They are very professional, flexible, organized, friendly, and direct to what the problem is and what needs to be done.Detailed Review:It was easy to book an inspection appointment. They have many flexible hours when it comes to scheduling a day and time that best fits your schedule. Also, they communicate with you before, during and after the appointment. They are also really professional and understanding. The day of my appointment it was raining and I was running some errands, so I was running late for 10 minutes. They waited and when I got home they were ready to get to work. They started the inspection and then let me know what was the problem with my garage door and door opener. They even offer to do a quick repair on the door since my daughter with the car collide with it😅. For price and services needed they ran an precise estimate with different options on doors and door opener, which for me having options is perfect. I will recommend them 100%

I drive into my driveway, press the clicker, and my garage door will not open. I keep pressing and nothing happens. Panic sets in. Where are my house keys? I dig, and I dig. Finally I find them at the bottom of my car console. I get in the house and check the Batavia Chamber of Commerce website for a list of garage door repair companies. I recognize the Accurate Door name and logo because I see their logo all over town for sponsoring community events and sports teams. I call, and much to my surprise, they can come out the same day! Nick drives up about 4 hours later and he is a delight! Such a nice, knowledgeable, and courteous person. The spring is broken. He has a replacement one in the van. Hes up on the ladder and in a flash, he is done. Not only did he fix the problem, he performed some annual maintenance on it and an inspection. He shakes my hand, says we should have him back in a year for general maintenance, and he is on his way.Accurate Door, especially Nick, far exceeded my expectations. The experience was absolutely perfect. I have already, and will continue to recommend them to my friends, family, neighbors, and anyone who asks.Thanks you, Nick for saving my day!

A Accurate Door Service replaced our broken garage door recently and our experience was great!! The first technician, Brian, was great in assessing our needs, helping us pick what was best for us and explaining all the costs. The scheduling and payment was also extremely easy! Noticed an unusual sound from my garage door the last couple of days and called A Accurate Door Services to check it out since they replaced the springs a few years ago. My phone call was answered quickly and a service man was dispatched and at the house within two hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and installed new rollers on the door and adjusted the springs as well as inspected the entire system,. All was taken care of in less than an hour at a reasonable cost. The repair man was very helpful and efficient and explained all that he did as well as provided some pointers for improved matinteance by the home owner. Great service and a reasonable cost. Will use them again in the future!

Quick response and quality repair

Our house has transformed! Accurate Door just installed NEW garage doors and we are amazed at how the appearance of our house has transformed. We have lived in this house for 20 years with a plain white garage doors and now we have beautiful new black insulated with windows garage doors. The difference is amazing. People walking down the street are commenting on how nice our house looks. Not only has our curb appeal been elevated but the insulated doors have warmed up our garage(and the room above) as well as the natural light flowing in the garage is the best! I do want to mention the two installers- Max & Nick very professional, knowledgeable and clean. Had done business with this company 10 years ago. Saw we were getting pitting on our garage door. Called to find out what warranty was offered. Was advised to email some pictures along with a copy of the invoice and someone would get back to me.Followed their instructions and received a phone call that afternoon that it was completely covered and already ordered and would contact when it arrived in 2-3 weeks, to set up installation.I must say that one of the reasons we bought from them in the first place was their showroom, their knowledge and price.I would buy from them again tomorrow and have told my neighbors and friends about them.
