I was in and out in 2 hrs. Called the night before right before closing 830pm got Elijah on the phone he guided me on what I needed, scheduled an appointment. I got there the next day at 11am paperwork was already ready out by 1pm. Elijah was professional and down to earth and didn’t waste my time. The finance manager was awesome as well The Who staff is awesome and kept a smile on there faces which makes you wanna smile too. I honestly wish I had the help and honesty these other five-star reviewers had.The beginning process was good and easy but when it came to taking my car from the lot... The engine light went off and I was requested to come back to Phoenix when I live in Tucson. Which that was fine but it looked like they just reset the lights because right when I was driving off it went off again. They didnt tell me why it was doing that but the only answer I got was that was the car I chose. I was under the impression that I was supposed to get a car that worked not a trash car. I thought it was strange that it also had ceiling stains but turns out that the sunroof gasket isnt working properly so of course theres water coming in and more stains. To top it all off after driving it for a few weeks I guess the fuel line broke and had to go to a Kia dealership in Tucson and luckily it was under warranty and they let me know that this should have been fixed at the dealership that I got it from before I got the car. When I called and asked what was fixed on the car they let me know that there was no paperwork on who fixed the car. There was no one willing to tell the truth on what actually happened and why they gave me a messed up car. The woman that was there that had me sign off the papers was suddenly not working there anymore so be careful what you pay for... Its really disappointing that a dealership this big it was not willing to help me and try to figure out what was wrong with my car. Its literally only been a year since Ive had it and Ive had problems with it since day one. I hope no one else has this kind of bad luck.

Great service as usual through Barbara (Service consultant) and Dave (β€œsenior” Mechanic). The other and new mechanics (younger) are all doing a good job for regular maintenance.This is not your general dealerships which have a tendency to sell you things that you don’t need... and I know my car perfectly, so I can tell you that.I have been trusting them for about 10 years, and my 10 years old car have been taken care of perfectly and she has been running almost as new, even if she has been tuned! There are very accommodating and professional.I would recommend this dealership with no afterthoughts.

We’ve had our Atlas for a little over a year, buying the car was an absolute delight. Since then the interaction with the service department has been a complete NIGHTMARE! They are rude disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional! Although I love my Atlas we will be trading it in because of the service department. Mike decided today would be the day he mocked my husband instead of helping him.In my experience getting you to purchase the car is a great experience, dealing with the service center for your extended warranty (which becomes a long term commitment) is a deal breaker! We were also going to upgrade next month! Find a new VW dealership!

I went in today 8/8/2021 to do a lease buyout since my lease is coming to an end in September. I had my contract with me which states that if at the end of my lease I would like to purchase the vehicle, it would be $12,627.00 plus tax and registration, nothing else. I get to the dealer ship the saleswoman helps me and goes and gets me the purchase price for my vehicle which I already knew what it was, $12,627.00. She comes back with what her manager Rob Knapp gave her a price of $14,838.00 a total different price from what it was promised on my contract. I explain that to the sales person to tell it to him and to ask why is it such a high and different price than from the $12,627.00 that was stated on my contract for a purchase after my lease comes to an end. Sure enough very kindly the sales woman goes back to her manager (Rob Knapp) to ask him why such a high price and why Volkswagen/Manager Rob Knapp is not respecting the contract. After about 45 mins they come back with a β€œtotal price” $12,627.00 but if you look at the second picture I attached it has numbers basically moved around, the tax fees change from $300(first picture) to $650(second picture) and added inspection of $1156.00 (second picture) which wasn’t on the first offer. We continuously asked why they were adding such a high priced inspection of $1156.00 when in the state of Arizona vehicle inspections vary from $150.00 to $200.00. While at the dealer a vehicle inspector was walking by, and our sales woman called her so she could explain to us what and why we need an inspection. While explaining that to us, she also mentioned that if we were to pay the vehicle cash, the inspection would be way less than $1156.00 sure enough we stated β€œwe are buying the vehicle cash” and manager Rob Knapp simply couldn’t give the saleswoman an explanation as to why the inspection wouldn’t change price. I just want to know why they were creating loopholes to somehow keep on adding fees and changing tax fees to give me a such a high price to purchase the vehicle. I left the dealer unhappy, frustrated and most of all disappointed at the manager, Rob Knapp. At first they wouldn’t respect the vehicle price and then when they supposedly gave me the vehicle price that was on my contract they came back with all these new β€œadded fees” to still over charge me for a vehicle that an original price was for $19,777.00 and I have given $9025.00 as of today. I feel dissatisfied and would like for someone to give me an answer as to why the inspection is so high and I am getting charged $800.00 for tax and registration when the mvd is charging my tax and registration $237.00 they somehow want to overcharge me without explanation.

