place...same thing, let’s clean it up. I walked in and 3 Guys goofing around, 2 of them employees or owner or whatever were all joking around as I was standing there needing to be helped. They all saw me and They all blatantly ignored me. I walked into the BAY and asked if anyone is going to help me? The guy said yes I’ll be right there. After 5 minutes of complete disregard, I decided to split! He saw me leaving in my car and chased me down in the parking lot and I said, “DOES ANYONE WANT TO HELP ME??” I have 6 TIRES that need repair or replacement. After standing there and watched me to take my own filthy tires out of my own trunk, filled with black mess all over my hands and arms, he walks to the back,leaves for 5 minutes, comes back and seriously starts working on someone else’s car. Just leaving me standing there. Some other guy comes out and I had to RE EXPLAIN the entire story and everything I need. He brings out 2 OLD and crusty tires with Cracks in them from mismatching brands. Those tires were SERIOUSLY taken off of someone else’s car and they are RE SELLING peoples garbage used old tires. The worker was embarrassed to bring it out. No THANK YOU. after patching 1 tire, a quick easy Fix for a high price of $10...which is always FREE at COSTCO, SAMS CLUB, DISCOUNT, GOODYEAR, and other places, I was on my way without ANY receipt being offered 🧾. I don’t know how businesses and owners have survive with this type of service, I would have APPRECIATED reading MY REVIEW if it was by someone else prior to going to this DISASTER of a company and how it’s operated saving me the time, money, and stress.To the owner(s), I’m ready to talk and help you in any way I can.

They fix my car all the time no problem

I had a tire that was going flat for a while. They were able to take a look at it and found that my rim was cracked. They welded the rim and I havent had any problems. I had these tires installed somewhere else. Im glad they fixed it.

Great pricing with honest work

They are very imresponsible. I call them to see what time they open, they said 8:30 next morning I went and I have to wait till 9:00 . This is not the first time another time they said they close at 6 I go at 5 and they were closed..

Worst experience ever they prett much just took me for $180. They were supposed to fix what they said was a evap leak claimed to have changed the purge valve. Check engine light came on then they said it was spark plugs but one was stripped so they couldnt get them out. I took my car home next morning i easily removed them. They are a joke i would never go there again. Let alone recommend this sorry place

Bought an Audi took it to brakes plus for an overall checkup quoted 2300 for a suspension and they didn’t even check my brakes!!! Had to ask them to. Anyways took it to these guys got a quote for 900 including labor. In the meantime I got 4 used tires for 160 including tax with great tread made it to Texas and back no problem. Great staff and prices. They also referred me to a man who did home calls for windows after mine was broken. Nothing but good things to say thank you!

The guys are decent guys... But! They had my truck for weeks and said it was ready to pass emissions 3 times and still... It does not pass emissions... 2 Stars

Came here per my dads recommendation to get my AC repaired; after our failed at home attempts to get it working. They were very professional and did not attempt to rip me off. We, at home, replaced the condenser, compressor, and flushed the lines yet still had no AC and had an awful grinding noise coming from the front end. The got it working in about 1 hour and it works like a charm. They were very honest, fair, and had a great attitude. I even came back because I still had a slight grinding noise and they were very nice in letting me know that I just needed to be patient and let the oil work its way through the compressor. I will be using them again in the future.

The best price at the right time

Best experience ever. Bought tires somewhere else but they didnt balance them correctly..llantera Munoz balanced my tires and the ride is smooth. Two days later my vans motor was acting funny..well it needed a tune up. These guys worked on it same day service at a decent price. Ill be bringing all my cars here.

I was in and out in 25 min. Their quote was the same in store and over the phone and didnt try squeezing money out of me for tires I didnt need. I went in wanting 3 used tires and they told me that I only needed 2 replaced and that the 3rd one I was wanting to replace was still good and had plenty of tread on it.

