This is an honest review.Even in an unhappy situation due my negligence on market spot prices. They called me and made things right.

I agree with all the negative comments here so Ill just add my agreement to theirs. If you read the reviews its important that you notice that they dont reply to the vast majority of the negative comments because they have no excuse for the way they do business and no way to explain why people like me have had such a bad experience. Im not shy and because my experience is based on my experience I will just go ahead and call them the crooks that they are.

Who would waste money overpaying for the value of the silver just to have a coin you cant profit from? Especially with 45s cheesy face on it?

Excellent customer service. Received phone calls first thing in the morning from representatives. Emails were provided for better understanding. Made my purchase, following week was the verification, days later my package was in the mail. Highly satisfied and will most definitely be making more purchases in the near future.

Bad for business dont make a mistake buying here.

Everyone has different opinions and I understand that, however, I really dont understand why anyone would say these guys are anything but wonderful.Im certainly not a novice and I can tell you that this company not only knows the market and their products well, they genuinely want to help people who dont understand how it works.Ive done business with them a few times now and I am more than happy with their service.

The advertisement with Chuck Woolery has got to be the worst, most absurd commercial in recent times. He makes a comparison of putting $12,000 cash into a vault since 1976 (42 years), compared with investing that same amount into gold. He goes on to show the cash would have lost value (duh!), while the same amount invested in gold would have appreciated to $135,000. My first thought was, is that all????. That is a HORRIBLE return on your money over 42 years! Simply putting that into a broad stock market index fund that tracks the S&P 500 would have grown to well over $300,000. Thank you Chuck, for giving us a clear, vivid example of why gold has historically been a terrible investment!

They scammed a naive old lady out of retirement savings! As I go through my deceased mothers things I have found many golden eagle coins stored carefully with their receipts. Every time she was charged more than double the cost of the coin. This went on for years. It represents thousands of dollars. They kept calling her to get her to buy more coins. I had to tell them more than once to stop calling her before they would stop.

This company preys on people who know nothing about gold or coins. My deceased husband purchased a coin worth three times its value according to a local coin dealer and my research. When I contacted them, the director of Customer Service was not only rude, but condescending. I believe they take advantage of novice coin collectors, especially the elderly. If you have coins, proofs, etc....you might want to check their current value.............

Ive been trying to contact these mfs to sell my gold back but they arent interested in buying back even though they say to sell back instead of to there competitors. Oh well I guess Im letting them go out on the streets.

A great company to work with if you are looking for unique collectables or potential investment pieces. Specifically, ask for Justin Nelson or Steve Williams - they provided my husband and I with superior customer service and are very attentive to their clients needs and desires. Justin calls us whenever he finds something that would be desirable to my husband and calls every so often even if we dont make a purchase just to give us a heads up. Steve calmed my husband down after a negative experience within USMR and set him up with a collection that he is in love with. The packaging is of the highest quality and very elegant so one doesnt have to worry about getting damaged pieces and at the same time its a luxurious experience opening up your delivery. US money reserve has a way of making you feel like royalty even if you are on a tight budget.We highly recommend you make your purchases with this company over any other. It took us about 2 years of bouncing around different firms to find people that truly care about your investment or collection and go the extra mile for you. They are also very well versed in their knowledge of the market and will assist in helping you make the right decision. I also appreciate that they do not bad mouth their competition and allow the client to make the decision that is in their gut. Thank you for your professionalism in such a cut throat world.
