My tire messed up on my way out of town. It was a little late so one of a few places open was Walmart. Took tire to see if we could get a new one or get it fixed and with a whole hour before they close they acted as if we were a problem. Started putting cones out and walking away. My brother dragged the tire around to anyone who would listen and without even looking in the system they said they dont have a tire and couldnt fix it because it was to late and they were already closing. No help and the Mgr (elderly man) just dismissed us. Already frustrated we left even more frustrated and disappointed. Whats the point of having hrs open if youre gonna say ur closed an hr before the set time. Thanks Walmart

For once I got to a walk mart auto care center without a 1.5- 2hr wait!!! Im giving three stars due to the lady dude that handled the check in. Not very kind and was more worried about the phone on her wrist than taking care of the customer. Not only that I wouldve never known my car was finished had I not walked back to check on it, never received a text and the person who checked me in was nowhere to be seen.

Employees failed to do the job that was asked of them claiming there was no issue with the battery when in fact the problem was negligence on their part. Purchased battery and anti corrosion treatment and they forgot to use the treatment, battery corroded, they did not rectify the situation and informed us that they were just going to push it out of their garage and leave us to deal with it... in the rain. Worth mentioning it was close to closing time when we we were dealing with situation and they seemed more keen on clocking out than actually doing their damn job. I will never be returning and will go out of my way to tell others that they also should never come here

They do good work on your car, but have abysmal communication throughout the process of working on your car.They will not contact you if your vehicle is ready. Youll have to contact them to see if your work is done, which takes probably 30 minutes if were being generous here. I would recommend going to a different location, or taking your business to another company entirely.

The reviews here are accurate. The wait times are unrealistic. The ‘associates’ are not terse or abrupt or just flippant (which they are) but are also sincerely uninterested in your convenience and, indeed, downright rude.Don’t. Bother.

Went in for an oil change and headlight replacement. The whole staff was engaging and safe. They used sanitizer wore masks at all times and were friendly. Ended up getting a headlight restoration service as well and my headlights look brand new! The manager was very empathic and easy to work with.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I live 2hrs and 30 minutes away and on the way to my destination my tire started going flat and i barely made it to the walmart auto center and asked them if they could patch/ repair my tire because my car wouldn’t make it anywhere else and Ernan i guess the manager or something said that he could help us but didn’t want to because he helped someone last week and they complained about the wait?? even after i said i didn’t mind waiting however long because i had no other option or way to get anywhere else!! i just believe that that’s horrible customer service and just lack of human decency!!

I came by yesterday at 6:00pm to ask them to take a look at my battery, just to see if it needed to be replaced or if it was just the connectors that needed to be cleaned. I was told to leave because they were closing at 8:00pm and they wouldnt get to my car, but to come back at 7:00am today.So I come back at 7:00am today and the guy tells me to park my car and come inside to check in. I check in, go through the process, and the guy says at the very end that it will actually be over an hour before someone will even look at my car. Even though only one car was in front of me. When I gawked he said I could just leave, and it seemed like he wanted me to leave. I decided to stay in line, thinking there was nothing he could do.As Im waiting, I overhear the guy behind me in line checking in, when he gets to the end, the Walmart employee quietly says to him that it will be 35 minutes and his car would be ready. I couldnt believe my ears. Then a second person comes in for an oil change, and after theyre checked in, the same employee quietly tells them it will only be 45 minutes until their car is ready. A third person comes in, and says that after his oil change yesterday, a light had come on, and he needed them to check it. They say theyll see him in a few minutes.At this point the Walmart employee has told three people that arrived in the 10 minutes after me, that they will have their services completely done before he will even look at my car. All of them asking for services that will take a longer time than checking my battery. Incredibly unprofessional.I ask a different employee to give me my key so I can leave. She wont make eye contact with me and says my keys are outside in the garage. I tell her to take me off the waitlist because her colleague said it would be an hour before he could get to my car, but then he sneakily took three cars that arrived after me and gave them shorter wait times for full completion of their services. She just said oh and told me to go get my keys. No explanation, no apology, just oh and no eye contact.I go outside, and my keys are literally sitting on a window ledge with two other sets of keys right where anyone (customers, employees, anyone coming through) can pick them up. If my car had been parked in the garage it wouldnt be so risky, but they had me go out and park in the lot outside. This means anyone could have stolen my car with no effort at all.Do not go here. Unprofessional employees, horrible service, and a risk to your property.

Terrible service. I pulled up today, about 3pm on a Wednesday, they had about two cars in the garage. One of the employees looked right at me then proceeded to do his work on the car. He did not acknowledge me. Finally, I went into the garage to ask how long it would be for a flat repair and I was given a ridiculous time frame of 4 hours.. I left. Only to call another store to be given a 2-3 hour time frame. Unfortunately, excessive wait times like these are becoming a norm for Walmart Auto Centers and most really lack customer service. I will definitely be reconsidering where I purchase my next set of tires from. Not sure their prices, road hazard warranty, or lifetime balance is worth my time and frustration whenever I need to get work done on my tires.

