HORRIBLE! Dont waste your money. The dining room table we bought was trash the moment it was delivered. You cant even set a plate on it without scratching it. It is chipping all around the sides. It is cheaply made obviously. But that is not even the worst of it. The leather couch we bought came with cup holders that have a USB port. Well, it got so hot it melted and almost caught fire. It could have burned our entire house down. contacted them about this only to be told that the soonest they can get someone out is NOVEMBER. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? We cant even recline in the seats, or turn it on at all without the possibility of a fire, and it is going to take 2 months to even get someone out here to check it out and see if they are going to replace it??

Horrible experience. I bought a dining room set on 8/2, due to the pandemic they told me I wouldn’t receive it until 10/22 which I was okay with.On the delivery day they called me saying the truck broke down and I wouldn’t get it until the next day. Again, I have been waiting for this furniture for almost 3 months but I understood it was out of their control. The next day the delivery guy came and only delivered the chairs saying he couldn’t find the table but that he was going to check and bring it back. We waited and waited for hours and nobody called me, I tried calling customer service and they are closed on Sunday!!! I then decided to check online and it says everything was delivered by Constancio Orona.I called the store (since customer service is closed) and they said they couldn’t get in touch with dispatch but that they will let me know sometime next week. This is absolutely ridiculous! Don’t waste your time or money buying from rooms to go! I learned my lesson and I will start buying exclusively from Living Spaces.

I recently got my furniture delivered and when we started unboxing them we found out they gave us the wrong color ... So we tried contacting them the same day and I was on hold for about an hour and customer service never answered... And to this day we still have the wrong color couch and have called multiple times to let them know and but we always get kept on hold. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.πŸ‘Ž

I ordered a bedroom set from Rooms 2 Go on (July 28, 2020), at the SouthPark Meadows in Austin Texas location. My dresser and two night stands were expected to be delivered on (October 6, 2020), I was not at all informed or notified that my order was going to be delayed through (December 23, 2020). Yikes! To make matters worst, I had to find this information out myself; very disappointedly just (the day before) my dresser and two night stands were expected to be delivered on (October 5, 2020). Due to an exchange of the exact same headboard having to be come picked up, and re exchanged for defects.Noticing that my dresser and two night stands were not included in that promised delivery date of (October 6, 2020) in which on (October 5, 2020) a confirmation had been sent through text message to me, and only the headboard was going to be included for that (October 6, 2020) expected delivery date.As I became aware of the situation, that morning by confirmation purposes, I immediately jumped on it, and drove angrily to the location with no hesitation; right when they just opened for the morning around 10:05 A.M. I insisted on speaking to one of the managers, in which he looked up my order and informed me that they are currently having many orders approximately 150 orders being sent back to the manufactuer due to of poor quality, and that the products are not passing through inspections. He also informed me that these products will not at all be delivered any sooner, rather than much later, stating that it will only be lawsuit after lawsuit. In that case, the matter appears to be much worst, than just the products not being in stock, then what Rooms 2 Go is actually letting off to the public.Rooms 2 Go needs to update their website from 2-4 months of expected deliveries to 6-12 months. Because a purchaser should not have to find out, that their furniture will not be delivered just the day before, it is expected to have been delivered. Lastly, Rooms 2 Go, please ensure that my product is done to its best perfection before delivery. Because I am aware this matter will cost much time and money for the company on multiple orders, and I would hate for my order thats now being re sceduled for December 23, 2020, and assembled to have to be re picked up for a second time and re delivered for just the exact same product. This is not at all top customer service level, and for that here goes to 1 star. Thank you!Have a blessed day!

Customer service is horrible. Took 2 months to replace an entertainment console that was delivered broken. And way over priced if you dont buy upfront.
