Love this dollar tree!! It’s 1 block away from my house which is great. The employees were very kind, My daughter(this is from my mom)loved the stuff that was here even my son!!

Had the worst experience ever!! Got everything I needed and went to pay. The cashier had a terrible attitude. I tried to pay with Samsung pay because I left my card at home on accident. For some reason it wouldnt work. We tried a few times... still didnt work. I said Im sorry bit I have to figure out what is wrong. She got all up in arms that she had to void the transaction ($7... nothing crazy) the proceeded to tell her manager that was voiding the sale that I must not have the funds or something super loud that the while store could here. Im there with my young son. I was so embarrassed. There was nothing wrong with my Samsung pay, I had the funds.... it was their machine. Their machine was having issues. I left completely embarrassed. I cant believe someone in a customer service roll would intentionally try to embarrass someone...

A nice selection of off brand movies but not much of anything else.

I have never left a negative review for anything in my life, but I also have never been treated so badly! Just got yelled at by a Cashier for trying to make her job easier by placing the divider stick before my order. Good thing Hampden and Chambers is close enough, love Dollar Tree.

This location has been much cleaner and much more organized my last 2 visits. However the front cashier is one of the most unfriendly customer service reps Ive come across in quite some time. Its as if were putting her out in someway by bringing our items to be paid for.

I go to various Dollar Tree locations around Denver weekly with my grandkids and have never been treated as rudely as I was today. I understand that a job at Dollar Tree is not a career choice, but if the cashier is not going to have good customer service, she shouldnt be there at all.

This store is a mess! Always a mess, boxes everywhere ~ blocking items you are trying to buy. Floor/carpeting is disgusting. It so needs to be cleaned or torn up and put in tile/linoleum! Staff is never pleasant, and its too bad. I will shop at E470/Gartrell or on Parker and Chambers.

Great deals on great items. Out of stock on a couple things I needed is what kept from 5 stars.

Shopped here Monday and the store was immaculate, organized, aisles cleared and staff were courteous and friendly. Jazmny was my cashier and just a delightful young woman. Thank you for such terrific service especially in these trying times!!

Store is always a mess. Boxes everywhere, and staff is super rude. Went in with my 6 year old god daughter, who had just had her eyes dilated, and was met by the rudest cashier ever named Birtie! She was super rude to me, and asked my god daughter if she was okay after I had to help her find the toy that I asked she be given after ringing it up due to her not being able to see correctly. Realized that I had dropped my wallet somewhere in the store, and was told by said cashier I should have been ready to pay when I walked up. I was like I am, but I need to find my wallet first. She then preceeded to tell all the other customers that I couldnt pay, and was trying to get someone to pay for me! Found my wallet, paid, and will no longer be going in that store. The one on hampden and chambers is way better!!!

Drove here, it’s 9:15 and all info states they close at 10. All lights are on, they are counting money and ignoring me. Change your website or your door if you aren’t open. Ridiculous.

Boxes everywhere however shopping at the dollar store fills my retail therapy needs. I was on the front lines of the Vietnam war and buying plastic objects that break within 45 minutes of use is the only thing that fills me with a remote sense of joy anymore. I could go to a regular store, however the sense of thriftiness I get from getting a broom for only a dollar makes my experience more exciting than my second divorce.

I have never had any problems at this store the cashiers are always nice and friendly. HOWEVER this afternoon I went into the store and the customer service was HORRIBLE! There was only one register open and the lady was moving as fast as she could, she was an older lady. The line had at least 20 people waiting to check out. There were SEVERAL other employees walking around as if they could not see the line and they DID NOT offer to assist her! She had to overhead page TWICE & even after that, a young lady finally came out of the office VERY SLOWLY to assist her.I have NEVER had to stand in the Dollar Tree line for 30 MINUTES & have never experienced such bad service @ this location.... Ridiculous!!!!😡😡😡

Worst experience ever stopped in to get my kids some juices and some chips and the cashier was throwing up in the trash can the manager quote-unquote was outside taking a smoke break and it was the only the two of them once made aware that her employer was vomiting in the trash can at the cash register all she said was is your dehydrated and allowed the employee to continue to try to work and help guests. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional I will never go back there again.

