If no stars was an option that is what I would pick. Order ahead takes 30+ minutes so unless you have time to waste wouldnt go here. AND after youve waited for 30 minutes for your order ahead theres a highly likely chance your drink will be terrible. Only go if you want to be disappointed. This store used to be better. They cant keep it together with what appears to be a full staff.

Order pink drink with no strawberries, ticket states no berries, received with berries. Ordered caramel crunch cream based, ticket states cream based, received with coffee not cream. Has occurred on last two orders from this location.

I wish I could remember the name of the barrista who helped guide me to this Starbucks just in time before they closed while on a road trip. He went above and beyond and Im grateful!

I have to say my mind is blown. I ordered a caramel macchiato. When I went to pick it up, i saw that he hadnt put the caramel on it. I asked about it and he TOLD ME IT DIDNT MATTER. He told me that a caramel macchiato is the same with or without the caramel! I was stunned. I literally had no words. I went to the girl at the counter and she politely also argued with me. So i said i wanted my money back and she didnt know how to do it. Mind you, no one was rude. This is clearly very bad management. I dont have all day, so i just grabbed the vanilla latte that is horrible and not at all what i wanted for $6. So another reason to remind myself never to go to Starbucks again.

Our last couple of visits to this starbucks location have been terrible. Our orders are never correct. Drinks are wrong or just taste terrible. And the breakfast sandwiches we order are never what they actually give us. Not going back to this starbucks.

Always loved this starbuxks! But recently my fiance had a horrible experience with picking up a mobile order for us! The girl kept trying to say he didnt place the order and called the manager to the window just for my fiance to show him the purchase info on the app. Now everytime I go she messes up my order on purpose. I order the strawberry refresher without any water or ice for a reason. ( My nerves for my senses were damaged in a car accident so therefore its hard for me to taste) So to the girl whom is trying to be rude and put water in my drink, thanks for making my drink completely useless to me and wasting my money! She was working on 11/05/21 at 9pm at the drive through!

Very good at messing up orders. I specifically told them I didn’t want whip cream. The receipt even said “no whip” on my cup, yet they still gave me whip cream. When I said some to them about it, they just took some of it off and left some on there. I was very disappointed, what if I was allergic???

They’re good in messing up orders. No fault of the staff on shift. The load during busy hours is overwhelming for the employees on shift and management should take that into consideration. However if you do get an online order during peak hours be ready to be disappointed.

Friendly employees. They ask you what your name is when taking your order. I like coming to this Starbucks the best in Auburn because you miss the craziness of the traffic around the Auburn Mall

This is a little tucked-away Starbucks. Its nice having one on this end of town. The drive-thru moves pretty quick and they are super nice with customer service. Traffic can be a little dicey trying to get out of this place though especially if youre taking a left. Be careful!

I have used the South College Starbucks often but today, you lost my business permanently. You left customers for over 20 minutes in the drive thru, no acknowledgement that your closed. When waiting, a person walks out the back door taking trash out they say they are closed. When trying to speak to them, I said they should have said something to the six cars and customers outside their doors that they simply ignored. I mean they would not respond to you. Its Christmas Eve, and it soured my mood terribly and the fact you dont say Im sorry, grinch wishes to you. And my 100.00 a month I have been spending will go to Dunkin from now on.

My drink was missing some of the ingredients and I paid 10 dollars and some change for it ,too watery not satisfied.

They fixed my drink almost the way I asked them too but they did a better job than most Starbucks.

This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Even with order ahead I have waited 30 minutes for my coffee. They’re randomly closed some days and times and rarely have their mobile ordering available.

I have never waited an outrageous amount of time to receive my drink, and never had an issue that wasn’t fixed immediately and with a smile. I usually go weekly and many of them remember my name, which is extremely rare for a place with so many customers. Love it

Staff was unfriendly/rude. Never had that bad of experience at a Starbucks. Order was not complete and they seemed out out when I asked about the missing items.

I suggest you order an hour ahead. My order is never correct or ready on or near time. I ordered ahead, waited 20 minutes and got to the store but it still wasnt ready even though the app said it would be. The man called out the next few orders and mine was still not coming. I was late to work for waiting and still left without my drink. 🙄

Okay this Starbucks is incredible. Every time I go here, I truly feel cared for. They’re hospitality is impeccable and everyone who works here genuinely wants to serve you and make you feel loved. I highly recommend.

