I have been a customer of Healthline since 2002.  All your people are good, however, Bailey is first among equals!!! I am 86 years young, and she so very patiently explained things to me so very well. I have had 3 machines and no one every told me to wash supplies with warm water and soap once a week. She also helped answer the device manufacturer questions I had. Whatever you all pay Bailey—-it is not enough!!!God bless-Terry Townsend

Initial process was easy for a CPAP machine. However, they completely dropped the ball when it came to a recent Philips CPAP recall. I had to find out through an ad online a month later. Philips nor Healthline notified me of this.Their resupplies department was supposed to have informed me of this recall as it potentially affects my health with carcinogens, but they couldnt have bothered to send any sort of text, call, or email on it despite them having the full capacity to do so. They have an aggressive resupply process continuously calls you at 8 AM despite opting out, but they couldnt have bothered sending an automated bot call or email?Dont bother with this company if you value your health as theyre too careless.

My wife was given a quote to pay for her CPAP machine in full and at no time was there communication by the rep that the quote was contingent on the insurance companys approval or that it was an estimated cost. My wife paid the quoted amount only to start receiving monthly invoices. She initiated contact with the rep who gave the original quote to ask why she was getting monthly invoices. There was no response to repeated inquiries via email to explain what was going on for 4 months. Calls to customer support was basically as useless as crocheted pisspot and we were only able to get an explanation after walking into the office.We were finally told that the option to pay outright was not available to us due to insurance not covering it. This was never communicated to us as even a possibility. Healthline is basically leaving us on the hook for their lack of communication. It doesnt help that we basically had to hunt down someone to give us a reason for 4 months. We are still dealing with them and communication is extremely non pro active. Which means we have to call them every single time and rehash our story to some poor rep who has no idea and is not responsible.My wife was later told that she had signed something agreeing to the fact that the amount was a contingent amount. She assumed that what she had signed for was for the payment since she just handed the person her credit card to pay and nothing was communicated that she was signing said document.There has been no acknowledgement on the part of Healthline of their wrong doing despite emails showing clearly that they did not communicate the terms of what she would be paying for.This is a bad company to do business with and you can only hope that what they are telling you is the truth. Also dont sign stuff unless you verify and see what is on their computer because you might be signing away your first born child and promise to pay for their CEOs Maserati.

** Update 4/2Someone was sent out early to fix my chair .Less than 24 hours and I did receive assistance.**So, where to begin. The loaner wheelchair I was given, which should have been put in the dumpster, just had a front wheel fall off. I called for assistance, however theyre not going to be able to send someone out to fix it for another 4 days. Maybe Im just new how these companies work, and this is just the norm, but I surprised theres no sense of urgency when were talking about equipment that we depend on just to make it through our day. Maybe I wouldnt be in this situation if I had my new wheelchair, which I ordered back in early December. Here we are in April, and I still havent gotten past the insurance approval stage. And its not because my insurance company has taken an excessively long time to approve the claim, its because it took months for the claim to even be submitted. Months after I was told it was supposedly expedited. If this is expedited, I cant imagine what normal speed is, maybe never. And I suspect thats what it would have been if I didnt call a couple times a week.

I came having problems with a mask and as Jacky and Nicole and were talking Bailey understanding more of my issues than myself came out to my rescue and explain me why the problem was, not only she help me but change my life I can sleep again and happy I know I can trust them. I love you guys ! My review is of one employee—Nicole. I was desperate to get a part for my wife’s CPAP machine. She went above and beyond the call of duty trying to find one for us. The part was not available (these things happen), which Nicole called me back to let me know. Her compassion and professionalism impressed me greatly. HealthLine is fortunate to have such a capable and courteous person on their staff.

I bought a CPAP machine from them on 2019, I paid it full. Goes forward to 2021, they contacted my insurance company and set up a rental fee every month. I called them to complain and they said that this was because I changed insurance companies, I explained that they cant charge me a rent for something I already own. They agreed to stop charging me a rental fee but denied me a reimbursement for the money they drafted wrongly. Now I got a new rental fee bill. Horrible company.

If you want personal, knowledgable service with people who will stick with you until the right equipment is found--go here. I had struggled for 2 years with other companies to find a suitable mask. Bailey is wonderful. She had me try a number of masks and explained the differences in each. She worked with me until we found a great choice. Sleeping well during comfortable nights now.

