Service doesn’t like to be asked questions. Will totally dismiss you if they “think” you can’t afford it.

My sons clothes from his car was stolen. To this car has not been resolved and they dont care to look into it. Was in there to be serviced. Not happy with them at all.

Barb is the best service advisor and a pleasure to work with. I am the second owner of a 2013 GTi that the previous owner replaced the control arms on both sides with after market parts. She worked with me to finally restore my GTi to it’s rightful glory!! It now has zero torque-steer and drives like a dream. Much better mileage too! I should have just paid to have both control arms replaced when we found out it was an after market part. What a difference!I highly recommend this service dept and will not go elsewhere to have my VW serviced if I can help it. Best dealership service I have ever experienced!!
