The sales guy was a very friendly outgoing guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Made renting a budget truck easy .5 star...dont waste your time ordering online. The price difference is far a part from what you actually pay nn 2 star

Poor customer service from a woman at the front desk. It didnt satisfy my expectations of a kind and good service.

Brought my car here after a deer strike, the work was very slow to get started, after months of trying to work out the details with anyone i could get a hold of, i was informed they couldnt finish the repairs due to internal business issues. the vehicle, which was running when i was delivered now has huge electrical issues and cant even start. Unless you like small claims court, AVOID.

Two hours before I’m supposed to pickup my moving truck and trailer saying my truck isn’t available when I made the reservation a month ago, with new solution or assistance to resolve.

They have done an exceptional job on both my wifes RAV4 and my Lexus. Worth the extra 20 minute drive for us.

HATE IT THEY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THERE DOING WHEN YOU ASK THEM ABOUT THE LED LIGHTS INSTALLATIONS WHEN YOU FIST COME IN BUT ONCE THEY COMPLETE THE JOB IS SO BAD YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO AN ELECTRIC MECHANIC AFTERWARDS BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CONSIDER TO GO TO THIS SHOP I WOULD KEEP MY OPTIONS OPEN NEXT TIME I LEARN MY LESSON NOT TO TRUST EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU.

Horrible experience. 2 years ago, I asked them to install some lights in my car. The lights they installed repeatedly go out and everytime I would go up there they tell me its the way the lights are installed and they need more money to fix it. They recently hired a sneaky looking Arab guy for the front. He is condescending and untruthful. I told him that the lights went out again and that I need lights in my car because I have none. When the lights went out this time (3 months after the 4th installation) , he claimed I never brought it up there and he would need a receipt to prove I got work done there. So I show him a receipt from the last time I went up there and he says, that doesnt show him anything, he needs the receipt from the first time I bought lights from there. I was told to find the receipt (FROM 2 YEARS AGO!!!!) and they could help me. I have repeatedly called and made visits to get pushed away or told no one is here to help. Money down the drain and still no lights!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

After having a very poor experience at another establishment, I did a lot of google searches and made a lot of phone calls and was immediately impressed by the level of service at Annihilator Customs. When I spoke to the person who worked there (I am not sure who he was or what his job title was) I felt like he really listened to the issue I was having with my HID headlights, instead of cutting me off with bring it in, well take a look as I feel so many other places do. He asked me a lot of questions to really grasp an understanding, and he was very transparent about the issues that it could be (bulb, chip, etc) and how much they would each cost before I brought it in. When I dropped off my car I think the same man I had talked to over the phone did the paperwork. He was very friendly and again transparent about costs that could occur.The solve for my car ended up being a little more than anticipated, as it was both the bulb and the chip on one side that were bad. When he called to break the news, he gave me a few different options for how to solve it, ranging from a low-cost fix of replacing it with parts they had on hand, which would have mismatching light colors, to doing a complete fix by ordering a new kit and replacing the whole thing. I did not feel pressured at all to do the complete fix, but I felt that it was the best option given the age of my kit, so that is what we moved forward with. I had a great experience working with Annihilator Customs and I found their customer service and transparency to be unparalleled to other shops.

Beware. Rented a truck for a day. Returned it same day, below the estimated mileage, no damage to the truck whatsoever. Upon checking my credit card charge, I was appalled to see that I was overcharged $25. Emailed the shop but never heard back. Stay away. Never again.

The employees are never even there, call and call no one picks up. Bad service and clearly bloated prices.

Do not go here! Although they did give an RV it was the WRONG one. So, we almost got screwed out of an RV for the week. Slow service and not very friendly. Find another place to rent from.

BEWARE! They have to be one of the worst shops in austin.bad customer service, came here for a insurance claim. The front end dude lied to me multiple times!! WOULDNT give me a estimate and treated me with DISRESPECT!

Looks like a small and maybe not so great place, but the guys there and the customer service are 110%.
