Good donuts but the staff is kind of rude. I know they are probably always busy but dang, if you’re going to talk mess about customers at least try speak low enough so that we CAN’T hear you through the drive thru window. She was pretty though.

I went here on October 16, 2021 around lunchtime, and to my surprise the store was closed and all the employees were inside eating fried chicken. There were at least six cars that pulled up and left. On top of that, one of the prospective customers called HQ about the incident. I traveled from Europe to this particular location to get a free donut. I guess they donut need my business anymore...

Fresh doughnuts! All of them tasted delicious! We ordered for a big group and they were quick to prepare order!

The food and coffee are good although they are almost always out of a specific ingredient to make certain coffee drinks. The staff is polite but this is one of the slowest drive-thru locations Ive ever been to for any business. I quit going to this location because the workers are so slow. If the staff would work at a faster clip, it would be feasible for me to go here. As it stands, they are way too slow.

Open up your lobby. Quit using COVID as an excuse to cut costs.

Staff gave me the wrong donuts. Too tired to go back so at them. Donuts too sweet. Wont recommend. Did not want frozen lemonade wanted from soda fountain. Staff acted like they did not know what they were doing. They told me donut had lemon filling in fact none at all. Wont go back again ever.

Meh. Not what it used to be, but still pretty good. Hate that we werent able to go inside and that it was drive thru only. We drove 2.5 hours to go inside to show our kiddo. We should have thought to call and ask if they had the inside open.

They used to be really good but they aren’t what they used to be. They got rid of kolaches, they’re always out of something, they have half their menu covered up, and the original glazed rarely come hot anymore

Trash 🗑! Literally this location never has anything although they advise like they do. They never have any of the holiday limited themed donuts such as the Halloween box! I went there twice this month and they never have it. Ridiculous honesty.

Fast service, very nice they even showed us how to get free dozen donuts for my daughters birthday. Will visit again for sure!! Oh and the donuts yall know they were amazing!

Talk about bad service. I was greeted when I walked in but nobody came to take my order. I had to tell someone I was ready to order she just said give me a minute. Waited 8 min until I just walked out. Person who greeted me was on the phone the whole time. Thought Id finally give this place a try. I wont be coming back.

They dont sell kolaches, dont have coffee and half the menu is covered when you pull up so dont expect almost anything to be available..

Recently came by sinice Krispy Kreme and Oreo have collaborated until April 18th, 2021 to bring you the:- Oreo Cookie Over-The-Top Donut which takes a chocolate dipped donut, adds a layer of cookies & creme icing, and is topped off with a HUGE Oreo cookie- Oreo Cookie Glazed Donut which takes a chocolate dipped donut, STUFFS it with cookies & creme icing, and tops it off with a icing drizzle and Oreo cookie piecesThey were so good that I ate all 6 in just 2 days!As for the rest of my experience I received good service from the staff despite them being sold out of most of their donuts by noon! So excited to have had the experience at one of these again. I am from Minneapolis and there is none anyone! Really fun to have relived my youth. I like how they give you a fresh one while you order too for free!

The donuts all looked old. They are only giving free hot glazed to vaccinated not essential workers. The young man who helped is looked so thrilled to be at work. I was impressed that he had one gloved hand for donuts and one not for money.

Clean. Friendly. Yummy donuts!The Krispy Kreme has a nice coffee shop feel with a small lounge seating area as well as the standard tables and chairs. The employees were friendly and kept this place sparkling from the entry to the restrooms.There were so many new options of donuts since the last time I had visited.

This was my first ever visit to one of their restaurants and the staff were very helpful and explained my coupon options to me very clearly. The manager was awesome in making me aware of the free doughnut options when becoming a member and the clerk rang me out. I went to celebrate my getting both Covid shots and ended up buying 2 dozen. Great salesmanship!!!

And I was denied service because I didnt have a covet 19 vaccine card this is telling ridiculous and totally unacceptable for customer service and todays food industry I highly recommend no one goes to this location due to the fact of poor service and discriminating against employees and workers and customers without a vaccine

Ordered half-dozen cream filled donuts, they were given to me cold, didn’t taste good, and were twice the price of what I could get at Round Rock donuts.If you’re looking for donuts that look pretty in your insta feed then consider Krispy Kreme, but if you’re looking to actually eat one — go anywhere else.

