Disappointing compared to other years. Seemed short staffed maybe due to covid? Lots of people with no makeup on or just pacing back and forth. Paid extra for fast pass for what? Not worth $45.00. Walked far with no one to scare us. Corn maze was best! Used to be my favorite. Decorations were great but definitely need more goblins, ghosts, and people to scare you.

In my opinion the bar manager Brandy should find a new job because shes not about our manager and shes worthless as a manager in general

The produce section has a decent variety but the beverages left much to be desired. I wasn’t a fan of how it was all organized. I did like the fact that their self-checkout section had plenty of kiosks. That was nice. The deli counter took a bit too long for the people to realize there was a customer waiting. Maybe invest in a bell? 🛎

This location is garbage. Employees are rude. We purchased $400 worth of furniture from this location. At the checkout stand my partner saw a poncho that she really wanted, and purchased the item, however the employee (short, redhead) did not hand the bag to my partner before leaving the store. When we arrived at the vehicle we noticed that the bag was left in the store by mistake. Upon discovery of this my partner approached the store employ who rang her up and was told , I gave you the bag. The employee absolutely did not give her the bag. I then approached the employee myself and asked, is it possible you handed this item to someone else? The employee was very rude and said , I dont have it sir , I dont know what to tell you. Ummm - excuse me? Yes, youre right - over $400 in furniture but Im trying to get an extra $20 piece of clothing... (Sarcasm). Luckily I explained my case to the customer service manager as I was getting nowhere with the rude, abrupt, and accusing cashier. I was able to get another (different color because the one we originally purchased was the last in its color pattern).Long story short - dont visit this Walmart. Go somewhere else. Or dont go to Walmart at all - because they are an unethical company anyways. Whatever.

Shout out to Daisy for helping me find a face shield for my kiddo. . It was her first day of preschool and i didnt want her wearing a mask, but they dont currently sell them in store only online. Daisy went out of her way to find one. She was able to give me one that Walmart supplies for their employees. Thank you again Daisy!

I shop using the Walmart App. Shopping this way is so convenient. Ive not had any life changing issues. The grocery loaders are really terrific. Always wearing a Mask. I appreciate Walmart for this.

The store does have everything and good prices! I’m not sure if it’s because of Halloween time but it was a little cumbersome to find things in personal care products are a, but I did manage.I did ask an associate for help and he was very helpful.At check out the associate (Chiane, apologies if I misspelled your name) was so sweet, quick but very personable! I appreciate that very much as it makes my day go better too and I will more than likely make a point to come back to this specific store next time!Nacho was also really kind too!

Walmart has seriously upped their game with the new Pickup kiosk!! Wow!! It is absolutely huge, hard to miss, and near the self checkout. I’ll be ordering online and selecting free pickup in store from now on. Buy online, get an email when your order is ready, scan the barcode in your email at the kiosk, and your package comes out. Completely contactless.This store looses a star because there are never any employees around to ask questions.

ACCESSIBLE BEWARE. If you need a mobile scooter for any reason they never have one. Nor do they care about remedying the issue

Pretty typical Walmart. Stock sucked and the shelves were disorganized. The wait to check out was enough to drive me mad. The location isnt too bad. But inside is lacking a solid managers touch.

The Garden dept. should care for the plants better. Unfortunately, does not reflect a well kept Walmart.

Ok. So I understand that Walmart and other stores are now doing the thing where they do the shopping for some people. More employees are running around filling shopping carts. However, try asking one of those employees for help or telling you where an item can be found...THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!! I have given up asking one of them for help. Walmart has become one of the WORST places for customer service. The worst.

This store needed to be stocked better. Bare in lots of departments. I thought this was a better location but this proved wrong.

Quick and easy self service.

I brought my 5 year old granddaughter here for a date with me. The guy who painted her toes & fingers was so nice and patient with her. I told him hell be a good daddy some day and he said he & his wife are due this May! 🤗

I love this Walmart, its always clean and orderly, but the produce section was a little skimpy.

Selection could be better but its a good clean walmart. My top choice in the area.

We made a quick stop in to buy some snacks before our flight out. The bathrooms were clean and the checkout went smoothly. They have a sanitizer station at the entrance by the carts should you need it.

Was able to get in and out. Had what I needed and no big crowds.

They opened right on time (0600 for seniors).I made a return, Customer Service young lady was perfectly pleasant 👌. I then wanted an electronic. This is a great place to go if your looking to pickup an Xbox Series console this holiday. They put Xbox Series S consoles on the shelf often now. I bought mine months ago from this store.

This store as well as all other Walmart stores never have enough cashiers working.. and i still dont see the point of having someone check receipts when they cant even stop people from stealing. All it does is irritate the honest customers

This one young man named Ethan was extremely rude to me when I asked for the bathrooms. The store is absolutely filthy and the teenagers here are very unorganized! Produce here is terrible

They close at 11pm but departments like electronics and returns/customer service are closed. Waited more than 30 minutes to finally get a manager to get some help.Two stars because the manager was helpful but no one should wait that long to get something from Walmart.

