The arboretum location is so nice 😁 I recommend trying the oolong!

Little disappointed of the service today. Usually everyone is supper nice but the staff tonight was so rude to me. I ordered two drinks and asked if a tab of the sweet syrup and the rest green tea… they did just the opposite.I turned around to exchange the drink in hopes to get what I actually wanted since what they made was so sweet and just undrinkable!!! But they refused to exchange it for me and they embarrassed me in the open telling me I already tried it do I can’t return it back..So rude and do unexpected since I go there 3-4 times a week…. But this new person was so rude, not sure I’ll return back.

We’ve gone here a few times with our kids. The tea is great but each time there is a bit of a wait. There’s a little park close by so you can hang there, or do what we did last time which is run and errand and come back and then wait a few more minutes for your drink :)

Just wow customer service is amazing and the tea keeps you coming back. First time here they had chocolate mint tea for sampling and I’m just ready to try everything. If you haven’t came definitely need too you are missing out🥰😍

Good drinks but don’t bother asking for light ice (see picture). They will still fill up the cup all the way which is a waste and prevents you from drinking all the tapioca

We tried the macarons and mine turned out to be spoiled. Considering we frequent this store quite a bit and considering Austin traffic I did not think it to be a problem for them to replace the macaron even though I was not able to go back same day or at least compensate for the almost $6 macaron that had gone to the trash. Any sort of acknowledgment would have been nice instead of being made to feel like I have to prove somehow that I was given something inedible. I have a business and I would not treat my customers this way at all.

I thoroughly enjoy their coffee tapioca drinks. Usually busy, but it moves considerably fast. Reliable and tasty

Delicious tea. A little pricy, but worth it imho. The staff are great and punctual. Definitely check it out if youre a tea fan.

Really enjoying this new location! It has a cozy atmosphere with an upstairs seating area. All the same drinks (huge selection) which are made with real fruit, coffee, boba, tea, etc.The rewards program works for all locations. No public restrooms.

Smoothies with tapioca were great, but had a terrible time understanding the lady wearing the mask.

Ive been going here for years, weekly at minimum, and theyve been consistently great. Well, one time my thai tea was meh but they apologized and fixed it. Great drinks and staff.

It has so many options and has this really great thing called milk flurries which are so delicious and everything if decently priced. It is a very nice peaceful place to enjoy your drink or you can take it and walk around the Arboretum.

I love this place! It has a cool lil chill spot upstairs of you can enjoy the beautiful arboretum outdoors! Great place for a date or just hang out.

I have ordered mocha house special and the lady filled the cup with 90% ice and 10% drink after a wait of 20min. Not a great service and place to visit.

My mom and I love coming here on a hot day when we need something to cool down, the employees are very friendly and the design is adorable as well. Our order are: passion fruit (me) and avocado (mom). Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered this drink which is a Matcha Frapioca with Jasmine Green tea flavor many times and a few of the staff has made it for me perfect. Suddenly out of the blue they all say it doesn’t exist?? Did I just step into an alternate universe that my favorite drink just doesn’t exist??

It was ok, got the Taro Cream Bubble Tea, would have like a bit more Taro flavor, but this is closest Bubble Tea location to where I live.

This is THE best tapioca lounge in the austin area. They are always consistent and always so so sweet.

I like Teapioca Lounge than other boba places is that their sugar level is really perfect by portion.Others basically just sell you sugar not tea it self but not Teapioca Lounge.Their tons of toping options interesting too!

Lots of different flavors to try. Super small dining area, but abundance of arboretum patio seating (including giant fireplace) right outside makes up for what the cafe lacks inside. The inside has a nice atmosphere though! Check this place out next time you’re at Barnes and Noble - skip boring old Starbucks!

Great customer service, cozy atmosphere, delicious teas. Never very many people inside so always room for my kids to do homework upstairs. Fun to play outside after.

Great bubble tea with lots of tapioca and great flavors. I have been here twice now and had the taro smoothie bubble tea— very good. The cafe is modern and clean, and located next to a cute park with steel cows!! The only reason I took away a star was because of the customer service, the server I had taking my order was not very friendly when I asked him questions. Aside from that, a great boba shop!

Newer location with a great atmosphere to hang out or do some work or homework. My only complaint is that indoor seating is limited. The flavors are endless to make up for it. I enjoy their soft serve and tapioca addins for their bubble tea. The shop is tucked behind a few other shops in the arboretum but there are pleasant outdoor seating options that can accommodate the whole family.

Stopped in because I work so close and have been in anticipation of this shop opening. Was not disappointed!!! Will be dangerous to be so close to it every day... Tea selection was huge and delicious! 10/10 would recommend if you like bubble tea!

Firstly, let me say that I came here for a cup of coffee, and perhaps that was the mistake. Cliff Notes version of my review: Do not come here for hot coffee.............................I was not familiar with this chain prior to entering its premises this weekend. The description when you google their website is Teapioca: teas, coffees, smoothies. The description under Google Maps is Modern hangout with a wide range of cream teas, coffee & smoothies, plus desserts & board games.The store is very clean and organized with very polite and friendly staff. They appeared to have a very extensive menu of sweet bubble teas and frozen drinks - all great for someone who is seeking a sweet treat or dessert.However...Again, I came in for coffee. I happened to be in the area and because I cant stand the taste of Starbucks I decided to try Teapioca instead. I have never thrown a cup of coffee out without even trying to drink it, but theres a first time for everything. This was, quite frankly, the worst, most undrinkable coffee I have ever attempted to consume. I should have realized my mistake when the server pointed to their frozen coffee drinks and said we can make any one of those hot.My partner ordered a drip coffee with cream and sugar, but was never asked how much he wanted. He wrongly assumed that he would be given the cream and sugar to prepare his coffee himself (or even given an option of how much he wanted), and instead was handed a lukewarm cup of diabetes. If there was actual coffee to be had in either of our drinks, it was indiscernible; instead it tasted like synthetic coffee flavored syrup pumped into something that used to be milk. Maybe.Mine was no less sweet than his despite requesting half sweetness (although there may have been a bit of a language barrier). We literally walked straight over to Barnes & Noble, dumped both cups into the trash and proceeded to purchase Starbucks.Unfortunately (and fortunately), Im not much for sugar, so I wont be coming back.

