I gave them 21 stars just because they were courteous when they were unbelievably low on what thy were offering. I dont know about these other reviews and the 5 stars My personal experience was that not only were they offering lower than the other 4 places I went to but the gentleman attending me said that the diamond certification I had that went along with the diamond was wrong but apparently to the tune of thousands of dollars wrong. I had the original receipt showing the purchase price of 22,000 dollars and had already been offered from 5000- 7200 dollars for the ring and the diamond it held from other reputable buyers. He preceded to offer me 220 dollars!!!! After I stopped laughing he then tested a couple other pieces of 14kt jewelry I had and he said they tested under 14k after I said this is the first time I heard this after several previous stores he retested and said oh yes now theyre testing at 14k. I felt my intelligence was dealt a left hook. Obviously I did not do business there and if you are looking to sell anything of value please shop around first. They may pay good prices for scrap which I doubt but for nice jewelry Fu get about it!!Should have known when I walked in and saw they sold jewelry and vape equipment in the same space

I am new to Austin and had no idea where to go to trade in my gold- I didnt even know if some of the things I had were worth anything. I didnt catch his name, but the man who helped me was honest and fair, and very helpful in explaining the evaluation process and what everything was worth! Highly recommend!!

Well the bought my diamond ring for $1700 plus I had other designer jewelry that they paid handsomely for too. They are very honest and trusting, super friendly and a very safe place to sell. Very nice people but do not pay the best for jewelry. Offered me $1 for a Tiffany sterling silver keyring, went somewhere else and they paid $48 for it.For scrap gold weight I think they are ok but nice jewelry I would take elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the price he offered for pre-1965 coins was way low - less than 45% of the spot price for their silver content. He offered $190 for what I had. I went to another place a block away and got $355 for the same coins.

When I asked a gentleman who worked here who can tell me what raw gold looks like. He asked me where it was found and when I said Texas, he said its geologically impossible... After hanging up I researched a few sites only to find that gold has been found in Texas many times lol. If your going to say your a professional you may want to do your research before just assuming (what youve been told) is true. I understand people are skeptical in this business for good reason. You shouldnt be rude to a customer just because you dont know your facts!!! Besides the customers always right lol.

I tried to do business with these people based on what i saw on peoples feedback and I trust these reviews but what i experienced with them or at least one persons name Tom, proved that this is way out of the circle. Maybe if you are planning to buy or spend money this equation changes because in my case, they didnt even answer my several times phone calls and emails follow ups. The only thing i learned from the guy I named here, was they are recieving hundreds of inquiries every day and when it comes to decision, there is a different buyer who needs to show interest in doing business and that person isnt even there.They made me send them emails containing pictures of both sides of my antique golden coin 18 Karat but they never responded back. This is a waste of time and energy. I told that, I have no rush in selling my mothers precious gift but i didnt expect to feel kinda insulted.Well, this is business and if you are just selling then good luck with that but be sure a precious peace of gold is not going to hold that much without a proper offer. I dont recommend this place to anyone and for anything, all because of the lack of attitude.