Nothing ever has prices on it. I shop a lot of clearance racks at every store I go to but the southlands walmart is particularly bad about pricing items being marked down. I also experience not so good customer service when asking an associate for a price. It is very frustrating.

Typical Walmart, which is fine. The travel supplies selves are barren tho and you better hope you dont need long knit pants. They are out of stock. Several bare shelves.

Im sad to say but this store seems to struggling. Neverending boxes and carts block several sections. The toy section is nearly empty. I used to love coming here to get popular toys at an affordable price but now there is bearly anything. At first I thought it was just a stocking day but after several trips over a long period of time, nothing has gotten better.

One of our children is moving into their own home and we were able to find all manner of housewares and house warming gifts to help them launch successfully onto their own home. Good selection, durable items, good quality, and good prices. All in one location. Great place to shop.

Needed headlights, come to notice its in a locked glass case. Understandable, but no need assistance button, checked other aisles, nothing. No staff, a new worker said go to electronics to ask them to page someone. Went back waited 20mins, still no one. So I left and bought them at an auto store. If going to lock things, have a way for customers get better assistance, this was twice now no service or importance to make a sale.

I frequent this Walmart. Normally theyre very good about keeping the shelves stocked. Im sadly disappointed to say, the aisles are somewhat of a mess now. I would also like to add, every time I go shopping, and yes Ive even had a few conversations with either with someone in a managerial position or a different employee, they rarely ever have the small bottles of Diet Dr. Pepper!! I was assured they would talk to the Rep for Dr. Pepper and discuss it with the department manager. They would also have more ordered. Uh huh, sure, nice way to sound like a robot. As expected, there continues to be a shortage on the shelves for small bottles of Diet Dr. Pepper. 🤦😫

This is a really nice store. Very clean and organized. The layout of the store is great and sections are easy to find and all marked and easy to find what youre looking for. If you need help the staff is friendly. Nice, large parking lot. I like the variety of products that the have in stock. Storefronts indoors include a McDonalds, bank, and nail salon.

As a collector of hotwheels m2 machines jada or any of the cars. This particular store is not the place to go. The reason for this is that there is one person that hangs out every night as the employees pull pallets out for restocking. He is allowed to go through the pallets and pull the boxes out gets them all together then goes through each box to only pull the most sought after collector piece from each box and selfishly leaves not a single collector piece. To me this shouldnt be allowed even if you have over 10,000 shares in Walmart stock. If thats the case then order another set and dont take the fun away from the people that are on the hunt. Besides that not to bad of a store.

Not too much personality. Pretty straightforward experiences, and just not really going to pop for anyone. Not great, but not awful either.

Bathrooms were filthy would not take a child in there it was just nasty, will never shop there again and l will make sure people know about it . The clothing and shoe department was very messy with covid extra care should be top priority especially in the bathrooms. The manager should be ashamed for the conditions in the store.

I recommend this one allsow to everyone. The staff are nice and helpful and clean up after you. Very safe and family friendly. This is my favorite one. I will keep coming back every time I can. Thanks again for your help and service

Only choice of a nearby supercenter and have to always put up with shopping carts blocking the parking lot and sidewalk islands. No wonder when u go inside and theres no carts. It also doesnt help when the lazy general public places their carts in the middle of parking spaces next to other peoples cars. A bunch of disrespectful people lacking common decency. Im surprised the American Disabilities Act hasnt done anything to this location.

DO NOT USE THEIR PICKUP OPTION - I work for DoorDash and they were 30+ minutes late past the pickup time. Extremely unorganized. If you work for DoorDash, I would recommend rejecting any orders from this location.

Cleanest Walmart Supercenter ever. Aside from changing the inventory which Walmart does...this is a great place to shop. Employees are friendly. Aisles are wide.

Usually has everything I need in stock. Produce is not as fresh as I like, but its convenient, so I cant complain too much. What I can complain about is this location never having enough employees to check you out. Ya, there is self check, but I prefer having someone do it as they are much quicker than me.

Now this Walmart has never been my favorite. But I must of met their best customer service agents. She was friendly, over the above helpful and knew where everything was. Most of their other employees will say they dont work in that department, which drives me crazy. But this amazing lady was so spectacular (she helped me with thread and beads) and deserves kudos! But I didnt get her name🙄🤦🏽‍♀️

They have no cbd of any sort but other than that it ok but common man..., Need some on the 4th of July. Luckily pet smart had across the shopping center lol.

Nice enough staff, the pharmacy is great, I appreciate the steps they take to try and keep everyone safe. Its a Walmart, pretty clean, fairly well stocked-all things considered.

Scalpers. Plain and simple. Spoke with a manager and all she could say was there was nothing we could do about it. Walmart would rather get their money as quickly as they can rather than make it fair for the people who actually enjoy the hobby.

I just love pick up! Im so thankful I dont have to...shop. That being said, this particular experience was a bit of a downer. My own fault. I picked the 5-6 pm time slot. Our poor team was overly busy with tired folk heading home from work.The phone line failed to be answered, a frustrating situation.Big props to a very tired team for loading up my car and getting me home.

Ordered a cake here, excellent Customer Service by Julia in the Bakery Dept. She totally came to my rescue in a pinch and had a beautiful cake ready with very short notice!