First time at Teapioca, had an extremely pleasant experience. Not only do they use real fruit, the staff are warm and welcoming. Will definitely come back. The smoothie was absolutely fantastic!

Service is Abit slow but the taste is good and the quantify justifies the price. Many different flavors, cold and warm teas and coffee.

Deliciously fresh tapioca pearls and quick service! They served up the best matcha milk tea I’ve ever had the delight of sipping on.Did I mention that the tapioca is perfect?? I look forward to coming back!

Lovely new location with a cozy upstairs for hanging out. I did not see any public restrooms just FYI. Many of the drinks can be made hot for the cooler weather. This is definitely my favorite location of their ever growing empire. I love me some tea, especially boba tea!

I grew up in this area. Very clean. Open for long hours. Service is calm, thurough, and shows attention to detail (although I came when it was dead at 7:45pm Wed). Got my drink order and name right. Many of the nearby places dont have indoor included restrooms. But the Arboretum makes up for this with an accessible public indoor restroom next door to this quaint drink stop. Well lit. It only took 4 minutes for them to complete my order. Current employees were attentive, ex: noticed I didnt touch my hot tea much after sitting down and offered ice incase it was too hot. Nice offer. I like my tea hot, so no worries. As other people starting showing up they greeted everyone equally and in the same timely manner. I saw no other customers give complaint or show any discomfort. This location is still new. I hope they continue the cleanliness and service in the coming year. Great first months!

Quaint and cute lounge with great drinks (mostly Boba of course), but its a really nice place to grab a drink and study. Theres an upstairs lounge so if you dont wanna hear any customers downstairs and just sit and study or talk with friends, its really convenient and nice!

I’m a frequent visitor at the Parmer location, the Arboretum location is much closer and convenient. I ordered three drinks with no ice, which came up on the screen and all three tickets. My ticket was called and all three drinks had ice. I let her know I ordered all of them without ice and she didn’t say anything to me, she only stared at me and told her coworker. Working years in service industry and customer service, it was just simply rude not to give a quick “sorry, let me remake those.” I was going to give three stars for the cleanliness and awesomeness of their drinks but my Thai Cream BlasTea has literally no sugar in it. I’ve never had Thai tea without a sweetener..

Great place for jelly tea. If your looking for the complex coffee drink, this is not the place, but for great tea and cool vibe with an upstairs chill spot then this is it. I had the FrapaTEAno. It was good, and they were very accommodating with WIFI and fast service.

Horrible customer service. They dont listen to the customer asks, dont respect the customers and on top of it they yell at the customers. I highly recommend not to got to this place. Horrible Horrible customer service.We used to go to this place very regularly and arboretum is our goto place to relax. We just asked them if if get more bobba based on the drinks we had their earlier, but the manager over there was very arrogant and said I designed the drink who are you to say, we know how should it taste and has raised his tone. I have never come across this kind of customer service elsewhere. Their business runs on customers like us and this is how they treat. I am not going to this location anymore where we used to go almost every week and used to get almost like 2-3 drinks.

I really love the flavor of this place

I was told by an employee the place is dirty-- using old ingredients. I stopped going here. There was an day there was a fly in the fruit. Was told an employee spooned fruit over it and used it through the day. They dont dump out the additions after the day is over. They put new fruits at the bottom and then put the old stuff on top of it and serve it. I wouldnt suggest going at this location.

Terrible Customer Service. They do not know how to talk to a customer. He is shouting and raising his eyebrows while talking when asked for extra bobba in drink. This was the first time I have encountered a manager with Abolutely Zero Manners. He spoiled our mood that whole evening by treating us badly. Apparently he is the one who designed this drink called bobba madness. It is personal choice to have it sweeter and he cannot yell at a customer for just asking extra bobba in drink. how ridiculous!! Arboretum is the place we go to for peace and people like this are spoiling the beauty of the place. I do not feel like going there just coz of the manager there.

I have been to the Parmer Ln store many times and loved it. I know that one is the first store in Austin and this one in Great Hills is the 6th and just opened a couple of months ago. Im very grateful for the new one since its much closer to where I live. This is actually my 2nd visit to the Great Hills store. The first visit was on the opening day and everything was great with the free drink. But the 2nd visit was a nightmare. Went there on 2/4, a Sunday afternoon at around 3:40pm. Ordered two original milk team with pearls (bubble tea). After a few minutes of waiting, I was given two fruit tea. OK no problem they said sorry and will remake it. Another few minutes later I got two cups of milk team with no pearl(bubble). OK fine redo it again. This time I was given milk tea with tiny pearls!!! I didnt say anything on the 3rd time and just left. I just dont want to embarrass them again. I ended up paying more (I think she charged me with the fruit tea which costs more and I even paid tips upfront) for sth I literally threw away.I understand the business was doing great and expanding in a fast pace. But if the quality of service is this low I wont go back again. The young girl obviously needs training (if she ever had any) and I dont blame her. The owner of the store/chain needs to pay attention or else there are always other options out there.
