I just want to share my favorite coffee stand in auburn. I wish I remembered all my girls names that I love here. I had a friend go get me a coffee and they instantly knew who they were making the drink for. Thank you You guys for being so amazing and awesome!!! Customer service here is a 20 out of 10!!! When my friend brought me my coffee with the sweet message on or, I knew I had to share with a review.

A variety of fun named coffee drinks with big foot theme. Options of hot, iced, or blended. Can also get half amount or maybe even 1/4 of sweetness if you arent a huge sweets fan but want to try.

Friendly staff and quick service. The redbulls and coffee are always good. I love getting a strawberry jet tea mixed with the yogurt base for smoothies. Sooo good!!

So many unique and fun drinks much more than just coffee. Abbey was so nice and helpful. Thank you!

Give man bun a raise!! I’ve had a few good coffees in my life but this is one the best coffees I’ve ever had lol he was super sweet and attentive as well.

Got a ice tea, there was barley any ice, by the time my tea got passed out to me the little ice that there was, was melted and the cup was so warm

Good service, and the baristas remembered my regular order. The wait time was a bit lengthy, though, compared to other busier locations. Thats my only critique!

I really like this location, its really nice. But the baristas we got were leaving their milk out (for faster access I assume, rather than refrigerating it), and thats kind of gross, especially in the middle of summertime.

One of two close by to each other so when one is too busy you have a chance the other may be slower for faster service

Love this coffee stand they make an excellent cup of coffee very courteous and friendly staff and they do have a walk up window and can service large trucks to park in their parking lot like my work truck

These girls/guys are amazingly organized, very fast and cheerful!

You cant go wrong with a stand that is open 24 hours. There drinks are super hot and the customer service is always top notch.

Always friendly. They make all of their drinks to order, so if you order for pick-up they wait until you get to the window. This is a good thing; you just need to have patience.

A Street Bigfoot Java used to be a daily Coffee Stop for me, however they recently terminated nearly all there employees without reason, some of the nicest baristas used to work there, complete disrespect. Management needs a rework, customer service now is a letdown. If you want a decent drink stop by, but if you want to be served with genuine kindness and respect please go support another Local Coffee Shop.

Dont see why its so busy. Product is mediocre and service was slow

Big Foot Java makes the best white mochas. Prices are a scam especially if your a tipper too. Easily cost $20 or over for 2 people.

Stopped by today they told me they fired all the good baristas without reason. My favourite isn’t there anymore and she made the best drinks and was very fast. I can an americano better with my kurig. Taking my business to Gibs

Not family friendly, some curly hair dude refused to give my son a little shot glass of whip Unless, he put a dog treat in it. I dont get the free whip cream on my drink and was willing to pay for lil shot of whip cream for my son. Recurring customer now gone for good.

They make the best coffee out of any coffee shop in the area Pierce County King County. And Ive worked out a lot of coffee shops and its gone and bought coffee from many places. And they are one of the very few places that have white coffee and the girls Baristas actually make good coffee every time. I dont know maybe once or twice have I ever gotten a bad coffee and I go there every day pretty much to a lot of different locations from Spanaway to to Puyallup to Kent etc. Yummy.

My friend introduced me to Big Foot Java last spring! I absolutely LOVE it! I have probably been everyday since then (sometimes twice)😉 I truly enjoy all the girls, but it was Amy that got me hooked! Shes always happy to see us, and my drink is always made to perfection! Shes also really knowledgeable about coffee! Thank you BFJ! 😁

The wife and I make a stop every morning. The ladies are awesome. They know us by name and know our drinks by memory. Its not just a cup of coffee, its like seeing a friend to start the day.

Good coffee for a really modest price If you dont need anything too fancy to start your day. Also serves caffinated Italian soda for something entirely different. Never had a drink there that was a disappointment.

From the first time my daughter took me to Bigfoot java I have been a fan. It was a great surprise when I saw one being built right down the road. Always get a good drink and the baristas are always friendly.

Everyone here is really nice and I think the customer service is good but I think it shouldn’t have to take 15 minutes to get through 2 cars to take my order. This has happened on multiple occasions, so much so that I skip them on my morning coffee run and go to the next stand over. Don’t recommend if you’re in a hurry and grabbing a quick coffee.

I used to love coming here for my coffee. The girl who used to work there at night was fast and friendly.The reason I give it one star now is the service. On two occasions I have went here and was completely ignored. The first time I sat there in the drive thru for 25 minutes waiting to order a coffee. There was only 2 cars here. The lady saw me and instead of helping me when I was next a truck pulled up and went to the window as a walk up and she helped them before me. I was there first. At this point I was going to be late for work so I left. I decided to give it one more try and the same exact thing happened. No more. I will just start going to Java Junction. Cheaper and just as good.

Every BFJ I have been to has been friendly and fast. Anything I ask for has been made very well and exactly as requested. The ladies are always sincere in their interactions. This is my favorite place for coffee hands down. Their prices and size options are unique and welcomed.

The young lady who normally makes my coffee was not there. I need to find her name and her schedule, if so I would go multiple times a day. Hopefully I can become a vendor for them. Thank you Spider Min Tree . Theres not that many stars the lady gets 10 so you cant see those.

Went to the Auburn A Street Location at 8:30 pm on 12/03/19 and was charged more than I usually am for a 24oz iced americano. The barista Jackie charged my card after the fact I stopped and asked her why I was being charged so much for my americano when it wasn’t usually that price. I came literally 2 days ago and was charged $1+ less. I told her I didn’t want the drink anymore and I wanted a refund and she said she couldn’t refund me and I had to take the product. She then called her manager and the manager I think her name was Katie was half asleep and refused to give me a refund after the employees had told me I could come between 4am and 10am to get my refund for the drinks tomorrow. So I left with a drink that didn’t even taste remotely close to what I usually get because all the ice had melted by the time I left but also was charged 5.30 plus tax for 4 shots of coffee watered down and warm that didn’t even look or taste like an americano. The only person who was nice during this whole incident was Anya, she was very understanding and kept her cool. Jackie on the other hand had a nasty disposition and didn’t not communicate friendly or in a reasonable tone when talking to me she needs to be trained on what customer service is and taught how to remake her drinks. She had an attitude and makes me want to never return to that location. I recently moved to the area and to be treated like that and have fluctuating prices every visit is upsetting.

My coffee is always cold when I order it hot! This is the 9th bad experience here. I just cant with bigfoot anymore. This is unnacceptable. Kick your staff and rehire more competent workers. This is pathetic

Great for novelty drinks but I have had better espresso, and they are really pricey

Came here on my way to work since its the only stand open in the middle of the night. I expected quick service since I was the only customer. I was wrong. It took over a minute before she opened the window to take my order then did one task at a time while most stands would steam milk and prepare the shots at the same time, she did one at a time which took way too long. During the entire time she was complaining to her coworker about others that work there and wasnt afraid to use profane language. I like the chain as a whole just will not stop at this one agian.

Horrible service. Didnt listen to my questions completely forgot to list a main ingredient in a drink that I dislike and then acted as if it was my fault I didnt know because its right there in the picture and so I left with a $6 drink I couldnt even choke down. Needless to say I will not be returning to this BigFoot