Ok so I dont get the hype here. My donuts were cold ,literally like of they had been thawed out that morning and their hot lattes machine was broke so nothing went well. Not impressed.

Last night my daughter and I tried to place an order at the drive thru. Its 9:30p.m Central time and no one is answering the call box. The place doesnt close until 10pm and Im there asking along with another car. I drive to the window and the associates there wouldnt even come to the window. Finally, a lady did come but she was rude and saying they were closed without even opening the window to properly tell me that, only signing with her hands. A woman named Toni claiming she was the manager said that they were allowed to choose early and that the General Manager OKD the closure. They werent out of donuts, nothing was wrong inside, so they just wanted to leave early. Ib feel that if the time to close says one thing and so does Google, The establishment should honor the time as well. Its not about the donuts but the way the whole situation was handled. She blatantly lied and oh well I put a sign on the call box but someone mustve taken it down and Ill have a talk with the rude employee..Yeah Right Lady!! Go to another Krispy Creme. This one is run by a bunch of kids and a manager that appears to not care.

Covid has had an effect. was always busy before. Not so much now! Pastry types have been reduced and even though l still enjoy a good glazed, fresh donut l dont think the last orderwas fresh.

I ordered a Valentines Day dozen at 10:00 AM this morning and scheduled pick up at 2:45 PM. I was held up at work and didnt come in until 3:45 PM. Nobody seemed to know about my online order. Once they found it, they said they will get it ready for me now. I stood there and waited for 10 minutes and watched them help everybody in line and in the drive through before I finally asked where my order was. A girl said she just gave the box to a person that had wanted 2 Valentines Day dozens. The girl then noticed that they happened to have 2 boxes of Valentines dozens set aside and another lady told her not to take those because they were for someone who ordered them online and would pick them up at 5!?!?!?. So I had to wait for another 10 minutes while they got my box ready again. They were letting all the other walkins choose the conversation hearts that they wanted, and they could have let me choose mine since I was standing there while they were making my box, but they didnt bother asking me. And when I got home, I opened the box to find that I only received pink and yellow, and yes, the color matters, because each color is a different filling. There were 3 other types of donuts that I should have received based on the online advertisement that I know they had because I saw them in the display window. I will not be returning to this location.

Got a cup of coffee and a donut here as a treat. Coffee was not hot, weak flavor and wasnt worth drinking. I sometimes buy dunking d. brand coffee for the house; this did not taste right. The donut was fine but not worth a $1.29.....

Very great service! The girl at the drive thru window was very nice. We had a coupon which we thought was buy 1 doughnut and get 1 free. She went in there to read the details and said it was to get a dozen free. Normally they’ll just get your coupon and that’s it. She was talkative to us to make conversation while getting our payment processed and told us about their sweepstakes. I love this location.

I dont like donuts

This location is consistently inconsistent. I have given it multiple tries and every time they manage to get something wrong. Most likely wont go back which is unfortunate.

I ordered a customized assortment of donuts through their online ordering system. I received none of the donuts I ordered and the majority were plain glazed, some of which werent entirely cooked. I was never contacted about the switch, and my several attempts to contact them were unanswered. On top of all the errors, Ive never seen a sadder box of donuts. My few other experiences at this location, while unremarkable, have not held up to my experience at other Krispy Kreme locations.

These Donuts are so addicting. Melt-in-your- mouth delicious. Breakfast Sandwiches are excellent. With really great hot sauce. Cold cold milk. To top it off. Highly recommend

Overrated and too sweet. There should be more advertisement on the menu that even if you dont order a glazed donut, its still dipped in the glaze and then frosted with whatever you ordered. This is a complaint to the company and whoever made this decision, not the store I visited. I will forever never recommend Krispy Kreme and ill stick to local donut shops as they are the best.

Always wonderful, always sinful. They still give you a free original glazed donut fresh out of the conveyor belt when you go up to the counter. Try the new Butterfinger donuts (2 varieties) while you can! Theyre the best donuts Ive ever had in my life!
