Very happy with their service. Needed help around midnight and he came promptly to my place within 30 minutes. He was able to open our door without damaging our lock. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

This is literally the first and only body shop that Ive had a positive experience with. I went here on a recommendation from friends after my 8,000 mile Ram Limited got T-Boned. As a bonus, it just so happens that theyre a USAA shop, so literally all I had to do is tell USAA thats where the truck was and they took care of the rest.Repair-wise, the quality of the paint, trim, and delivery were all top notch. No orange-peel, no missing trim pieces, and the interior was protected with plastic. Ana did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date throughout the process, and the truck was ready to be picked up even sooner than I expected.The only reason I took off a star is because I noticed scratches on some trim and the alignment was off - after pointing these out, Pavilion replaced the trim and re-aligned the truck the next week. Tires needed air pressure with the colder weather, and I noticed they topped those off, too.TL;DR Great work, and theres really no reason to go anywhere else if youre a USAA member

I was hit by a hit and run driver in my new 2017 Jeep Patriot in May of this year. I took my Jeep to Pavilion and they were awesome! They did such a great job that you cant even tell that anything happened to it. It looks just like it did the day I drove it off the dealerships lot. I highly recommend Pavilion and will definitely use them again if needed. Their customer service and quality of work are excellent!! Thank you so much, Pavilion Collision!!!

I’ve used Pavilion on every vehicle I’ve had in a wreck over the last 6 years. They do a great job and stand behind their work. They’ve worked with every insurance company I’ve had and I believe with no issues. The front of house staff are very knowledgeable and friendly!

I took my car into Pavilion for repairs in October. The process was fine, they took a few weeks longer than they said but it wasn’t a big deal. The big problem is that while my car was being repaired, someone broke into my glove box and stole my Ray-Bans and a $150 Visa gift card.I knew something was off when I picked up my car because my glove box belongings were strewn on the floor and passenger seat. I initially reported it to Pavilion after I picked up my car in November, and told them out of fairness to them, that I wanted some time to make sure I didn’t misplace the missing items. So I waited until the first week of Jan to see if I could find them, but I still could not, so I knew that they must have been taken from my car while it was being serviced. I called Pavilion back that week and officially reported the theft to their manager. Someone called me back a few days later saying that the GM was looking into it.Well, its been two months now, and Pavilion still hasnt gotten back to me with anything. Not even a call back from their GM. At this point, if it was important enough to them, they would have at least followed up with an update, explanation, apology, credit, etc., but they havent done a single thing. And it’s not like they don’t have the funds to do something - I paid nearly $2k for my car repair.As a result of this very bad experience and poor follow through from Pavilion, I would NOT recommend using them in the future.

Did a great job of repairing my wifes car. Used the Geico express service where you just drop off the car and they start work right away. Car was returned cleaner than it was before too!

Scheduled an appointment with them well in advance during a three day weekend (MLK Day) as not not interfere with work. My insurance company and I spoke with them over the phone to confirm they would work on my car, which they did. When I brought my car in, they told me they did not work on Tesla’s, and didn’t offer an apology.Huge waste of time.

First and foremost I would like to say that I work in customer service so communication for me is very important! I took my car in about two weeks ago to get an estimate and work done on it, my sales associate was Sonja. She kept me informed of the time frame and progress of my car through out the entire process. I was very happy that she kept me in the loop and as always I had impeccable service. I highly recommend this place.

Brought my USAA insured car here for an estimate of damages per USAAs instruction. I was politely greeted when I walked in the door and then met my adjuster, Sonya. She couldnt have been nicer or more professional, and she processed my estimate while I waited in their lounge. I was out of there in 35 minutes and couldnt have been happier with the services provided. Although I am having my car repaired elsewhere, I would highly recommend Pavillion Collision Repair Center to give you an estimate or to repair damages to your automobile.

The shop does a good, clean, thorough, and professional job. They truly look after the interests of their customers and work hard to provide reasonable estimates. I trust their honesty. I have been there twice this year and each time it was a five star experience. Shay was my service adviser.

Took my car here (2013 Dodge Journey) to have them fix a dent and a few scratches in my drivers side door.The work looked great!However, since they fixed my door, the cars electrical system has been failing. They failed to hook the drivers door up properly, which killed my battery and left me stranded 30 minutes away from home (did I mention Im 39 weeks pregnant and am delivering baby in 3 days). We took it back and they replaced the battery but here we are again with more electrical problems and my car wont register that the door is closed, the lights are flickering and it dings the whole time the car is in gear.Do not take your car here. Not worth the hassle.The car had absolutely no problems before they tried to fix my door. We bought the car in February. We had the car inspected and checked out because it was to be the family car and it needed to be safe. Now we have no family car that is safe because Pavilion (Tony) messed it up.

I had an awesome experience with Jeff, he went the extra mile from start to finish. They did an excellent job with the repairs, paint matching, getting me a rental car, getting my car back to me, they even cleaned my car, and handled getting the rental car back, thanks again Jeff.

Horrible service . Geico pressure me to take my car here after a lady back into me at a gas station. Took them 2 weeks it fix a door . Took it there on a Tuesday, morning, call late Thursday to check on it and they did nothing yet, just let it sit. I had to call geico a couple of times to get them to call pavilion. Geico now inform me that they are not sending anyone here due to complaints from customers that they taking a long time for repair. I ask them to do a inspection while they had the car but I guess after having it 2 week they didnt have enough time so they just ignored my request. Never will I go here again , job was inferior work.

Took my car there today to get an estimate from a USAA driver who hit my car while parked at work. The assignment required a photo with measuring tape of the height from ground to damage to the car. It was not done and now I have to take the picture and send it in. My God, how hard can it be to follow instructions. Never again will I use or recommend this place.
