The owner and employee are very nice and they get the job done. We got our truck from there and when it needed it worked on they were very reasonable and got the truck fixed. Its hard to find honest and great workers like them anywhere. Try them, you will be very impressed.

They were great and easy to work with. I received a great deal on a new vehicle. I would recommend them to anybody.

I purchased a used ECM from them and removed the cover to find the circuit board was burnt inside (the same issue our original ECM had). I called them to explain the issue and was told that there was no warranty. I informed them that I did not want to warranty the ECM I wanted to return it as it was never usable. They said they understood and to send it back and they would refund me. I paid to have it shipped back about a month ago and have been calling them every day for the past week, they dont answer their phone. It looks like Im out 115$. I would recommend looking elsewhere for recycled parts.

I ordered a part over the phone and had it shipped to me. Before ordering, I asked if I would be able to return the part (a transmission control module) if it turned out not to be the source of the problem I was having. The man I was speaking with said yes but Id have to pay for the shipping and a 20% restocking fee, which sounded OK to me so I went ahead then and ordered it. It arrived fine but it didnt solve the problem I was having, so I called to ask if I needed a return number before shipping it back. However this time they told me I couldnt return it at all. So, either the first person I talked to lied to me to make the sale, or they didnt know their own policies. Either way, I wound up very unhappy and now I am stuck with an expensive part that I dont need.