Theyre good people they are hardworking people my daughter has been to the shop and they done good work and the prices are good so I recommend this shop to anyone thats looking to get that car done right

Ive been coming here for years. For small fixes to large repairs, all their work is excellent. The peices for work done on cars is definitely more than fair when compared to other tire shops and mechanic shops. I always recommend Llantera Munoz to friends or family.

They use to work on my vehicles. I stopped bringing my cars to the shop. They put the wrong belt on my truck they screwed up the connector on my Ford which caused more damage to my vehicle had to replace several different parts because of the negligence all wires melted . The truck they pretty much ripped me off not fixing the truck properly

Great bunch if guys over there...my daughter needed tires really bad but they were about to close they waited on her to show up after hours now. Thats just the guys. The prices are awesome like the employees too.

They are really bad especially with woman they think dont know any thing about their trucks.... I do, but didnt let them know. Dad part is i grew up with one of the owners kids but when rugged owner was attending to me and my sister he thought flirting with my sister was the thing to do so i watch to see how far he would take it . I got a used tire but in my mind knew it was not a really good one but we needed to get back to phoenix so what the hell my sister flirted back did what she could

This is the 3rd time going and my last. I had a blowout and needed a new tire. I buy a “new” tire and it’s flat not even 10 hours later. I go back the next day and they replace my tire with a used one that goes flat 8 hours later. The 3rd time I go in to complain about it they say there’s nothing they can do about it. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!

Had to go there 3 times after getting a set of 4 tires before getting home the first tire blew they messed up the lug nuts and required us to get complete new lugs then the other Tire had a bubble in it and had to be replaced also they did not balance the tires also they did do the brakes on our car pretty fast for a pretty fair price considering we had been there already three times

I have been taken for a fool by these people for over a year I have given them every opertunity to make what they have done to me and they have continued to perform at the lowest level.l went to them to have an alignment and I have been taken advantage of to the highest degree they aligned my vehicle and left it at that, my new tires that they sold me were bald within a month ,they sold me lower A arms we paid to have them installed along with new front tires two months later we paid for a new rack and pinion and a new set of front tires. I hope they have taken care of this . I had them do some more work and as usual it has been a horrible experience These people will not call me nor will they answer my phone calls ,leaving me on hold so long l can drive to their shop before they pick up . Me car has been in their shop five weeks of the last two months. They told me the owner was on vacation. I just want my car fixedI hope I can be happy with these people but Im a little tired of paying and more tired of waiting!

This place is good you get fast service, you need tires or engine work from any tipe of cars & transmission yes go &check it for you self ,go see memohis my best friend for many years.

Do not take your vehicles here , had a motor swapped and truck had problems which they couldnt fix, so I left my truck here for two weeks for them to figure out what they did wrong only to have it stolen , shop didnt take any responsibility for it even tho they left it outside the shop , basically it was my fault for leaving it in their care , they do not care nor did they try to do anything about it, beware of this place !

We purchased a car from them with 22in wheels they stated like new conditions from a tire shop you would think at the very least your wheels and tires wouldnt be a problem but the tires kept rubbing due to spacer issues had to go back several times to try to fix the situation. They could not resolve the problem once a week my wife has to drive to mesa to take her mom to chemotherapy had a blowout on the freeway the tire shredded wrapped around the brake lines our daughter in the car mind you luckily noone was hurt they offer to swap out the wheels with the black niche wheels with almost new tires these wheels and tires still on offer up mind you we waited a week for these spacers when we got the wheels they had taken the tires and replaced them with all super worn damaged tires not 1 day later my wife has another blowout on the freeway again with daughter in car noone was hurt but when i ask why there so shady in swapping out the newer tires that was agreed upon to the blowout plug filled tires we got get nothing rude attitude and told i need to deal with the owner personally the proof still sits right now on offer up black 20in niche wheels look at those nice tires thanks for being such a stand up buiseness will definately be writing more reviews. Please people be weary of this company. Your safety is at risk . lies the 20in wheels and tires we agreed on are not what we got i have pictures to prove it long story short horrible buisenes and yet another blow out.
