I put a chain on layaway and by the time I went to do my last payment they had switched out the chain I chose for a thinner one. I also bought a pendant from them and in 3 months it snapped in half. This place is terrible they overprice jewelry and don’t care about their customers save your money take your money somewhere else!!!

I am disappointed in the service of my diamond ring set. Within the first week my 1.9 carat fell out and by luck my husband found it! I took it back and they had their jeweler redo the prongs to make it more sturdy!Then 4 months ago I brought it in to get it cleaned and when I got it back there were at least 3 diamonds on the band that were missing and I left it so they could replace them.When I got it back it was within a week that more of the small diamonds fell out! I decided to go to a different jeweler and they told me that whoever tried to fix this bent the part that holds the smaller diamonds and made a mess of it. So I had the new jeweler fix my ring and replace missing diamonds. They took detailed photos of before and after and gave me a detailed explanation of what they had to do to fix it! I took my photos and receipt to Marc Robinson and asked them to compensate me for their poor workmanship. It’s been over a month and Eddie has not reached out to me.Very disappointed customer.

The jewelry itself is beyond compare, but thats not really the reason I keep going back to them. They always greet me with a sincere smile, and are more than willing to assist me with whatever I need from them.

This place is trash!!! Way over priced and they show no love to good customer if I was anyone looking to spend good money on some good quality custom jewelry I would suggest you taking your money elsewhere like Houston Texas “king Johnny/iceman nick/money mike” the gas and time will save you money and a headache I promise!!!
