Really delicious coffee, and the place has a cool vibe. Only real complaint is the serving size is a bit on the small side for what you pay. The coffee really was delicious for what I had though.

This is the epitome of 3rd wave coffee shop. Their coffees are fruity light roasts that they make with pour overs. The owner competed in the barista championship, so this place is legit.Theres a wait, but thats typical for 3rd wave shops.

The coffee: A little bitter and medium bodied. It was way too acidic for my taste. I wouldnt say it was bad, per se, but I didnt really like it much at all. Also, $4 for a cortado is a bit on the expensive side, considering how small of a drink it is, and how easy it is to make. Some points for presentation. The shop: Very tiny inside. There are about three tables and a small bar inside, and its just cramped overall. They do have a nice outside, with decent seating there that is shaded. I would definitely say this is more of a grab and go place. The service: Great! The baristas were friendly, and they bring your drink to you, which is awesome since the seating outdoors is much more appealing than inside.Overall: Its just too cramped for me, and I didnt like the coffee enough to actually swing by. The service was good though.

Reviewing Fleet Coffee Co almost feels a bit like writing a review of one of the 7 wonders of the world; the ubiquitousness of the quality and magic in the experience makes you wonder, why?I have never recommended an establishment as fervently as I continue to recommend Fleet. Their competition-ready baristas are the finest and most knowledgeable you’ll find in South Texas. Every drink I’ve ever been served here has been one of the best I’ve had.Their rotation of espresso and slow pour options is always vibrant and hand selected from the top roasters in the nation. Truly a specialty coffee lover’s dream. The selection of seasonal/specialty drinks is original and clever. Finally, the shop itself is a pinnacle of efficiency, design and attention to detail. Fitting their entire bar setup, with enough room for customers to be seated and still take orders, in their amount of square footage is nothing short of masterful. A patio is available for the tiny-shop haters.Their t shirts summarize the essence of the shop: “we make coffee, sometimes people like it.”

Fleet is a next level coffee shop. Patrick knows everything about each coffee he has and even created two signature drinks that you will not find anywhere else. More than the fantastic coffee, pastries, and tacos is the community at Fleet. Its a small shop and an intimate spot so naturally the more you go the more familiar faces you see until you become part of the family. A few celebs have been known to make the rounds here, too!

These people were so nice and helpful and the coffee was top notch. Some of the best Ive ever had. You can also buy whole bean coffee here which they have a great variety of. Super friendly staff with great coffee. Everyone that works there is amazingly helpful to get you the best tasting espresso. They are always patient to explain flavor profiles and roasting to help you get a great drink. They are skilled at their craft and it is very evident. Aside from the basic espresso drinks that they carefully prepare. They also have a seasonal menu of crazy concoctions that are creative and delicious. For example they most recently had a version of an old fashioned made with espresso rather than alcohol... Out of sight! There is no shortage of coffee shops in Austin but there are only a handful that do it right in my opinion. Most of them are in the east side and fleet is on that list. A++++

Not impressed. I ordered a latte, and it had one of those bitter aftertastes. Also, I noticed they dont carry condiments; such as honey, sugar, cinnamon, agave, etc. Although they did offer simple syrup. Ill admit service was alright, and atmosphere was pretty cool. But in the end, all I want is a good cup of coffee/latte.

Excellent coffee, definitely worthy of the drive over to the east side. For those that have lactose friendship issues they use coconut milk and work wonders with it. They usually have a decent selection of tasty pastries and breakfast tacos available as well for morning nosh as well. Space is a bit cramped inside but they have a nice patio out front that makes up for it. Give em a try!

The baristas here are some of the most well known in their field. Lots of high quality machinery make for high quality espresso drinks, pour overs, drip coffee, iced coffee, and even specialty drinks. Everyone in town who knows coffee knows this place, as well as other coffee people from across the nation. They carry a great selection of roasters and even have pastry and taco options if youre there at the right times. Tiny location, but great seating nonetheless in this awkwardly shaped shop.

The same baristas who own the place are there day in and day out and they do an excellent job dialing in their machine to their espresso choices. I take my coffee very seriously, and Fleet coffee probably has the most consistently great coffee in all of Austin. From cortados to cappuccinos to iced coffee, they always produce high-quality and well-executed drinks. Their bean selections shift frequently, so I enjoy experiencing something a little different (but always great) each time I go. Their flash-brewed (aka pour over) iced coffee is a standout. I often find that other local shops that try to flash-brew end up creating a watery, bitter, and lackluster iced coffee. Not Fleet. They really nail it by preserving the bold flavor of the bean without the bitterness.Fleet is a little on the pricey side, but no more expensive than other gourmet coffee shops on the Eastside-- and the products are superior. Everyone is always super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they are serving .Fleet is also nicely decorated, but very tiny. There is some outdoor seating, but it is not well-covered from the glaring Texas sun.
