Very friendly service. They had a small selection of Austin FC hats, and I picked one up. They needed more Texas State or just a better college football selection in general when I visited. Overall good selection, though, and great experience. The representative updated my membership info and got me a discount. I love this place for stocking up on hats!

I feel like they dont even deserve a one-star. I walked away this evening feeling so dissatisfied as a customer. The service was terrible and the embroidery machine DOES NOT work. There are large gaps in the stitching of the template design and yet the customer is supposed to pay for that due to a faulty machine? That is completely unacceptable.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a mall! The two employees completely ignored us. No greeting not a head nod-NOTHING. Didn’t ask if we need helped either. So after we found what we wanted, got to the register-still NO GREETING OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, And then the girl walked away from the counter, the whole time idk if she had allergies or what but she kept Swallowing her mucus very loudly, while the guy with braids answered a phone call, still ignoring us, while we stood at the counter right in front of him. He proceeded to walk away from the counter, and help a potential customer on the phone while we still just stood right there card in hand ready to pay for our item. It was so rude and just unprofessional, we left the hat at the counter and walked out. They must not have needed our money. Business must be booming with their great customer service! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I pay for a lids membership recently bought a few caps from Barton Creek location and when at check out employee told me lids no longer has membership discounts that is a total lie the outlet stores are more than happy to give you the discount a lids membership should give you I will never shop at baton Creek location and believe me I buy caps

Are you new to wearing fitted hats like me? Are you curious of the size of your head? Would you like great customer service and help to find the perfect hat match for yourself? Surprisingly, this would be one of the last places on earth to find that hat or have that experience. Upon entering you are neither greeted or asked if you are in need of assistance. I hope you like playing wheres Waldo, its a similar dynamic to find an employee that works there. They do not have the ability to help you find your hat size, and none of these hats are in order, so when you are reaching on your tippie-toes (on the rickety ladder they force you to use yourself) you will not be able to find your size amidst the post tornado impacted hat selection. If I could give this place zero stars I would. What is the point in brick and mortar retail if shopping online, purchasing every hat size, trying them all on, going to the post office, and returning all the ones that dont fit, is easier than going to this store and finding the right hat. I was so distraught after leaving the store that I scoured the internet to find the corporate number to complain. Of course when you call they only give you one of two options: to buy a hat or call about an existing order. Im no Karen, but this experience was so terrible that i was willing to be the martyr to save anyone from having the same experience. This place made me feel like a combination of two things 1: being forced to eat a brand new burrito in a gas station bathroom. And 2: the feeling of watching dolphins in captivity at sea world. LIDS is trash, the employees are trash, and above all this place is trash.Ps: Shout out to the incompetent employees working on August 18, 2021 at 5:30 PM. I just went in there, and am now writing this immediately after. My face is on my profile... so you know exactly who I am.

I went into Lids today, with the excitement of purchasing a few hats I have been looking at online for a few weeks. The experience I had at this location was beyond poor, disappointing, and enough to make me avoid shopping at Lids for the rest of my life. I cant write a review on the customer service, because there was NONE. I have a few questions/issues regarding the purchase I made today, if anyone can provide me a contact (other than the store phone #) that would be greatly appreciated. I hope I can get this resolved, so I can continue to spend money on the great products that I enjoy so much from Lids. However at the current moment, I cant imagine myself walking into this location ever again:(

Small but very organized. Great customer service. Walked in and was greeted immediately . Store sales man made me feel confident on what I was buying

At my time at Lids I thought the employees were very helpful but the main attraction to the store are the hats. Good hats. They have long hats, short hats, curved hats, hats with buttons, hat with holes (the good kind), flat hats the variety in color is astounding. Lids costumer service was top of the line and had a great selection. Ps. Really good hats.

Went in to get the buy 2 get one free offered for Memorial day. Couldnt do it for me. Also in the same email was get embroidery for free with ID confirming Vet status. Could not do it. Wasted time.

These lids are tight. But not literally. They make you cool. Literally. as soon as you slip into one, you turn into a mega gangsta that makes all your friends super jealous and makes them want to come here and buy lids too. Come to Barton, yo.

Lids is a great store. My only issue is that the quality of custom design work varies drastically based upon who is working. I had 12 hats made for work in two batches. The first batch was awesome. When I picked up the 2nd batch, our company logo was off center on all the hats. Fortunately, the store manager, who is great, stands by the work and is having the 2nd batch redone.

Good selection, had a fitted cap to fit my dome (8.) Pricey but good quality.

Need a Cap of great quality, come to LIDS and find team caps of your favored team. The only place carries all sizes and types. I highly recommend it to all especially sport folks.

Lids is a great store with a wide selection of hats. The customer service is great and really friendly.

Its ok, but I dont like how EVERY hat is a flat bill. I like snapbacks, but I like casual baseball caps as well. I guess lids is more for style.

The variety of caps they have is ridiculous, they have every type of cap shape and design that you could not possibly find in any other cap store. If you want quality you must go to LIDS. They will find what you need.
