I cant stress enough how GREAT this place is. I went in there in order to get my splash guard replaced and had the best experience beginning to end. At first they fixed it (had fallen off, hanging) however offered to get it replaced as long as I pay for the part. Within about a day or so they had the part and called me in order to get it dropped off and serviced the exact same day during my lunch. Rick is freaking awesome! A man you want to sit down and have a beer with. Cannot stress enough how great they treat you and your car. I will be back for all service on my vehicle.

I truly should elaborate on my experience, but it was nothing short of perfect. If there were 5 different plates these guys are always spinning it would be consideration, speed, precision, service, perfection. 5 stars across the board. There is no other place you need to take your car for servicing then Great Hills Automotive. Its a pleasure to have a repair shop that carries all of these great qualities whilst being very genuine.

Best mechanic experience ever! These guys were refreshingly fair and honest. My drivers side window was off track and wouldnt roll up. I was able to drop my car off the morning that I called... They had the door apart, the problem figured out and fixed in a half hour - and thats all they charged me for. Im so glad that I found this place and will definitely go back for any future needs.

I moved to Austin from Chicago where I would always use a family friends auto repair shop for any of my car needs. I looked up Great Hills Automotive and they seemed like a good family ran place, so I decided to test them out when my blinker light went out.Ken was very helpful as he worked with me right when I walked in. Replaced the light, gave me his card, and said come back when you need something else done. This ones on me.I will be taking all me car need to Ken for my time here in Austin. This group got my car in and out super fast. Rick explained the issues to me in a way I understood. He called me with cost details and kept me informed of any additional costs. My son just relocated to Austin so I made sure he has this number for any car issues.
