This is the best goodwill in the area. The store is always clean, organized, and staff is helpful and friendly. Janice and Sara are awesome and are super hard workers. Love coming here!

I wasn’t going to post anything because I figured the donations guy was having a bad day when we went, but it has been bothering me. On September 20th, I called this location and specifically asked to speak to the donations department. I was transferred to a gentleman, I asked if they were taking desks. He asked if it was in good condition, which it is, so I said yes. He said “we would love to take it then!” We drove there from Parker (the Parker location was not taking furniture and they suggested I call another location and advised me to ask for donations directly). We pull up, there is an older man and a younger man. The older man says “we’re not taking ANY furniture.” I said “I just called and spoke to donations and they said they were taking desks.” He said “if you had called, you would have spoke with me.” (So he also insinuated I was a liar, like do you wanna see the call?) I said “sir I called, a lady answered first, I asked for donations, and I was transferred to a gentleman that said you all were taking desks. This is the second time this has happened to us here, where I’ve called and get told the complete opposite when we get here.” He literally said “f*** those a**holes up front!” He did get the desk out with the help of the young man, but he was cursing under his breath the entire time. As soon as they got the desk out, we just drove off because it was such an awkward encounter. I will never come back to this location ever.

Not only do I love the variety of merchandise here but I would also like to acknowledge the kind workers, specifically Janice! She was incredibly kind to my friend and I and created an amazing conversation. I felt extremely welcome and felt like I was talking to a friend!! Please tell her that customers love her personality and make their days!

Ive been coming here for a year since I moved to Aurora and always find good finds thanks to Wendy on the floor!Love how clean and friendly this store is especially Janice, it’s always nice to see people with positive attitudes, it makes the shopping experience that much better!

The manager of this Good Will INTERRUPTED A FUNERAL at a church across the street. She stormed into the midst of crying family members to yell LOUDLY about the section of the shared parking lot the family had blocked off for the grief procession. She then proceeded to berate the brother in law of the deceased for TWENTY MINUTES while crying family and guests watched in shock. I haven’t seen this level of unprofessional conduct in years, if not ever. Truly in shock and disgusted.

Its been a while I went to this store, but I like shopping at Thrift stores and Goodwill stores when I can because they are NGOs. My most recent visit to this store was very good. The store was well-arranged and neat and they had really nice items. I went there to get a Bible and was not disappointed. I got a brand new one with a very good print at less than $2.

My favorite thrift store with great friendly people. This store has been redone since Covid and is easier to navigate and very clean and organized. I do wish the locked counter would be added back for those of us who wish to purchase the more higher priced items such as designer purses, collectibles etc. I often shopped the designer sections that this store once had. Please bring these areas back and not leave that only to Deja Blue. We enjoy finding these treasures at our neighborhood store.In addition, I wish to send kudos to Wendy, an extremely hard worker and friendly employee who has made my shopping experience pleasant through the years. So many of my fav employees are not back since Covid and I was so happy to see Wendy when I returned to thrifting. She’s amazing and hopefully a keeper!

The comment about Goodwill Iliff is untrue. I was in the parking lot. It was impossible for me to get to the store. The parking lot was full of people who appeared to be partying not mourning.

I have to apologize to sandy and to the illiff stores I was upset is all. I didn’t mean anything by it.

Their prices are going up too much to the point that is better to wait for the clearance in the store. Second hand is becoming almost like prices for new stuff.

The store has a wide selection of housewares and clothes in good condition and at reasonable prices.

Updated review: The workers are much nicer, the store cleaner and the selection much better than it has been in the last few months! Glad to see the improvement.

They dont clean their carts or have any stuff for you to. More junk than anything.

The 1 star reviews are very funny to read, Id bet my house most are exaggerated or made up, I go here all the time and have never had any issues or seen anything bad happen. The place is clean and I occasionally find something good.

Great little thrift store. Went here looking for some missing pieces for my Renaissance Festival costume. Found the store to be clean and organized. Could use some more inventory, but thats dependent on donations and nothing to do with the staff or store. Cashiers were friendly as well. I would recommend stopping by from time to time. You might discover some hidden treasure!