I always use Walmart for basic car repairs- Tires, rotation, balance, even an oil change. I have never had an issue, and this location is great. Welcoming staff, and due to the ease of my most recent repair I was pulled right in.Yes- waiting sucks, I have waited before, and Ive also waited at the doctors office! Walmart does NOT take appointments, so there is a major flaw in the way they are able to accept customers, because they cannot plan in advance for the type of repairs that will be walking in that day- handled almost with no prior heads up.

E. Ben White Autotcare Center is a joke. Employees spend most of their time talking instead of working. I used to work in the TLE department and it took me 15 to 30 minutes to mount and balance 4 tires. Im getting two done and my care has been on the lift for over 45 minutes. No one is working, just standing around talking and absolutely no one is working on my tires.

Dont waste your money in their lifetime tire balance and rotation. After waiting over an hour for them to rotate and balance my tires, they told me they could not service my vehicle because one of the tires had uneven wear- not even the other three on good condition- unless I buy a new tire. They lost my business forever.

I agree with the other reviewers, dont pay for the lifetime tire balance and protection plan. Theyll get out of it w/ even normal variances in tire wear. This will occur typically around the 2nd or 3rd time you bring it in for the service. To the guy saying people with good experiences dont write reviews, youre wrong, they do, theres just few good experiences here.

Just paid for oil Chang and filter... Pick car up notice puddle of fresh oil u Dr car in parking lot. They did not put a new oil filter on after oil change. So all the oil drained out in parking lot. With a trail of oil leading into garage. They wouldnt refund money .. Had to but 5 more quarts of oil and filter and change it myself in parking lot.. True story

Worst customer service ever. I had to wait forever today for a tire change. No one knew who was even working on my car. I would NOT go here unless you have to. One or two of the mechanics that worked there were helpful but they were doing everything while the other workers did not work. The girls that checked you out were horrible and not helpful at all. Good luck if you do go here

The worst customer service. We were told an hour to replace a battery. After an hour, we went back and it wasn’t done which we saw because it had it’s hood up. We tried to find out inside at the desk when our car would be done. The guy just walked away from us maybe for a break. Then we went to the mechanics and they yelled at us for asking. My fiancé started crying. It’s been a miserable experience.Oh and we are here because for the second time, Walmart’s car battery died on us.

I was banned from here for requesting a refund for an oil change on which they forgot to place the cap back on. All of my oil spilled and I had to purchase my own to fill my car back up, my engine could’ve blown but the manager seemed to not care. I was told I would be given a refund but I wouldn’t be able to come back at all. The Auto center manager was helpful but wasn’t understanding that it could’ve been something worse due to a problem caused by a tech. It’s ridiculous that I was banned from here for complaining about a problem caused by them.

Why did I bring my car here ? After reading the reviews , I wont be taking it back here, ever again. I know they used to be the cheapest, but not any more , especially when you consider they screwed up my car. I will be getting my money back , thats for darn sure ! Had the oil changed last year and then basically parked the car due to medical issues.Been working getting my car back on the road and wanted to change the oil and other fluids before driving. Oil was filthy, so I decided to get it done myself. Went to Walmart and bought the synthetic oil and synthetic oil filter (not cheap anywhere). Still shocked over sticker prices these days with oil prices low.Like fools, my neighbor and I started the oil change in the evening. After spending 2 hours, we (my poor neighbor and I ) think they put the oil plug in with a power tool. WTH ? Laying on the ground fighting with steel for 2 hours, is enough to make anyone go insane, especially when you just cant even budge the oil plug.What did you put this in with , a torque wrench ? Can u give a place no zeros?

I ordered tires online as advised by my peers, and within days the online tires, having been several tens of dollars cheaper, had arrived, and they didnt charge extra to mount them! I will always go through Wal-Mart auto center for these benefits!

They just did a great job for me. Very respectful, beat the quoted schedule by hours. Professional and well managed. I had a tire with an unrepairable hole. That part was bad, Walmart addressing the tire was great. Thank yall.

Overall bad service. Honestly take your car to mayeba slightly better place with slightly more knowledgeable people. How can you call a customer about their car but when customer calls back no way to reach because staff cant multi task and pick a phone up and help customers. I mean is it so hard to be able to do more than one thing? Or at least have a better phone system for customers especially the ones that are told to call back and no one picks up.... but end of rant.. point of story is to not go here i mean its walmart you pay for what you get..

This place always claims 2 to 5 hour wait. Even with 8 wannabe mechainics in plain view. Even if theres no car besides yours. They are slow and lazy. Bought lifetime balance and rotation. Brought it in 4 times in two months because the shake at high speeds. Asked for balance each time. It was never done. Do they not know how? Ended up at firestone for balancing. Shake finally stopped. This place of full of bum azz wannabe mechanics. Even the manager is bad.

These people are incompetent idiots. Honestly. No hate on Wal-Mart, just hate on these people. The service is terrible, they tell you 45 minutes and well call you when its ready and four hours later (when you return uncalled because you need your car and have already called once to which they responded with uh... one hour) they tell you they cannot repair it and were trying to page you on the intercom. Never coming back to this location, it was a “kid” who did the oil change, it was like 2 hours waiting which I understood but he took another hour and 30 minutes to give me my car but the las 30 min he was just walking around doing nothing pretending he was looking for some stuff and the others “kids” at the cashier did the same and they were really rude with a childish attitude, Never happened at another locations but at this one I will never come back.
