I am a new customer trying to get my CPAP. I have been unable to get hold of anyone. I have made several attempts and sat on hold for 20 minutes each time. This is a huge red flag but unfortunately I am desperate to get a new CPAP because of the recall. I hope to hear from them soon.

Lincare should change their name to NOCARE. Literally the worst company I have ever experienced. Oxygen is life or death for most people and when it comes doing the right thing and taking care of patients Lincare does the complete opposite. On multiple occasions each customer service representative has given fake or false information. They’ll do anything to get you off the phone and DO NOT follow up on anything they say they are going to do. It’s been over a week and I still have not received a tank for my family member that was discharged from the hospital.

This company worked with me and actually got my cost down to about 1/5th of what I was being quoted by the doctors office for my C=pap machine and supplies. I would definitely give them a try before purchasing directly through a doctor or clinic.

Have used this company for a number of years but have tried for the past month or so to call to reorder supplies but told account was on hold. Numerous calls, even to corporate, no call back so moved my business elsewhere. Customer service is by far the worse I have experienced in a long time, so buyer beware!

Incompetent company all the way through. DO NOT use Lincare if you can help it. They spend more time sending me bills than my own supplies. I will be finding another company or just keep buying supplies through Amazon like I have been doing currently. Its not worth the hassle to deal with these people.The most recent screw up from Lincare was a lady called to reorder supplies. I told her I did not need anything and she sent me all new parts, minus the CPAP machine. It took me about two weeks to get Lincare to send me a return label. I returned the supplies and never heard back from Lincare until they sent me a fairly unprofessional letter stating my account was past due. Called multiple times to address this problem. I finally found someone who told me I should have had a credit, but was not given one. I finally zeroed out my account. I thought that was over, nope...I received a notice that I now owe $150, funny since I hadnt ordered any supplies in the last two months. I call and the rep told me its a two part process to get my acct cleared up. Next day, I get a call saying my acct is past due by $120...funny since I was just told it was $150. These guys are a complete joke. Do not use them, the 1.5 star is well deserved.

Lincare is pretty responsive, and not hard to coordinate. Tbe oxygen and supplies are delivered to us in a timely fashion, and make it possible for our mom to stay independent in her own home. No complaints

I have used them for several years, but will not do so any longer, for a several of reasons.1. I have been trying to get a new CPAP machine for about two months now. Lincare should have replaced it about two years ago. Even so, once I spoke to my doctor and got the info faxed to them to get a new one, they say they never received it. I had it faxed again, and was told I would have it in a few days, which turned into another week and now, a month later I still do not have a replacement.When I called today, and mentioned that I am considering going with another company, the person on the phone, without missing a beat, said that might be the best way to get what I need because they are understaffed and do not have enough people to process the orders.2. They have been spotty on the resupply over the years, it was hard to get a hold of anyone to change my supply order. When I did get it changed, and needed to add new supplies back to the order, it was equally difficult.3. They have been working on their website so that you can reorder supplies online, and that was supposed to be working last summer, but is STILL not usable. Its 2018... YOU NEED A WORKING WEBSITE.In short, they are inconsistant, inattentive, overpriced, and just plain a bad business to work with.

Lincare, Austin is a pleasure to work with. I have a portable and a home concentrator, plus emergency 02 tanks. They have always gone the extra mile, from Sue at the plant to the delivery men. I live way out in Kingsland, so Im not easy to get to. Need acc. call and its here next day. COPD is enough to worry about without worrying about supplies. Delivered small O2 tank and the wrong walker) to the hospital for my wife on Sunday and was set up to deliver the oxygen that afternoon to our home. Her discharge was delayed until Tues and we had all the orders and testing in place. Called Weds to find out where the home O2 was and they stated the truck was already out and they would not deliver anything before Friday unless WE DRIVE OVER OURSELVES TO GET THE OXYGEN. Then they called back and said they had no paperwork (although they had delivered to the hospital). The Case Manager sent it 2 more times that same day and when we called yet again today, still claiming they dont have what the need.So now we are almost 48 hrs post discharge with an almost empty tank and are finding another company. The Case Manager informed us that they have consistently had problems with this company.

This place is such a disappointment. I have a family member that has been trying to get a walker through company for 5 months! Staff make excuses and manager was rude and unapologetic. Will never use again! Dont waste your time!!!!

I have been getting oxygen supplies from Lincare in Austin for several years.I cant sing the enough praises for Sue. She has helped me many times in my travels and problems. She is always friendly, courteous and caring.Scott has always been helpful in equipment decisions and instruction.I have had problems getting thru on the phone at times but I assume they are busy helping others and probably having staffing shortages like other companies. Maybe when they get staffed up the negative comments will cease.

I personally didnt have the opportunity to visit the establishment which, Im sure is amazing.My story goes as such I went to Indiana to lay my youngest brother to rest of which he lost his battle with this horrible pandemic rearranging world history in a snap of a finger.I returned to home to Austin and my allergies were in overdrive so I thought rain kicks up mold etc. I took a covid test and was positive so I needed to get some oxygen delivered to my home well Eric Flores contacted me at the hospital and after hours when I was released my oxygen and equipment was waiting for my way out of the hospital.Im really thankful for everything Mr. Flores and his colleagues did for me and Im sure that they do this excellent work all the time.Thank you very much for your humanity and great work you people do.God bless you
