Good selection if youre under a size 10. If youre like me & a 10.5, you might get lucky but it doesnt seem to be a standard size they carry.

Always find something, just carring a size 13 or 14 is hard too come by or ever, so for that they can order it too come too the store or your address- all in all great place too get shoes for any kind of wear.

I ordered a pair of Puma tennis shoes online and I have to say I was disappointed. I love the prices and great discounts but when I opened the package the box was completely destroyed. This is a Christmas present for my husband and I even put a note. The shoes looked like one was already worn. The shoe lace was all messy as well. I will definitely not order online anymore. Thank you!

Couldnt find what we wanted

I LOVE the store itself but the ladies that were working when we walked into the store around 3pm today were very rude & seemed like they were gossiping about us to each other. If you don’t want to work and do your job then don’t work! We were planing on buying about 3 pairs today atleast but left as soon as she started hovering around us. Rather support at another location:)

This place has a lot of shoes in many different styles but they did not have wide shoes I really needed them but they did have a couple of shoes that were wide

I came in on Friday. I came in I want to say between the time of 3 o’clock and 5 o’clock. I spent a lot of money on getting new shoes for my daughter and me. There was a guy there that wrong me up. I’m extremely angry! My uncle had died who I was very close to. I had my small child with me so it was very difficult for me to shop. I go up to the counter I pay for the shoes spent $126. The guy opens up the shoeboxes looks inside of course he’s checking to see if I stuff anything inside the shoes. I’m in retail so I know. I leave there with only two left shoes. It is their job to help customers out and help them realize that there is only two pairs of the same shoe

When I asked for a shoe the lady told me its on the box. Just read it. Great customer service! And there was three in the front doing a whole lotta nothing.

Just waited in line for 15 mins (only one customer ahead of us). The other employee that was stocking socks did not even bother with asking us if we were ready to check out...customer service standards seem to be very low... stocking socks seems to be of higher priority...but, sales are alright. My bf wont shop here anymore tho...advice to management would be to train and hire staff that enjoy giving good customer service.

Went in with my sister looking for a pair of high heels. Found a pair that she really liked. There was 1 pair left in her size. The bottom of the shoes were black and you can see the toe imprints on them. Spoke with a sales associate about it and he stated that it was caused by customers trying them on on the carpet. Either there carpets are extremely dirty or that wanted to sell shoes that were worn and returned at full price. Be sure to inspect the shoes!

Well I had an amazing experience at first but that same day I was looking for some shoe but there were out of stock so the young lady sead that she could order them for me so she did so I gave here my info but I havent been There in a long time so I guess I havent updated my info but she never sead that there were going to email me to receive my shoes or that there were not going to call me that everything is done by email so I came in the store all confused were are my shoes I orders 3 weeks ago I got told that they put them up because I never came but how was I going to come if they never informed me so yea . Thats read Dick you list . I think they should inform the staff more better . Or even ask to see if youre info is correct .😠

After spending hours at this store and about $300 on shoes, my cell phone was misplaced. The staff/manager where horrible! The manager required I call the police if I wanted her to help me find my phone... after the phone call was made and I made the staff aware I called the police my phone magically appears. However, it is now damaged. I cannot even use my phone. After taking this matter to the corporate to make them aware of the type of staff working at the store all I got was a customer service rep. who accused me of lying about the who thing! BEWARE when shopping here- and watch your person belongings! They will be STOLLEN by the STAFF!!!!

Hope you Know exactly what you want, cause if you dare ask for help, they are rude and act like its a bother. Granted their prices are fair, Id rather go to a foot locker and pay high prices for better customer service that will help me in finding what I need.

If you need cheap shoes then you can find those here. Now if you want pretty shoes then you should go elsewhere. The staff is generally very small but very overrun.