I LOVE Dollar Tree!! Go to there. I have specific items I go there for that help me feel like Im cheating the system. Or that people that dont shop at Dollar Tree are stupid. Usually both.

Employees were nice my cashier was really nice and decided not to get two items as I was going to take them back she insisted I leave them there. I always appreciate that stuff having worked retail 21 years. And so happy I dont anymore, haha. 4 star rating because the Isles were very cluttered with all of their boxes and U-boats makes it frustrating especially on Memorial weekend trying to navigate through grumpy customers. although cluttered there was clean no dirt on the Shelf

My son & I visited this store today and I was highly disappointed!! The store was absolutely filthy and they had boxes that needed to be emptied and stocked all over the place. A lot of the aisles were blocked due to boxes everywhere and looked like they’d been completely ransacked. I’ve been to Dollar Tree stores in much worse neighborhoods that were much better than this one! Won’t be going back. Definitely making the longer drive to the crummier neighborhood next time!

Its a lot cleaner in there and found most of the stuff i was looking for, but I think since covid-19 people dont have to have customer service anymore.

I have shopped here for a couple of years ... the last year the store has stock all over the store, some items couldnt be reached and the stocked was stacked so high, I was worried someone would get hurt. I was there yesterday 4/12/19 and noticed a change in employees as well as a neater store!

What a dump. Boxes everywhere. Cant even walk down some aisles without tripping. Went here a few weeks ago thinking they were just restocking. Nope. There were boxes in the exact same spot for weeks. Im not kidding, every single aisle has boxes piled high in them that you can even get to most items on the shelf without having to move boxes of stock. Couldnt even get to the cleaning supplies at the back of the store as there was literally a 8x8 stack of boxes 6 high. This is not the norm for dollar tree as I have been to other ones in the area and they dont have this problem. However this seems to be the norm for this store. A real sh** hole.

The place is kept clean and well organized.Easily maneuvered from one isle to the other.Parking lot is cluttered-free with no shopping carts around.We had an instance, where my wife left my iPhone in one of their shopping cart. When she called the store to find out about the lost phone, the phone was picked up in timely manner and we were notified that the phone is safely saved in their office for pick up. We picked it up around 8:00pm and the store was still open until 10pm.Final note, this place is a great place to buy inexpensive items and the staffs are friendly.

This Dollar Tree has a pretty good selection of items, from household cleaners to dog treats to simple cosmetics. However, more than once I have waited more than 15 minutes in line because there is only 1 cashier open with 5 or more people waiting in line. content://media/external/file/6953

Today my children and I were at this store, while a grown man was screaming racist remarks against white folks, standing next to my ten year old son. People like this make it very hard to teach my children to not be racist.. management should have told him to leave.. a nice older lady asked him to keep it down because children were there, and he began cursing racial remarks at her. Once again management did nothing.

Cashier was fast and pleasant.

You could barily walk through the aisles. It looked like the inventory was delivered but only one person was stocking the shelves. One person was on register. The store was a freaking disaster!! It was lucky to be given 1 star. Sad!

Fine, but out of stock on needed items. Thats not awesome and I needed them. The clerk was fun though!

Always have everything the regular stores have and at the best price. Sure you buy a few of each thing but instead of 150 dollars you spent 50 and got everything you need plus your wallets not empty. Super worth it.

This place looks like a riot was held in the back... Stuff is EVERYWHERE... It is a nightmare! Its not even safe to walk around in... I was turning a corner near the back cooler and two boxes fell down, hitting me in the calf. They were surprisingly heavy and now I am brushed up. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It must be under new management as it was not like this before....the clerks are very sweet though...