Received a letter from them about trade in value for our car which was a good offer. Letter also mentioned to come in, test drive, appraise the car and get a gift card in the end. Did the test drive, picked the car we wanted and ultimately didnt align on the price between us and the dealer which is normal. Before we left, we had asked about the gift card and the sales person said they ran out 4 days ago. But it felt more like they were being salty for not buying a car and didnt want to give the gift card.Had the car serviced here previously as well and told me timing belt needed to be changed which was bogus after getting a second opinion at another shop.

Over my life, I could have bought 2 to 4 more new cars than I did, but I despise the process at the dealers. While this time was still long, our young salesman, JosΓ© GarcΓ­a made the process the best ever. He knew his product, and he knows how to talk to people in a down to earth manner, even us old people. Sales associates would tell us things that later werent true. For example the out the door price was $2000 more than promised before I drove an hour to buy the car. The car had many imperfections. The doors were scraped up with a bad paint job and the sales associate promised us that they would cover it and have the guy come out to us to fix it. (This was prior to making the deal on buying the car). Later we find out that its not covered and we would have to come all the way back to Avondale (we live in San tan valley) to have it fixed. Another thing, we were told the Tucson had new wheels and then we go to find out that two of the tires are at an unsafe tread depth and we had to buy new tires. The most important imperfection was the fact that the vehicle had a current recall that we were told by the sales and finance associates that there was a recall but it was lifted before they sold it to us. We called hyuandi after we bought it just to double check and they said our vin # had a recall. But we signed a document that the dealership said there was not one. Very unsatisfied and cant trust anything anyone says here. Would not recommend.

I brought my Golf Sportwagen that I purchased from this dealer in for warranty repairs due to the water leaking through my sunroof into the cabin. There was a recall to get the front drains modified and cleaned but I also pointed out that every corner of the sunroof was draining. I had to schedule my appointment in advance, would have to leave my vehicle for 2-3 days and no rentals were available so I had to make my own arrangmenets. I took care of what I needed and 2-3 days later I was given my car back.Soon after, I noticed that the sunroof was leaking still in the back. I informed the technician that I stated originally that this was an issue on all corners, he claimed that the sunroof only drains from the front. Claiming that they would have to adjust the sunroof then and I would have to leave my car 2-3 days again, make more arrangements for a rental since they dont have one. When I mentioned I couldnt do this again and that they were suppose to fix all of it the first time. I was hoping that they maybe work with me since I had brought it in previously. The tech just told me that he didnt know what to tell me.I told them I would find someone else to do the work then. I brought my vehicle to Chapman Volkswagen in Scottsdale, they were quick to understand that the back drain was known to have issues as well. They were prompt to schedule me, respectful, and kept me in the loop the entire time. They also said that the front drain was the only part of the recall but felt that the back drain should be included as well. They fixed the issue, made sure it was no longer draining. They cleaned the water stains from the leak (something not even offered to me by Larry Miller) got me an uber when I needed a ride. I am thankful that they took care of the recall issue but cared little about the over quality of the repair and listening to their customer. Very disappointed.

I made my appointment online. While on my way, I hit unexpected traffic from an accident and called to tell them I would be about 15 minutes late. The man who answered saw that I was having my AC serviced and said, That should be plenty of time. No problem. So after sitting in Arizona summer heat in traffic for an hour with no air conditioning, I finally got there. And I was told that I would need to leave my car. I explained that I couldnt, and that when asked that very question in the online tool, I had said that I would stay with the car. The response was, Well, there are about 132 cars ahead of you. I said that would have been nice to know when I made the appointment, to which he replied, The online scheduling doesnt know that. Well, the human I spoke to probably should have. Unpleasant people. Frustrating experience. I left and wont go back.