I enjoyed all of our conversations. I’m now more informed with all my products from Healthline. I was also very pleased with the front desk customer service from Nicole. She really helped me and made me comfortable with my machine. She truly was very enjoyable to work with. I recently started using a Phillips Dream Station CPAP machine, purchased at Healthline.Ive been most pleased with the machine itself and the wonderful results it continues to bring me, along with the ease of setting it up and usage.Along with that, Ive received outstanding customer service with this company. Ive had several phone conversations with the following staff: Amanda, Ray, Jeff, Paula, and Bailey. Horrible service!!! I’m been taking care of a male and he has healthline but he never has anything on time I’m talking about his medical supplies. He has a trach and he needs to be suctioning... well this company never send the suctioning catheters on time or they just sent half of the order and then when we called KATIE she never had an explanation for that, she always said that she doesn’t know what’s going on that she will try to see what’s going on and then she will call me later but she never called me back... they need to understand that sick people needs their supplies on time or at least what they need; not less than what they need I think the insurance pay them on time so I don’t know why they don’t send the supplies on time or everything what we need on time!!!! Thankfully we are looking for another company because we are tired of this!!

Great service!Gayle and Jeff were extremely helpful in replacing my cpap machine. Even when my broken machine was provided by a different company from a different city, they were able to work with me and send me home with a new unit. I’ll turn to them for all of my replacement parts from now on. I’d recommend them to any patient that needs a machine, replacement parts or even just to have questions answered.

So the place is amazing and different than other med supply. They take there time to get you fitted, try different things, and have nice private rooms to meet with the respiratory therapists.They follow up on the phone with you, have coaches you can call, etc.Gail met with me, and she is actually one of the managers it turns out and didnt rush or anything.Its been a real struggle getting used to using a CPAP, and they have been eternally patient and supportive over the months.Thanks guys, you rock!

The staff is great. I was set up on a Thursday with my new equipment and it was explained in detail (by Felix) as to what all was involved. On Monday I wanted to swap out one item and I stopped in unannounced shortly after lunch. The receptionist checked to see if anybody was available to address my questions and needs and I was quickly whisked to the back office. Jeff answered all of my questions and resolved my equipment change request. I am totally impressed. Thank you Felix, Jeff and HelpLine Staff!

Extremely poor customer service. They keep misplacing my information, and dont return phone calls after promising to do so. I sent my information to them almost 3 weeks ago, and still cannot seem to get them to ship my supplies. Im making phone calls to them almost every day, and still have gotten no where.*update* an hour after posting this, the manager called and was able to get everything situated. She was very polite and apologetic, but I still think that it shouldnt have taken this long to help me.

This Austin office has been wonderful. The reception staff has been friendly and helpful, on the phone and in person. The respiratory therapist was great in explaining the various options for fitting the masks for my CPAP. And I love the manner in which they handle insurance matters and automatically mail supplies according to the recommended schedule for replacing CPAP parts.

This company ripped me off!!! I used them for years with no problems - I got my sleep apnea supplies from them. Then, a couple days ago as I was checking my online bank account I noted they had debited $157 out of my account! There was no advance notification, no explanatory bill, no notice as to permission to debit my bank account. And the debit was the same week I needed to pay my mortgage. When I called, I got a totally obnoxious woman called Bethany. She clearly had no customer service experience. She was rude, officious - one of those people who always believe they are correct. She told me I had given verbal permission for them to debit my account, that they had sent me 5 bills and they would most certainly not credit my account back. She said she would send me proof. The proof was 3 corrupted files I could not open. I have taken action against them. Im sorry to say goodbye to a company that had been a reliable supplier. They must have new management. Bethanys attitude tells me they are no longer interested in retaining customers.

Worst customer service, ever. My therapist was late to her appointment. And when I asked her a question about another mask, she seemed puzzled as if I questioned her professional opinion. Then, she encouraged me to sign without looking at what I was signing. She had me read all my paperwork in the lobby. There ended up being a typo that the front desk had to redo. After being referred to them by my doctor and spending over $1000 in equipment, I expected a little more quality care. Avoid Healthline at 2601 McHale Ct., Austin.

Used them for a couple of years, never had a problem. Any questions or problems i had on a bill or equipment were answered quickly and resolved even faster, you just have ask. O2 deliveries were always scheduled in advance and arrived right on time. Office staff were pleasant and friendly. Kimmy and Cody were rockstars when it came to taking care of my husbands care. Weve sinced moved out of their delivery area, and i miss them already.

After I finished paying for my cpap machine, the company continued to bill me. I called the corporate office in Wichita Falls, TX to try and straighten things out. I called these or four times, but each time the line was busy. I left a message each time and asked them to call me but they never did. The last bill I got threatened to turn me over to a collection agency.They have a machine that calls every month or two reminding you that it is time to order new supplies. It has called me four times in the past week.These guys are scammers!

Do not buy medical supplies from them I was told by them when I bought medical supplies that it would be $64 then they sent me a bill for $149 additionally you can get the supplies cheaper on Amazon and where they wanted to charge me $21 for six filters I got 24 for less than that the tube they charged $19.18 for I got on Amazon for 6 bucks they greatly inflate the price of their supplies