Stock was very low. Lots of boxes to be stocked. Good layout, easy to find all departments.

Great discount store - you have to have patience when you shop during the holidays.

The gym has taken over the parking lot. This store does not have the inventory that the Iliff store has.

This location is almost always organized and its easy to locate what your looking for.

I know this isnt a high end facility but I do expect quality service wherever I go. The cashier at this facility sawingme coming to get checkout and purposefully went to strighten very same shelves, even though she was the only cashier. She was rude and I will never come back here to be treated like this.

Store has some good deals but you have to be smart about what you choose to purchase here. Store was a giant giant mess when I was here.

Both stores are a mess. Stuff scattered on the floor ,boxes by the hundreds line the walk ways and block the items I would have bought if I could have gotten to them. At least this store on Quincy had polite employees. Not so pn Hampden.

The selection of quality items is much better among the same store is the neighborhood and possibly all Aurora area

Its impossible to get down any of the isles because there is so much stock waiting to be put away. Were talking hundreds of boxes piled 4-5 feet high. This is par for the course for this location. Its absolutely shameful for any store to be in this condition.

Yucky and dirty...shelves on the floor...the workers were nice except the 12 year old looking one that was super snotty because I laid down an item that I didnt want forgot to put it back in the right place ..she huffed then picked it up so annoyed and stomped off with it...like I just broke something. Geeze lady relax its just a very dirty dollar tree. Its extemely dirty please clean the doors and floors...so gross looks like a New York City bathroom.

I have been to Dollar Trees all over the country and this one is hands-down the worst I have ever seen. Its filthy unorganized and so filled with unpacked boxes that you cant even shop in the store. Theres an entire Isles where you can get almost nothing because there are boxes piled up along both sides of the aisle. I was nervous boxes were going to fall on top of my child they were stacked so high.

Great place to get stocking stuffers, and supplies for my science classroom. I wish the tool section was larger.

This location is OK. The store layout isnt the greatest and makes shopping here more difficult. Everytime Ive come here they arent very clean and tidy, however they offer a great selection of different products at this location.

I dont go here often, but when I do, they are usually out of a ton of stuff. The one at Chambers and Hampden usually has better stock.

Ive been here several times. I like the deals on certain items but there is a lot of stuff I wouldnt use as well. The staff are sometimes hard to find when you want to ask a question. There is always someone on register. But they arent as friendly as I would like. The last visit the manager wasnt very nice with me either. I honestly dont want to shop here after that. Common courtesy is lost here.

They have an ok selection. The aisle are always filled with boxes to stock inventory. I cant I cant even push my cart through the aisle because of all the boxes. The boxes should be in the back or an employee should be stocking the shelf not just left in the aisle.

OMG people!!! Its a dollar store. Get over it! If youre not willing to pay over a dollar for stuff then yes, boxes in the aisles, employee turnover so no one knows anything, not enough staff so long waits at the register. So, either pay $1 for the gift bag with rude service or go across the street to Target and pay $3 for the gift bag with the rudeness hidden better. Target checkers pretty much hate you too, they just get paid a little more to hide it.As far as dollar stores go this one is great. Well stocked, good selection, lots of parking. I also roll my eyes at the other shoppers asking does this come in red or are there more of these in the back? no and no. Its a dollar store. You want better options? Go to Kohls, Target, Walmart. Just go away. You want stuff for a buck? Expect that kind of service. Idiots. To 3.0 reviewer. Proofread. Are there really dollar sores all over the place? Ouch. Maybe you should go to Target and get some $6 bandaids. And learn to read signs on entry doors that say Cash, Check, or Debit only. Not every business wants to pay a 3% fee to take your trusty Mastercard, especially if everything theyre selling costs a dollar.

Well worth stopping in to check out their bargains, just got 10 full size Tonys pepperoni pizzas and they had dozens of eggs and bacon.