David the manageris amazing not only did he go out of his way to help me find the best and cheapest merchandise for my packages that I deliver to the homeless each year he made sure that I had a great experience and I will definitely be returning as he made my shopping experience memorable and it warmed my heart this holiday season

Do yourself a favor- skip this place and go to the Arc down the street.This goodwill has gone way downhill in recent years, even by thrift store standards. Heres why I say that:1. Its super dirty. Floors look like they havent been mopped EVER. And bathrooms are basically unusable most of the time.2. Cashiers are nice, but managers are not. They have no manners and no patience for any problems you might have.3. No returns. Not REALLY. At best theyll give you store credit. Doesnt matter how you paid, doesnt matter if you have your receipt and tags, doesnt matter if you bought it 5 minutes ago.Keep in mind that Im speaking from SEVERAL experiences here. I gave this place a fair shake, but its not getting any better. Im probably not going back again.

Perfect place to find small kitchen appliances. Weve purchased a crockpot, toaster oven, microwave and more. Each appliance worked perfectly and the prices are AMAZING! We always go here, before we go to another store, if we need a kitchen gadget. And....they always have what we need. :-)

Great staff, always friendly. A wonderful variety of items all the time. Most of the items are decently priced, but only bad is sometimes items are the same price as buying new.

I have a few Goodwill around me but like coming to this one. Its larger than others and pretty clean. Will drop my donations off here as well . Other places I have been too seem a bit careless.

I am not sure if it is at all Goodwill locations but it was a mess. I mean the prices seemed reasonable for used items. But they also carry new items and want to sell them almost at a store price.I do have to say their linens, comforters and such had no size on them... I am not really good at guessing so just decided to not even look.I can tell when I see a family with 2 full carts that there are good deals... You just got to search.Well hopefully I get to visit another and have better luck at finding what I need.

Never really cared for second hand stores until I moved to the city now I love them. IM always finding good stuff here at goodwill.. Just wish they had baby change station in the restroom.. Well see u soon goodwill..

This place was organized and well kept. It was great to find clothes new and used here and the staff was awesome. They are one of the friendliest locations Ive been to in awhile and look forwardto going by again.

Quick easy drive through for donations. Inside most prices reasonable. Value of similar items same but material difference glass vs plastic, so check that. Ok if you dont mind used and you may have to clean.

The only thing that really needs fixing is all the electronics usually the nice things they need to fix that corner so people can look thru the glass cases needs to be a bit bigger as I couldnt even look at most of the items...

This goodwill was by far the worst Ive been in. There are rude employees here. I had one laugh in my face and insulted me. Not to mention treats his fellow employees like crap not wanting to help when they are having issues with there computers. I didnt appreciate that one bit. For this reason ill never shop at this store again horrible!

I dropped off many items today at approx 12:15. Made sure to point out two boxes with breakables, some were very vintage dishes. 1940s era. They were tossed into a bin and I heard everything break. Broke my heart. I will never donate at this location again. Nor will I ever step foot in again to buy anything. Total disregard. Totally rude. I plan to spread the word.

Store is hidden, other than that the prices here are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I just wish it was more organized or categorized to make stuff easier to find.

Found a few new Christmas items

They have a great selection and great deals for the price but the sizes are mainly large or bigger for women. So if you dont mind really taking your time to look t everything dont bother.

People donate good quality items perhaps they just didnt use much or at all. I love finding treasures there for a small price and that the money I spend can be used for a greater good.

Very nice store for second-hand stuff like furniture, clothes, shoes, bags, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. Very often with half-price promotion on Saturdays.

I didnt find anything I wanted so I left. Lately they have been peering down the mens clothing aeria. Its bull because selection has gotten extremely limited.

A good place to drop off the things you wish to donate. The drive-up is very convenient.

This place used to be good. Now all the furniture seems to be curbside throwaways. Was there recently and they kicked us out of the dressing rooms as it was 8:30. They close at 9:00... okaaay??? A lot of Extremely rude and pushy newer employees, Which makes me feel bad for the few remaining nice ones who have been there awhile. Place feels dirty and restrooms are gross. Not my fav anymore.

I shop for music CDs and treasures. Ive found top of the line tripods for cameras, classic LPs, classic CDs, books, antiques that slip through, team jerseys, and various other trinkets. if you have a good eye and some time to spare you can find treasures.

This store looked to be in disarray, the floor was dirty, things were all over and misplaced. It was during or after a busy time, just apperied to be unkempt. Thrift stores are good for all kinds of things I hate to see it look stereotypically dirty.
