Always friendly and helpful....... but it takes more than bright shiny smiles and bubbly personalities to exceed in retail.This location is always Sold Out of cases of Voss drinking water. You would think that a popular product would be constantly in stock and available for sale.Every little bit helps these days with the pandemic severely affecting sales and profit.

Ive been to A LOT of Vitamin Shoppes, also worked at one. This is by far the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff Ive encountered. SM Alex is great and has a solid team with him.Glad its close to home cause Id travel past other places if need be to get here.

Staff was helpful and willing to price match. They even carry my hard-to-find iron supplement. I usually buy my supplements on Amazon, but Ill definitely be coming here from now on. Theyre cheaper and I dont have to wait on shipping! If they dont have something available in-store, they can special order it too.

Very helpful and friendly staff! They don’t push products on you and the experience is like hearing a friend’s supplement recommendations. This place is my go-to. Also great to support local brick and mortar businesses and staff over Amazon.

A wide selection of supplements that you cant always find in a grocery store or pharmacy. Customer service is okay, nothing to write home about. The prices are reasonable and they price match which makes having the convenience of supplements available right away even better.

The staff here is very knowledgeable about their products. Never felt like they were pushing a product on me. I recommend this place. They price match as well. Cant beat that.

Great location next to Costco, but you can also bug online and pick at the store (often with extra discount)When you return to get credit, you need to keep your original receipt for the proof of the credit

I’ve been a Vitamin Shoppe fanatic for years now. I always shopped at the Vitamin shoppe in Harker Heights and was always treated well. After moving to Austin, I was excited to find a Vitamin shoppe near my home, but have been diasapointed time and time again with the lack of customer service. Great products, great diversity, but a customer should NEVER make it to the back of the store without a single employee saying hello or even asking if they could help me find anything. Spoke to the manager today and hope to walk into a different environment next time I visit!I meant to revise this post a long time ago! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing turn around from the review I made above. Love the diversity and love the staff

Nice clean store. Easy to find whatever you’re looking for and staff are always helpful but still give you space to browse by yourself.

I dont go often unless Im looking for something specific, but its been great every time. Ive been able to find very specific items here and the store has even worked with me to when there wasnt enough in stock. Its also a very big store. I like that they help if you want it but arent clingy or following you, which can be awkward in small stores.

Worst people and worst management I have ever experienced they closed down early don’t follow there store hours they lost my business and I highly recommend just going else where

Bad customer service. I was there for 15 minutes looking through shelves and the two staff were chatting as if I didnt exist. I ended up spending 200 dollars and the girl didnt even bother to scan my shoppers card. Thats ok. That was the last time I would go there.

Honestly...#1 in my opinion. Places like GNC and other mom and pop shops cant touch there prices. I asked one GNC location if they price match and they literally looked confused at the question. I will shop at some local places sometimes but only for support. When it comes to quality, prices, and experience Vitamin Shoppe delivers.

The staff is always nice and they always answer my questions. Their recommendations are okay but I think they should be allowed to try al the products for free so they can make better recommendations to customers. I have tried so many protein powders and a lot of them I did not like. I finally found one I liked after trying 6... The manager let me exchange every single one until I found the right protein. Its very difficult to purchase a huge container when they dont have small packages to purchase. I recommend that they contact each brand and ask for sample packages for sale. It would make it easier for customers to find the right protein and reduce returns and exchanges like I did. This place is much better than GNC and gives better deals. My husband buys is creatine and protein at Vitamin Shoppe especially when they send us coupons.

The tall slender lady with the locks was a huge help to me and my boyfriend. Very friendly place.

I walked up to their store it was two minutes past closing time the cashier was just locking the door and all he could do was put his hand across his throat and a hateful racist sort of of way like go away from my window showing me that the place was closed he literally looked evil at me very hateful Eastern man I have to find a new place to buy my vitamins
