I usually get the mythical mocha. Its so great. The staff are very kind and know what they are doing if. Also, they make these wires custom drinks friends ask me to get with ease. I really enjoy this place.
I go here a lot never an issue until this time. I ordered a mythical mocha and the picture below is what I got not full and mostly whipped cream. I did not not take a drink till I was on freeway and it was nasty. I called them and told them it was nasty. All they could do was say sorry and could not remake cause once you pull out it is final. What kind of business is this. It is not like I want my money back I just wanted it remade. They told me 2 new girls where working so that explains why the other 2 that we talking away were training then and not paying attention to them while they were preparing the drinks.

Card reader was down. This is in the middle of nowhere so no ATM nearby. Good business would offer a free drink or some points or something. Learn how to value your customers when they travel past plenty of other coffee stands to get to you. Also post it on the menu board that you can only take cash so they don’t wait in line forever just to turned away.
Always loved the consistency of my mythical mocha doesnt matter what day what week or month. Also really enjoy the professionalism and courtesy of the staff even though faces come and go people that work there are always friendly and nice and seemed genuinely care about us as individuals. Thank you for everything awesome especially in the morning when Im not feeling so awake LOL
Theyre generally better but they had a sign for a new drink and the employees didnt seem to believe us. We not only hadnt got what we wanted but the drinks the night shift ladies have us were gross and they didnt add the flavors we requested secondly. Local big foots typically are much better than this and Ive never had a complaint but this was a bummer after work.
Well, it took forever to get coffee the barista must of been new.. but the coffee was good.. so I recommend it
I understand they have stopped remaking drinks after you leave the drive thru. They told me this but could not show me a sign stating this new policy. The barista who made my drink the first time around said that my dad who brought the drink to me asked for cream in my drink. She said this when I said my dad told me that she added it stating that she new me and thats how I like my drink. Calling my dad a liar is unacceptable! I will not be going back to this location!Update: when my dad was purchasing the drinks he forgot to state i wanted sugar free. He paid for both because the barista was putting up a fuss about having to remake a redbull. I also paid to have one made the way I wanted it. In total we paid for 3 drinks and only have one made the way I wanted!
The experience you have here will depends on the time you come in. With that said, the morning are always busy since everyone wants their morning coffee and your experience might not be the best. Im more of a late night person, so Im in during the midnight hours where its quiet. I found that Adriana is amazing at her craft and super friendly. Only time I had issue with a long wait was when another customer came in to order 5 blended drinks and another 2 hot drinks with just one barista working.

This has been my favorite go to , but since they hired the newbies they have been messing up my drinks constantly , I have gave them multiple chances but they mess it up all the time, there is only one guy that can get my drinks right and i now only go when he is there

Sat for 5 minutes while they made my latte just to be told they don’t take cards without chips. Very frustrating I didn’t have time to stop anywhere else after already waiting. I will be happy to change this to 5 stars when they remove this policy that discriminated against people without bank accounts whose only form of payment may be a payroll card.

Let me just say, our first time visiting was an unprecedented one. As part of the team that aids our first responders, we were searching for ice to fill our coolers already on a crunch. The amazing team took no time in jumping to our aid and providing us with all the ice we needed at no cost, still offering beverages and snacks for the firefighters fighting a hillside blaze just a couple blocks away. Their help went far and was immensely appreciated among us all within the south king county fire departments. A huge thank you to these girls and we hope to run into you all again!
I love this location I always get the mythical mocha blended with white coffee ( they dont charge extra for white coffee and every other stand I have been to does!) So yeah always quick service all the ladies are very nice and they always give my dogs treats so they love going to get coffee with me 🙂👍👍👍🐶

My favorite coffee spot. All the big foot java locations are great. Try a blended Legendary with Carmel. Delicious. The bery and the beast smoothie is perfect on a hot day.
My white chocolate caramel mocha was awesome! My barista, Samantha, suggested this wonderful drink after I told her that I need to try something new. This coffee stand has baristas that are knowledgeable, fast and happy. I transaction was prompt and let me get back on the road quickly.
Always enjoy to get customised energy drinks, only complaint is location. I only stumbled upon it taking a back road. Not an ideal location for a coffee stand, but be warned cops sit here for coffee break!

I have been a loyal customer for over five years. But this is the worst customer service I have experienced. A couple of months ago they changed their supervisor and this woman is rude all the time.I have my loyalty card which, I put money there every month. There are times when they refused to run my card and forced me to pay with my credit card. I definitely will forced myself to stop giving these people more business. They dont know how to treat loyal customers right.
I love Big Foot Java but Im more fond of the one closest to downtown Auburn by Walgreens. They make the best blended protein powder smoothies with whip and its always well worth the wait which there never is one ...if so, rarely. Thumbs up! 😊☕💯👍👍👍

Convenient spot for a bigfoot. Just an fyi when its sunny out they are always busy.**update**I have never had a bad drink here. This update is not about the drinks. It is about the speed. To sit and wait nearly 15 minutes to see one drink go out to the car in front of me, is incredibly disappointing. Especially on your way to work, which I already left early for to compensate for a slight wait. Needless to say, I had to back out and leave to not be late to work.
We used to love this bfj, but now it seems like the young girls that work here now care more to flirt with my husband then get the 2 drinks he ordered correct.
Ive never been to a bad Big Foot Java. They are all good and consistent.
The girls here are always patient and always help me select what I want. The selection is so large that I often come in with just a general list of what I want for a coffee (chocolate, blended, etc.) and they always surprise me with something different and delicious every time! Thanks ladies!
I asked for a 24 oz blended Americano with almond milk and caramel. Generally I get it iced but wanted to try it blended. It was $7.37! Usually I pay $4.20. She said the difference is because I got it blended.... so Im paying $3 more for it to be thrown in a blender?! Then when I said something the baristas were laughing and looking over at us. Great customer service... not.

Big foot Javas are usually awesome. I cant speak for all of them but chances are if you go through the same one more than 3 times the girls will know what you drink.

Was planning to give 5 stars, but last coffee girl made for me and hubby was tereble taste, sooo much caramel, so sweet. There is shold be portion control , other way its only money waste.

Place sucks was about to run out of gas. And they wouldnt take my money. Only had $100 bill and they turn down over $60 purchase. That is bad business. I would think there in the business to make money not loose it. There loss is next stores gain