I have never waited for a coffee so long in my life. Last week, it took 40 minutes. I’m waiting right now, and I’ve been in the drive thru for 25 so far. This unbelievably the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s the closest to my home but I am reconsidering going to another local coffee shop from here on out because a girl got other things to do than sit in a drive thru.

Its Starbucks. Yall know what they have. But,...if youre stopping by the one off the interstate at Tiger Town, it really depends on who is making your drink. Some of the people couldnt make warm milk. Half of the time your drink will taste like water. No flavor. Ive had my latte be cold several times. If I see certain people making drinks, Ill walk right back out and go to the one in Auburn. If I knew the peoples names that dont care about their job, Id post them but, unfortunately I dont. If you just want coffee though, its always right. They cant mess that up.

Happy this new location is near Ms. Sues Taxi on South College Street. This Starbucks is absolutely the best one in Auburn! They arent skimpy with the ingredients like ones Ive visited in other places.

I go here too much to be honest! It has kind employees and fast service even when busy! The decor is lovely and there is ample seating indoors!

I came in around 11am on a Sunday and it was somewhat busy (almost nowhere to park). It took them a while to acknowledge me or say, Ill be right with you, when I was waiting in line for my order to be taken and I feel like I got a reduced amount of my drink (a simple tall coffee frappuccino) with my reusable cup... Other than those minor things, I got what I wanted and had no complaints about the quality of my drink.

I love Starbucks, pretty much an every morning ritual; however, this particular store makes me anxious every time I visit, with their awkward conversation in the drive thru while holding you hostage at the order monitor to serve the person at the window. I dont know if this an attempt to make you feel like you are the only person being served or what the idea is behind it, but it seems most unproductive, and it is annoying for a person trying to thaw out. I dont go to Starbuck to tell about my day or what I do for a living, I just want the awesome coffee!

The service was slow, they were out of a few sandwiches, and my macchiato didnt have enough caramel in it. I did try something new...the bacon gouda was really good.

Starbucks wasnt too appealing to me at first since it was the cliched White girl social area. However my friend took me there and I got the Cinnamon Apple Spice thing. I love it.Also I study here since my friend works here.

Nice experience overall. The barista was very nice and helpful.

I asked for a venti cold brew with light ice. The barista decided to fill over 3/4 the cup up with water instead of adding more cold brew. If I wanted a water I would have just asked for it and I wouldn’t have had to pay for it...

This place is great. The atmosphere and service is exceptional.

For 6:30am on a Monday morning it was surprisingly slow which I felt would benefit us on our travels. I was wrong. Instead of good coffee and smiling faces we received a burnt flavored Caramel Macchiato and a cashier who felt the need to interrupt our order 3 times to say your total will be. Disappointing.

The starbucks in statesboro is awesome. They are very friendly. I recently acquired an allergy and had to stop drinking starbucks, but I went and told them what I use to get and they helped me to order something different that I would like and wouldnt cause me to break out in hives. I thought that was very nice of them. I would definitely recommend this location, and if you are unsure of what to order just ask and they will help.

Very disappointed. Ive ordered a few drinks here and today I am actually upset. I ordered a grande carmel latte. I should emphasize the grande because although it came in a grande cup, it was filled like a tall! Seriously? Are you really trying to conserve your resources or what?! If Im going to pay an extra dollar or two, please fill it like I ordered it. I didnt know I was ordering a bag a chips.

What a way to start the day

Very very slow! Poor management, went through there with no one in line at the drive through. It took 10 mins for one cup of coffee due to only one person working! At 10 am? Then bc of the wait it caused a long line (all around the building) to start and then two people started working. Oh by the way I got the wrong coffee!

I am disappointed. I have been a Starbucks customer for years now, and I love Starbucks! But i am fed up with baristas not taking the time to shake up my drink. The last few times i’ve gotten iced matcha the powder had been all chunked up at the bottom because they don’t shake it before putting the ice in. You would think it would be basic knowledge that the powder doesn’t dissolve when the milk is cold. So please be a little considerate of the quality of your drinks, because it is not cheap.

If your black they give you free coffee and you can also get free bunt cakes if you call the barista racist. This place is great.
