Spring broke Saturday leaving garage door in operable. Monday called around to get quotes to repair booked with cheapest quote but could get in till Friday. Called Doors-2-Fix offered free in person estimate the Tuesday. Communication via phone was friendly and professional. Received text when tech was 20 minutes away. Estimate was comparable but realistic due to being in person. Both springs replaced in a VERY timely manner which makes me wish i tried to replace myself but times is money and money is time. Estimate included a tune up which came with a recommendation to replace rollers winter is coming! Two year warranty on parts. Tech (Derick not sure of spelling) wore a mask and respected social distance. I would recommend Doors-2-Fix and will call them again hopefully do not need to anytime soon.

We just moved and needed a motor with an opener. I thought we were only going to get an estimate and have to wait another couple of days for install, however their technician was very efficient and did everything in our same appointment window. It was very easy to work with this company and the technician was very respectful and gave us all of the information to our new opener! It is very quiet and works great with the remote or key pad, can’t wait for our wifi so we can try it from our phones as well! Would highly recommend this company for future garage door!

Joe came out the same day I made the call to fix my garage door which was not opening. He replaced the motor and balanced the springs. He took the time to explain all my questions while working. Our garage door stopped working yesterday, and Doors-2-Fix was able to get someone to our house the next day. The repair technician was polite and very knowledgeable.I ended up having the garage door opener replaced instead of repaired (the repair tech could have fixed the opener, but the opener was very old, and Ive been wanting to get a new one). The repair technician installed the opener in a couple of hours (I also had him replace the weather strip seal on the bottom of the garage door). The new opener is awesome. It opens very quietly and smoothly.Im so glad I had Doors-2-Fix install my new opener. I highly recommend this business!

Derek came on time. He is very knowledgeable with garage door and opener. He is very honest on what he found was wrong with the garage door. It took him about 1 hour to repair the problem. I am very impressed and pleased with the repair.

Called these guys to fix a snapped door torsion spring. Derek (I think was his name) was on time, and courteous. There were no extra fees, and he fixed the spring in under an hour without any issues. I wish more repair services worked like these guys. Honest, fast, and professional.The work he did and the parts are now under a two year warranty, and I feel better knowing that the problem is fixed, and that I can count on them if something happens for the next two years.The price for the repair was reasonable, when compared to the other local repair shops that I called. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. This was a very pleasant experience.

Mike came out today to check out why my garage door was not going up automatically with the remote. He figured out that it was off tracking and needed a pin. He put the pin in and lubricated the track. He was friendly and professional.I will recommend him to family and friends.

Fixed my garage door. But appearence is awful. Door was brand new in 2017.. someone hit it with their car. Had doors2fix come out 2018. It shuts 95% of the time. The other 5% you have to bend the metal back out to close it.

Was supposed to come between 4-6p. Didnt call until 4:40p and said he would be later than 6p. Called at 6:15p and said he would be even later. Showed up a little after 7p. Quoted me $125 over what another company w/5 star rating is charging me. I have used Doors 2 fix in the past on our rental property and they did well, but after this will not use them again.I did receive a return call from the owner apologizing for timeliness. He is a reasonable guy and has done good work for us in the past. The courtesy call was appreciated.

I called Doors 2 Fix in the morning and they had a tech on site in the afternoon. Derek was very nice and knowledgable. He had the spring replaced and working again in under an hour and a half. He also adjusted the door and opener. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a door fixed .

Free estimation, good price and VERY well established professionalism. Eric was a cool ass dude and definitely professional about the whole thing and laid back at the same. He knew his stuff, gave us tips and suggestions for further garage use without spending money on fixing our other garage door and just an overall polite well polished guy and company/conduct. He also took $ off when we negotiated the price for doing it right then and there. I went lower and he said that works. Definitely and HIGHLY recommended.

Derek was incredibly punctual and courteous! I receieved a text about 20-30 minutes before arrival as I was told I would and Derek showed up right on time. Upon arrival, Derek checked out my issue and told me everything involved with my repair and gave me a price right on the spot with a rundown of the charges. Knocked out the job without any issues, inspected the rest of the garage door to make sure everything was running up to par and showed me all the completed work and a demo of my garage back to perfect running order. Wow. Eric is fantastic. It is rare to find someone who is very knowledgable at his craft with high integrity. He installed a new garage door for me in no time. It is very quiet. A couple years later it needed adjusting he came out adjusted it in seconds and showed me how to do it if it ever happened again. Great guy.

I called Doors-2-Fix on a Saturday to replace some old garage door components. This was on 4/7/18. I had the garage opener, tortion spring, PC bearings, and rollers replaced. They came out the same day. The rates were very reasonable. We had no issues with our garage door after everything was replaced.Most recently, on 10/16/18 my wife came home from work and opened up the garage. When she closed it, the garage door got off its track and multiple rollers came off leaving the garage door crooked. The garage door couldn’t be shut and was unusable. I called Door-2-Fix and explained the situation and the technician was at my house at 7:40PM to fix the door. It took him about an hour and off he went. They fixed the door for free since we recently had everything replaced. The technician was very friendly and polite. Couldn’t ask for anything else.I would highly recommend Door-2-Fix for any garage door needs.

Spring on garage broke causing extra damage to opener and messed up the cables. Called this company and technician was out the next day in the AM. He was able to fix everything and even rebuilt the part of the garage door opener so that our family could save some money and would not have to buy a new one. He also adjusted the door and things also and now you can barely hear the door open and close. Highly recommend honest and reasonable garage door repair.

Both torsion springs broke on the door with a car trapped in the garage. It was 4:30 on a Saturday so we thought surely we would have to wait until at least the next day. Someone arrived in an hour! He had the parts and was able to fix it in about 40 minutes. Great prices and customer service!
