Had a coupon for a free scoop for downloading the app and because the barcode wouldn’t scan at the store they wouldn’t allow me to have a scoop of ice cream. Once I redeemed the coupon it timed out after 5 minutes so now I can’t even try to use it at another location. The manager did not do anything. Poor customer service.

It was a really cool place to take you back to your childhood. Great areas to sit outside and let the kids play they also have pets outdoors which was really cool for the kids to see. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to relive the old time ice cream shops.

We love ice cream and BR has so many delicious flavors to choose from! They even offer one that has no added sugar (its my husbands favorite) with chocolate covered caramel bites. YUM!Plenty of parking, tables inside and out. They have a restroom for customers.They also sell incredible ice cream cakes! We have been buying them from here ever since we first moved to Austin nearly 19 years ago.

This ones pretty easy. Is it good? Yes. Is it incredible? No. Well I go back? Likely. Whats the server polite? He was. Was it overpriced? I believe so. Was the serving smaller than expected. I would have to say yes. Place isnt bad at all. Thats what you sign up for. Overpriced ice cream. Convenient and delicious. Excellent location.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Cake looked amazing but they made it with mint ice cream instead of the vanilla we ordered. Very disappointed birthday girl.

Love this place. This location is great. Friendly employees, and always a good selection. Never disappointed about stopping here. Good deals and specials. the cones are always fresh and crunchy. Always brightens up my day to stop here and get a quick pick me up. Only thing, which isnt their fault, more so a corporate thing, is that they lack having a larger variety of take home flavors.The custom order cake I got for my birthday wasnt that good though unfortunately and it was expensive for how big it was. I couldnt really recommend getting an ice cream cake from them, but everything else is good.Recently they have giant Oreo cookies, where you can make your own cookie sandwich with whatever flavor ice cream you want, totally worth it, I think it may just be a limited time thing though, sadly,

Decent location would prefer other baskin robin locations than this. ordered a cookie sandwich with two different flavors and gave me two of the same. Kinda disappointed by this.

It clearly states that your location closes at 10pm on Sundays. So Im confused as to why your employees locked the doors at 9:27? Then, stand behind the counter on their cell phones and pretend they dont see ppl standing outside/ knocking on the door. Theres not a lot that we can do for our children during this time, but this was the one thing they wanted. Thanks for ruining that

Prices are higher here than the one by my home so we got the quart size 2 for 9.99 and took them to my parents. The Blueberry Muffin flavor of the month is so good, wish they made a quart size. Fast customer service.

They changed their hours of operation, but didnt bother to change to update them online. My girl and just drove across town to get some ice cream, only to find a locked and empty store. Very inconsiderate to the people who keep them afloat in a time when many are going out of business due to the china plague.

Great ice cream, good service. The people always give you the requested flavor samples and the wait isnt too long. I like that theyre open pretty late so you can get a treat after most of your evening.

I ADORE the Prepacked Quarts of Popular Ice Cream Flavors for $5.00 each!!! Its a FANTASTIC deal! Peanut Butter Chocolate has been my FAVORITE since I was a child visiting Baskin Robbins since the 1970s. I buy multiple Prepacked Quarts in a bag for my 1 hour commute back to my house. The employees are AWESOME & ON-THE-BALL giving me a cup of ice with a lid, without my asking, to help keep my Prepacked Quarts cold for the long drive home. A great alternative to the keep Austin weird local chain and the pretentiously named local chain which has nightmarish flavors like thyme and breast milk. Good to know that Austin still has a few good standard Baskin Robbins. I had their flavor of the month chocolate truffle. It was delicious.

Advertised that it was opened until 10pm, when I got there they had closed at 9pm. I guess they make up their own closing times.

Elizabeth went above and beyond to make me a special themed cake for a birthday. She made sure she wrote down all the details needed and even called me when it was finished. The cake looks AWESOME. A+ for exceptional customer service.

This is a great little shop. More flavors than Amys, although I like Amys Ice Cream too. Give Haskins Robbins a try!

Never a huge fan of basking Robbins but I suppose the icecream I got was ok. Only basic flavors. For a place that only sells cream you think they would have more.

This place is usually not too busy, and they move pretty quickly. I have noticed the staff often seems bored or not very excited to be working. They arent rude, just not very outgoing or friendly. There are plenty of options here for just about everyone, and you cant go wrong with the free samples!

Ordered a chocolate Reeces peanut butter ice cream with vanilla cake. I requested blue icing on brown and white cake but received brown icing. They realized they made a mistake and only offered a $3 refund on a $35 ice cream cake. My family said the cake tasted like angel food cake, the cheapest cake possible. Not only will I never order from Baskin Robbins, but neither will my family members. Thanks Baskin Robbins for ruining the birthday cake for two brothers celebrating same birthday.

I havent been to Baskin Robins in probably a decade, but I was very impressed. Their flavored are pretty diverse and tasty. And the staff is polite and willing to let you sample several flavors.

Ive always had a good experience when I go here. Their portion size is great, and the variety of ice cream is wonderful. Seating inside is limited and can get quite crowded during busy times, so be prepared to eat outside, but isnt ice cream an outside food anyway?

By far the best Ice Cream Ive ever tasted. The lines are short, the parking is relatively alright, but the size of the space to eat inside is very crowded, but to make this up there are picnic tables outside.

I grew up near a baskin robbins. While their ice cream isnt quite as good as Amys, its still among the best. The hot fudge may be the best. The service is great too.

Good old American Ice Cream. They also have cakes and treats. I usually just get chocolate or vanilla.

Its cleaner then it used to be but staff still has trouble using cards from the BR app. They didnt even try using the bar code scanner but they probably know something I dont.

This place is not a coldstones ice cream where you can mix up a bunch of flavors and mash them together, but still is the best place to grab ice cream in N. Austin. I used to love the hot brownie sundae they offered (if I was sharing since they are fairly heavy and large) and some of their other ice cream combos. I somehow find this place much better off than amys ice cream since the quality is always guranteed and I know that I will get the flavors I like most of the time. The location of this place also makes it fairly attractive since I often frequent the H-E-B next door for my grocery shopping.