Thank you Eric!Service department took my K&N air filter. I had a washable one that I paid $60 for! Had my oil changed about a month ago, went out to clean my air filter today and its some cheap one! The intake even had a sticker on it that says not to throw it away because its reusable, funny thing is thats gone too! Thats just bad all around, taking things off peoples cars and just hoping it doesnt go noticed? Im pretty mechanically inclined and use the service department because its convenient. Kind of makes me wonder what else they do to peoples cars?

We called fairly early in the morning to inquire about a vehicle. Zach answered and we told him what we were looking for but also that we had a bit of a time constraint that morning. He had the car completely ready for us when we got there. When we left to. Meet our other obligation, he had the car detailed and paperwork ready. When we came back it was so easy, then he helped us get ANOTHER vehicle the same day. Im sad to say goodbye to my Tahoe, but am ready to start making memories with my family in our new Atlas and save money on commuting in our new Jetta!!

My less than one-year-old VW JETTA broke down on my way home. Dash lights went on with WARNINGS Do not drive flashing on the screen. I called the service department first thing in the morning to get it in. I needed my car for work. I had to take the day off to bring it into the service dept. I checked my mail on the way out and figure there is a recall notice from VW. I bring it along. Once at the dealer, Im told its going to take 4 to 5 days. Wow, Im going to need a car. Im said nope; we dont do that. I had to rent a car, $380, to get my 10-month-old vehicle fixed. It turns out it was the recalled Item that caused the problem. One good thing was Mike; my service guy called me 3 days later to tell me it was the recalled item and that my car was ready to go, saving me an extra 2 days of car rental. This was good since I had lost so much time at work and had to pay for a rental car. Now Im told its dealer discretion as to giving the customer a loaner. Guess I didnt make the cut.

I felt like I was at home. I was greeted at the door by a salesman whom opened the door and welcomed me by my name. Wow. And then he escorted me to the waiting room where I was welcomed to enjoy their new coffee maker. My 2 1/2 hour wait went by way to quickly. I had enjoyed 4 small cups of coffee. I selected cappuccino first. Then I had regular coffee with cream. The third was my favorite a splash of chocolate in regular coffee. I dont remember what I had for my fourth because I had noticed a elderly couple who was enjoying their 65th wedding anniversary with a new car. I enjoyed their stories of how long they had loved each other through it all. I was so amazed I cant remember what delicious brew that Id made. The salesman came and walked me out to my car. When I realized I had neglected to ask about two screws that had fallen off my license plate. He himself fixed it immediately. I am going to go by and officially show my appreciation. And make sure my fifth cup of coffee will have a splash of chocolate. Thank you Larry Miller Volkswagen you are a #10 in my book.

