It’s a goodwill, on COLFAX. given the reason, all kinds of people go into the store, great staff to start off with. yes it’s a bit unorganized but the ratio of customers vs employees it’s a bit hectic to keep organized 24/7. I love thrifting & you just never know what you’ll find there. For the area it’s located in (ghetto Aurora) Its not too bad. reasonable items for the perfect price. :))

I have been wanting to go shop there for some time, I found what I wanted but it could have been just a little bit more organized!!!

There helpers in the donation area will refuse to take your items when he is left alone.Apparently he was taught only to take new items and not used. However I know for a fact that there are used items in the store.

They had a variety to pick from with great low prices on actually nice stuff! I wish i wouldve had more money with me :)

VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED.Most unorganized Goodwill store I have ever been to. I look through the medium t-shirts, all I see is Large, XL, Smalls, not mediums. I go to look at the long sleeves, same thing, all of the cloths are mixed in sizes. When I was walking throughout the store, it looked like a tornado hit it.Why it especially deserves a 1 star: when speaking with the manager about the store and lack of organization, she blamed it on East Colfax, said she has tons of workers doing their job, threw her hands up in the air and walked away with a rotten attitude.

Hey folks you still got 3 hours until goodwill closes and they are having a killer SALE! All jeans or $0.99, white tags are $0.99 and the rest of the store is 50% off. Thanks Louis you made my day! Anybody says you got to spend big money to look like a million bucks was lying to you they just want your cash. Retail therapy and I saved some cash today. Its a win win for Tracy!

Typical goodwill store. I always wish they were more organized but that might take away from the thrill of the hunt. You gotta love life on the fax, people watching at its best.

This Goodwill store has gone down. They dont have enough employees. The store use to have its shelves stocked with merchandise that was visible to the eye, the shelves were clean, now merchandise is in bends, which customers rush over to tug and pull things out, stuff going everywhere. Clothes use to be neatly sized, in order, organized by color, now you cant find the right size in its right section. I have clients who wear plus size clothes, its so hard to find those sizes in your store, and the large size shoes are impossible to find without going through all the shoes for sizes.This store was once a nice half way clean store to shop in, not right now.

The best part about this location is the staff. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. They have a decent selection of clothes but the prices are a tad high.

Great prices but horrible customer service. Its like they cant be bothered to do their job. Always such a bummer coming here. Employees dont greet you or just sit there on the phone while youre waiting for them to cash you out. Boo.

Plenty of parking in a shopping center . there not very helpful or friendly. I like to spend my money were the staff is friendly, and they appreciate you dropping in to patronize their business. Check it out for yourself your experience might be different.

Long lines. Great stuff for kids. The thing I hate about this place is the DAMN RESELLERS!!!!.They attacking the carts that come out and grab all the stuff before it even makes it to the shelves. The second and last thing I hate is that the workers have an understanding with the RESELLERS. I saw them separating things for them.(Spanish girl) Me that I was in line and had waited for 15 mints saw that she open a line just for HIM and heard hem talking in spanish about giving him SPECIAL DISCOUNT because he was buying a lot of item.. which she did. This store should be inspected by corporate and have that reseller bannned.

I was in the area with a little extra time, so I went in here.The area and parking lot was very sketchy, so I felt like I was taking a chance. The staff were very friendly! The store didnt have that much stuff though. If was kinda weird. But I did find an autographed framed Ty Lawson picture. Was happy that I took a chance going in there!

Ive been here a few times. Id say its just ok.. The dressing rooms could look nicer but the cashiers seem nice enough.

The store is clean and does have great stuff, but the prices are higher than Im use to. I shopped on Monday and was careful not to spend to much. As I walked out there was a sign that said Monday 55 and over 25% off. Was not asked if I was and yes I am. Lost out.

Filthy. USED plungers. The candles for sale were burnt all the way down to the point that they were of no use to anyone - but still $2.99. The store was extremely unorganized as well. I understand that they rely on volunteers but the 3 paid employees were gathered at the registers, with no one monitoring the store or tidying up. Every dressing room was out of order in addition to one bathroom. Worst Goodwill experience to date.

Terrible location brings in rif raf. Other than that its just another goodwill. Checking out is usually time consuming.

If i could giver this place a minus star i would.. first off the workers are rude as they come, i was buying stuff and went ask for the key to the bathroom and asked the cashier lady if she could watch my stuff as i went to the bathroom and she was so rude.. She said No if someone wants to buy it i wont stop them 😯😯😡😡. WHAT IM USING THE BATHROOM FOR A MIN .. I WOULD SUGGEST NOT GOING TO THIS GOODWILL...

This is close to my home so I stop in frequently. It is, at best, inconsistent. Some deals can be had there but the shelves are either bare or so overcrowded they are hard to shop. Many things are not priced and fashion accessories like ties and scarves are in a large low, very deep bin which you have to dig through. Its exhausting.I have found some nice things there in the furniture section that are reasonably priced and in good condition. Overall, its very much hit and miss with this Goodwill.

If your looking for cheap clothes then this is the place for you. You just have to dig thru bins to find what your looking for. I was looking for medical equipment so I walked in and right back out again. Not my kind of store at all. It was messy looking inside , there was junk and a tv in the parking lot in the tree line.

Awful messy store. You have no chance to look at new carts when they come out due to they are coveted by Hispanic females. They wait by the doors with their shopping baskets till a cart comes out and swarm them. This goes on a daily basis !!! Its exhausting trying to shop there...

This might be the worst Goodwill in terms of product and arrangement in the entire Denver metro area. I cant imagine that anyone who works here cares about their job.

Nothing on shelves, cashier was shopping for movies while working. Generally dirty.