I bought a new Passat (2021) on Aug 25th from Zachory a salesman who was recommended to me from Barb. On Saturday, June 24th, I was shopping online for cars for my teenage daughter. I came across a pre-owned Nissan Sentra that LHM was advertising online. I inquired online, and was immediately contacted by the salesperson Bryan. I asked several questions about the vehicle and I advised Bryan that I was going to come in for a test drive, and if everything checked out, I would purchase the vehicle.I arrived at LHM later that day and test drove the car with my daughter. Everything appeared to be fine, so I negotiated a cash price, and then was informed that even though I was paying cash, I would need to wait for the finance manager to prepare everything. The process took several hours, and at the end of this, I was informed that the vehicle still had to go through the shop to make a couple of repairs and be cleaned up. This was no problem, and I agreed to come pick the car up 1 or 2 days later.On Tuesday, I was advised by Bryan via text that the car was not ready because it needed a new AC compressor. I told Bryan that was fine. I would wait. On Thursday, I was told by Bryan via phone that the service department was waiting on screws. Again, fine. I will wait.On Friday, I received call from Bryan, indicating to me that during the repair, a hole had been punched in the oil pan, and because of that, it was going to cost the dealership too much to repair it, so they were going to renege on the sale. He did say however that I could bring in additional money and they would sell me a similar car that they had on the lot. I told Bryan this was insulting. I further told him that we had a written agreement to purchase that vehicle, and that at the time of signing that agreement, I was advised that the vehicle would be put through their service check, and repairs would be made accordingly. At no point was there any conversation or written/signed document about the possibility of excess repairs being a cause for the dealership to cancel a sale.I immediately asked to speak with a manager, and asked him to detail for me the section of the contract I had signed that permitted them to renege on a sale if the repair costs were too high. He said he could not. He advised that the dealership has a repair budget of $2,500, and if the cost exceeds that, they cancel the sale. I asked how they could possibly advertise a car at a price, then negotiate a final sale price, without knowing what their actual cost was. He said that is their policy. I advised him that I expected LHM to repair the car to their specifications, and complete the sale. They refused.Unsatisfied, I went down to the dealership the following Sunday, one full week after purchasing the car. I again met with a sales manager who confirmed that this is their policy, and furthermore confirmed that this happens all the time. I was shocked. I said, Really, you do this to your customers all the time? He explained that it happens at least once a month. I literally didnt know what to say, and I left.3 days later, I finally spoke with the General Sales Manager, Rob Knapp. The initial call was promising. Rob seemed genuinely interested in trying to resolve the situation. We ended our conversation on a very positive note. A day later, Rob called me and left me a voicemail. After getting no response a day later, I called and texted Rob again, and never heard back from him after that. After a promising start, Rob too completely dropped the ball and failed to deliver any better service or resolution than his employees. To say I was upset and disappointed was an understatement.Finally, after spending two weeks dealing with this situation, spending a full day at the dealership, countless phone calls, texts, etc. I decided it simply wasnt worth my time anymore, which I believe is what the dealership was hoping for. They stalled me into submission.

As usual there is a complete lack of communication from this dealership’s auto shop. I have told Larry Miller Corporate about the issues in the past but it’s clearly not something they want to fix. They were asked to check the brakes while they had it. The car was dropped off at 10:45 am for our appointment at 11am. We called them at 4 pm to check on the status of the car. They were going to need it next day too. Not to perform any work but to provide an estimate on the brakes. Turns out the car was over mileage for that to be under warranty still. Why not say that upfront? Makes zero sense to me. I hate this service department. I have asked for call backs, information, help to understand why it takes so long…I’m met with lame excuses and never given call backs. Needless to say if it wasn’t a warranty service appointment, I would not use this dealership’s service department.

Go to a different dealership. We spent 6 hours just trying to do a lease buyout because the sales person (I believe TJ but he actually never gave us his name) was trying to help every other customer while he was also helping us). Re-did paperwork multiple times because of issues with important information being filled out incorrectly by the sales person. They had to keep my car over the weekend to fix an issue with the oil can, gave me a loaner and then today the sales person called my husband to ask when I could bring the loaner back but didn’t know if my car was done yet. Then the sales person calls me and tells me I need to bring it back ASAP because it’s someone else license plate on the car, then proceeds to text me asking if I’m there yet. I pick up my car, and they don’t even have plates or a temp plate (I came from out of state). It was one fail after another. We are planning on upgrading my VW later this year and will absolutely not be returning to this location.

Had an EPC light come on, while on my way to work. My Passat felt very choppy, it shook like crazy, as soon as I stepped on the gas. I called Barb at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen in Avondale. She was awesome, she asked the right questions. I got the car into the dealership, Barb got us a rental, got my oil changed and the 60,000 mile check-up, 2 tires and rotation, plus the work for the EPC light, which turned out to be an electrical harness and Volkswagen paid for it. We received excellent service from Elijah. After having our 2018 VW Jetta Wolfsburg serviced, we received a call saying that they loved our car and wanted to give us an offer. We sat on it, and thought about it for a few days. Originally we wanted a Atlas but it just wasn’t in the cards for us, so we decided on a Tiguan. Elijah went above and beyond by communicating with me via text, and bringing the Tiguan to the house for us to check out. He worked with his managers to get us the deal we wanted, and he did just that. The finance guy that helped get everything together was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Larry Miller Volkswagen if you are in the market for a new Volkswagen. They are not pushy, and or your typical cars sale people. They actually care and try to help in the best way possible. We had a very excellent, and quick experience. Thank you guys!
